“Breezy” did a fantastic job grooming our dog. He was very well taken care of. The employees were friendly and created a great atmosphere for our furry friend. And this probably isn’t normal, but they were able to get our dog in for grooming within a WEEK. That’s amazing! We plan to be back.

My girl Selian has been going to Muddy Paws since I first got her. She is a Grand Champion show dog and a very difficult groom! It takes 4-6 hours normally for a groom due to her coat. She always leaves looking like champion! My dogs interest has always been my top concern! I was pleased that I was called the last time she was in and told we would have to finish her at another time as Selina was getting tired and they felt it was in her best interest to split the grooming time so as not to stress her. I trust them exclusively for her grooming! I am well aware of the damage a poor groom can do to a precious dog! I have had it happen with another groomer years ago! Several thousand dollars in vet bills and the trauma are not anything I would wish on anyone!!! Always Advocate for your precious dogs! Ask questions, be part of the process! Get to know your groomer, discuss things with them. If there are concerns bring them up, before not after. Not everyone is a perfect fit. With the breed I have (not very common in this area) very few are qualified to do a proper groom and blow out. Make sure YOU know what is best for your dog! If you are not taking care of your own dog with home interment grooming, do not expect miracles from a groomer bringing them in once or twice a year! For me, muddy paws is a good fit. Convenient, efficient , easy to work with and most importantly they ALWAYS look out for my pets best interest! I have been told I have been lacking on my upkeep by my groomer and I appreciate that as I am busy like everyone. So we buckled down and now have my girl on a schedule for grooming weather I think she needs it or not.Thanks Roger

We brought our two newfoundlands here for the first time. After a negative experience at a different not groomer in town where they were still half wet and barely brushed when we picked them up I was skeptical that I would find a groomer that was worth the money...but this place is!! And it was less expensive than our previous place. Their paw fur and nails were trimmed beautifully and they've never been so soft and fluffy! Drop off and pick up was quick and easy. The place was clean, organized and they were ready with our dogs names on a white board of appointments waiting for us to arrive. Upon arrival we were asked again (after being asked over the phone) what services we would like done. I was also nervous about where they would keep our dogs because they tend to get overly excited when around other dogs and being that they're so large it can be a lot to handle but they had several separate small grooming rooms that they were able to put them in one of them together right away as well as keep them in a separate room together to wait for pickup. There is a wall of cages for the smaller dogs to stay in to wait for pickup. Very impressed and will return.

This was my first time there. Everybody seemed pleasant and it was an interesting setup. I've never been to one of those types of places.His groom was okay. A little choppy here and there, but way better than I've been doing all by myself.My four-legged baby seemed Very happy when I picked him up, so I know they were pleasant to him as well.I will definitely go back there and maybe even try the wash-my-own-dog facility.My dog is a 7 lb shih-Tzu/Chihuahua. So he has to have regular cuts but he's a very easy one to groom.It was $60 + $5 tip.So the price was right in line with everybody else.I noticed some very bad reviews.However, It looks like they have been reposted to appear more recent.I hope I'm wrong.Sometimes people have bad experiences, so they move on to a business that they like better.After more visits, I will update if necessary.But so far so good. I'm very pleased and my dog is too!!Thank you, Muddy Paws!

Another wonderful groom! Absolutely love Muddy Paws and our groomer Sammi. Been bringing our babies to her for over five years. The business is cute with a beautiful paw art wall. The toys have gotten cheaper and cuter in the past year or so and the service is always great. They also have many scents to chose from and oatmeal shampoo as Luna has gentle skin. Luna always looks forward to her spa day! Sammis is always helpful and kind and Luna always gets excited to see her. Heidi is also a wonderful soul who has trimmed our dogs nails a few times. Wouldn't trust anyone else with our babies. Luna gives them 5/5 tail wags!

Truly an amazing spot to get your doggo (or cat) groomed! Never have I felt more comfortable leaving my best friend in the care of Brittni and Sammi. My monster of a dog, who has gotten nippy in the past, is now the most calm and sweet boy when I drop him off. No matter what condition he is in, Brittni and Ashley always do an amazing job of getting him to look great! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and hello’s and they listen to everything you ask of them. Truly amazing groomers. They even have some pretty cute dogs too who are just the sweetest!! Love Muddy Paws and will never go to another groomer again! Highly highly recommend.

The place is dirty. The shampoo is water down so much. You have to use a whole bottle to clean your dog. There were dirty towels all over the place the dryer didn’t get warm won’t be returning.

I had a VERY HEARTBREAKING EXPERIENCE after my 7 month old puppy Daisy was groomed at Muddy Paws! She ended up passing away from what was referenced by the vet as the cause was due to choking during the grooming process.

Muddy Paws is the best!!! They always treat Mr. Puckett like a star and gives him so much affection. He’s approaching 10 years this upcoming June, so his hips and joints are getting sore and makes it hard for him to stand/ jump. There must be something in the bath water because when I picked him up from his haircut today, he acted like his younger self! I trust Muddy Paws and their staff wholeheartedly.

Don't take your dog here. They are ruff with the dogs, our dog just got groomed and now has a big burise in his groin area. They never said anything about it when we picked him up. Definitely would give them zero stars if I could.

I brought my toy poodle here and they trimmed his hair in different ways that our previous groomers did, and i like the new way better. Also there prices are probably the best around town! I 10000000% recommend bringing you pet here for all of there grooming needs

Muddy paws is the best I know my dog is very difficult to give a haircut or cut his nails and they do it with a smile on their face. I have always been treated fairly and will continue to always take my dog there. Thanks to all the staff at muddy paws. You do a great job.

When ever I have brought my dog in they always just shave him off completely! They don’t even bother to call and ask or just to tell of what I’m expecting. They always say he’s very matted when in fact he’s not. This is NOT okay for any pet parent to come to. I would at least expect a call to give an update not just them doing going with their choice. I’ve called and told them to put it in their system to call before shaving him down. I took him one time and they just did a bit of a trim on him which was great but when I took him in recently they just shaved him down. They said the last note we have is him being shaved. How could you guys do this to people!!! This is not okay

I have been bringing my dog to Muddy Paws for years and i can’t believe I haven’t left a review yet! They are absolutely wonderful every time I go-everyone is friendly and easy to work with and so so sweet to my dog. I can tell he’s even happy to see them when we get there! About a year ago our regular groomer there went to a different place and we considered following her but decided to stay with Muddy paws because the service is always fantastic and I’m so glad we did. His groomer now is Steph and he always comes home fresh and clean and relaxed. Definitely check them out.

I don’t usually do reviews but with everything I’ve heard recently I felt it’s only right. I scheduled an appointment with Muddy Paws a while ago and then started to hear all these rumors go around. I was concerned of course but they answered all questions I had regarding my concerns professionally and getting in anywhere else was too long of a wait and Remus needed a haircut! Poor boy couldn’t even see anymore.I will never take my precious shihpoo anywhere else! The place was clean and Remus was happy upon pickup! I’m no expert but it seems like the same story has been reposted in the reviews to continue to drag this business down which is a shame as I, and my boy, had a great experience and we can’t wait to go back.

Great Place! I've taken my doggo Gizmo to get groomed here a couple times now and definitely plan to keep taking him here as he always looks great plus is normally a pretty anxious dog but loves coming here and is never shaking or whining when picking him up.

Stopped in with my dog Max for a bath and cut, what a nice clean place. Staff was very polite. Thank you so much for the care you gave Max, he is a Shitzu and hates getting his hair cut. Always a great experience, drive over an hour for my two big dogs because their price is reasonable, new facility, and customer service is great. I would ignore the bad reviews as some people like to find the bad in everything.

Rude staff. Overpriced. Poor grooming. Careless and cruel. Not only did this place harm a small dog as you can see in the other 1 star reviews… but a few weeks ago my father brought his dog here. She is very shy and timid as he adopted her from a rescue. They told him she did not do great and was scared the entire time… I can only imagine. BUT then a few days afterwards I get a message from the rescue where my father adopted her saying that Muddy Paws called them and told them that my father did not care for his dog properly and that he did not want her. (little hypocritical, huh?) Just because a dog is afraid doesnt mean it’s the owners fault. Yes sometimes it absolutely is. And sometimes a dog can be traumatized from places just like this one! My dad’s dog adores him so much and if he hated her then why would he go through all of the effort of taking her there and paying the overpriced bill for a service half completed?Anyways, please be kind to your fur babies and take them elsewhere. Somewhere that will love and care for your dog just as you would.

Since people are leaving reviews on the reviewers' I figured I would review the people reviewing the reviews. At this point the popping eye dog seems to be gossip and I wouldn't believe anything about it. Could it possibly be an overly excited dog that had a massive hormone release whose eye muscles constricted down so hard that it would give the appearance of eyes popping out? Perhaps a little CBD before the dog goes out in public would cure this. I'm sure the veterinarian made a killing of $$ giving the dog a muscle relaxer and pushing them back in - not surgery. The reviewer who said a dog died in their care...if that actually happened they would be out of business. Please people don't believe everything you read.
