My son’s ignition lock cylinder locked up, car wouldn’t turn over, the keys were also wore down, Tony fixed it the next day, and got a new key and fob! Awesome service, good price and professional service! Highly recommend!!

I had a building with about 25 different locks on a master key setup. The master key was lost so a new master key needed to be made. I was told by this shop that it was not possible to do that without knowing the master key and I would have to rekey every lock for about $300. That is false, straight up. I gave them 3 of our spare locks which is enough to figure out a master key setup. I took those 3 of the unused spares to a different shop and they gave me a master key in 10 minutes for a total cost of $10. Either the guy I spoke to was ignorant and did not know how master key setups work or he was lying to me to get more money, neither is good.

Had to have replacement keys cut for my vehicle. They were so friendly and helpful! Cut the keys and then programmed both remotes for us also! Great customer service and great price!

We Lost a vehicle key the other night.It was over the weekend. So we called Lynn Johnson lock and key. They were polite and answered quickly witha solution. The next day Tony was at the location where the vehicle was and cut us a key in a timely matter so we can be on our way. They were professional and showed concern about our situation. I lock my keys today at the FarmVille, wait no that’s not it. Lmao!! The Barn place off 45th. 🤣😂. I was there to get myself some sweet red wine, and some beers for a neighbor as good karma. And wouldn’t you know?! I lock my keys and phone in my car. But no sweat. I was able to use someone’s phone to call Lynn Johnson, and 30 minutes later got into my car.Thank you! My neighbor was happy the beer was still cold. I’m not even kidding. Lol! 😊

Called four times just now with no answer, and when it stops ringing the automated voice just says "the number you have called does not have a voicemail box that has been set up yet, bye"What kind of business doesn't have their messaging system set up? And why list yourselves as 24/7 when obviously thats not true.
