Store has a lot of Versatility in a wide range of products that you can't find anywhere else bolts washers screws fittings and the like as well as tools from very inexpensive up to name brand stuff top of the line just below snap on usually pretty helpful but all in all great place to go search for things that you're looking for that would fall under their roof

Need custom foam insert made for a hard case? Drop off your hard case with the items you want to fit; they'll give you a call when it's done. The best part is that you are ONLY charged for the foam they use to make your custom insert!This insert cost $37 and they had it complete in a day and half! I was so pleased with their work that I brought another case in for custom foam. I can't believe how much cheaper AND better this is than buying the foam replacements from the case manufacturer.

I came here to check if they had a certain type of fastener. Neither of the two people I could find working there seemed very knowledgeable about their store's inventory, and couldn't give me definite answers about whether they stocked it or not.I can't really vouch for their hardware since I didn't buy any, but come here if you like rare sodas. They have a very eclectic selection.

This is a great place to stop for things that you can't find in a normal hardware store. Tonight I needed expanded metal to make a screen to separate my landscape rocks from all the accumulated dirt. I called and they had pieces almost exactly the size I wanted. With a few 2x4s and screws, I now have my screen.If this review was helpful, please click on 'Like'.

This is a great little hardware store! They are small, but still have almost anything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's like Fargo's Main Avenue secret.

Wonderfully, crazy awesome hardware store. Not a regular hardware store at all. They have the stuff the other places don't. Very knowledgeable staff. Mostly friendly. A couple Possibly thought I was odd. Seems I get that a lot.

such a grand selection of items, and I walked the store and it has a lot of variety of essential components for an active lifestyle of a DIYer. I found my propane torch for my next project. I asked for help and someone walked me over to exactly where it was. I was originally greeted with a quick hello when I first came in. that was appreciated.

Never had a bad experience. Staff members have always been friendly and helpful.If you go, make sure to check out their bottled soda offerings at the front of the store before you leave; always well worth it.

UPDATEYesterday I went in, for about the third time, with a list of stuff for my son. He builds and works on 3D printers, so I never know what these weird things he wants are necessarily. So I grab somebody and they help me find these things.EVERY TIME.And every time they are very courteous and helpful even though I'm probably the annoying old lady.This time Luke helped me. When we couldn't figure out what my son was looking for, even though I showed him pictures of the messages my son texted me, he got the manager and he was also very nice and very helpful.I would give them seven stars if I could!This is why my son keeps sending me to Mac's instead of somewhere else where all his weird needs.This part was from my first visit.I came in looking for a few parts that my son needed to fix something in my home. I was in a bit of a hurry, so Noah helped me find what I needed very quickly. He was patient while I texted my son using pictures of what Noah and I were finding to make sure we had the exact supplies we needed.Very nice young man, very courteous, and I understood he was new after we were done.Keep up the good work Noah.And everyone else there as well. Always a very nice staff and a great clean store that has everything I ever need.And I absolutely LOVE the little area where they have vintage toys and very unique sodas. I can never leave without popping into that area. I end up buying something or two or three somethings.

I had never been in there before. I was looking for some door knob components. Even though I didn't find everything I was looking for, I had a chance to practice mi español! One of the employees has family from Nicaragua. Even though I don't practice their dialect, I caught on. I was using a mixture of Galician, Castellana, and Español mexicana. Great practice!

Fun place to ship. Free bag of Popcorn, Friendly Knowledgeable Staff, they have a little bit of Everything. Great Prices, two convenient locations. One right off of HWY 10 and the other on Main Ave Fargo, ND. Been shopping here for 16yrs.

Love this store! Great variety of tools, nails, nuts and bolts. Chain, cable, paint, plumbing fittings and pipe. Just too much to mention it all. Just stop in and check it out, you wont leave empty handed

The staff was friendly and quick to help out. I was alreadt lost when I walked in. However, a staff member was more than happy to help direct me to the correct section. Not only that, but he helped me choose what works best for the project. My only suggestion for this location is to keep up the great service!

I love coming here, getting a bag of popcorn, walking around shopping, then after waiting in line for 30 min waiting to check out I just walk out. I come back a few days later, get my popcorn, walk around finding all my items again that they put up, and we do it all again. I think I've only actually got to check out of this place twice in all the times of being here. The joys of running a 1 register store. But the popcorn good so I will be back. Meanwhile my repairs at home go unfinished.😂😂

I like Mac's. They have a great assortment of hardware. With a good assortment of seasonal needs. What I like most is that they have associates always available to answer your questions, cut a chain or cable. That's a definite improvement from the big box stores. Also it's easy in and out, not the usual hour and half at the boxes. If you haven't tried them out, do it. They have stores in fargo and moorhead

At first, no one would help me. When I finally got the attention of an associate, they literally looked annoyed, then showed me where some bolts were and walked away... First, they were the wrong bolts. Also, I needed lock washers and nuts. I then found a nice man who helped me get the right parts, and I was on my way...

It's got bulk washers and bolts still. The misc. section has shrunk in recent years. It's gotten more clean feeling over the years and the store feels like it's still changing. The hardware selection is in a state of flux because of it, for the most part it's got an ok selection. Also there is free popcorn which is always a plus.

I like this place cause they have great hardware prices and a crazy variety of things. The only reason for the 3 stars is because every time you check out there's one person in line and they take forever ringing up. Need more checkout people at least two.

I was in tjere this morning and I will definitely be back again very soon. The store has alot to offer and had everything I went in there for plus considering it being a hardware store it was really clean and organized.Its about time they got someone up at the registers who made me feel welcome and is amazing to look at. No question a great store all around

Hardware type store with a wide assortment of items. Some items seemed to be in small or limited quantities as there were only a few on the shelf. Other areas had larger number of items on shelf. Was never engaged by any staff so I cannot rate customer service. Didn't purchase anything because item I was looking for was season.

Bought a soldering torch that quit working right away and they wouldn't take it back or replace because I already put gas on it.One of the girls was very helpful helping me finding the receipt I lost - so I can go I fight for a replacement with the factory- Yup, good luck to me!.
