The staff are fantastic, my goodness, so many people stopped to help, it was like having 6 different tour guides. Troy in the tools department really wanted to help find a solution for me, he pulled out his phone an was googling for me and walked me across the whole store for an item, which Lowe’s didn’t have but he tried!

Warning, I’ve never been to another Lowe’s than this one. But based on video I’ve seen other lows this one here is probably one of the better ones throughout the country. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, always willing to do special little services for you here and there.

I bought a Pella patio door with the blinds built in and it broke they came out and promised me that they were going to replace it. Well nobody ordered the part. I assume she was calling to confirm the appointment she set but nope they never even ordered it so now I have to look at the broken door another 3 months. Totally horrible customer service

Tried signing my kids up online for the DIY Workshop, filled out all the information and then the "Submit" button was still grayed out. Tried 5 times and on two different devices. Called the store they gave me the number to the customer service. Called them and they couldn't figure it out either. They suggested going into the store and letting them know what is going on and to try and sign up in person. Not about to drag my kids out for something like that. Looks like we will just stick to doing the Home Depot workshops. So much easier to navigate and can just walk in the day of with pre-registering. Just another reason I prefer Home Depot over Lowes, less complicated.

I live in Park Rapids, where there are no Lowe's, Home Depot's or Menards, so this is the closest Lowe's to me. I've been to Lowe's countless times, always finding what I need, or, if they don't have it, they order it for me. Today was pretty much the same, but, i was looking for a special light bulb, that was pretty much obsolete. An employee, Jeff, came to my rescue, and after about 10 minutes of looking, he had found me the exact bulb I was looking for. ATTENTION MANAGERS! Jeff is the bomb, and needs a raise!! Overall, a GREAT shopping experience!

Was looking for paint for this empty room. Wanted something calm and relaxing. These were the two colors recommended on line. Went to the store. Super easy to find the.paint with plenty options. Sales associate was 8 months pregnant and still eager to help and very kind. She suggested Valspar paint, and I'll never use another brand. One coat and easy clean up. Even the gal at the register was friendly and I enjoyed a short conversation with her.

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to the Fargo Lowe’s for being DOG FRIENDLY. I have a high energy lab retriever mix at home and we frequent Lowe’s in the winter as a way to manage his energy. As a dog owner in a cold state it means a lot that stores like Lowe’s allow you to walk around with your pet especially since it gets cold and dark earlier in the evening. The workers last night also offered my pup some treats and I thought that was really cool. Keep up the good work!

I ordered a dishwasher online and paid for old one to be hauled away. It would not let me add installation to the order so I had to fill out a form and wait for someone to call me. They called the next day but said something about the purchase time being "out of their window." They offered to connect me to the person who could help. I got disconnected. I called the store and was transferred from the appliance department to "someone in installation" to someone in South Carolina and finally to the right person but they kept saying, "You forgot to purchase the installation?" and told me the only person that could help was not there. Then suddenly they appeared, did not talk to me personally but I could hear the conversation - "She forgot to purchase installation." I was then told I had to go online and CANCEL the order that was supposed to be delivered in two days and reorder with the installation added! At that point we decided to install it ourselves. Delivery - was asked if Saturday was okay. I told THREE different people that Saturday afternoon was fine but not the morning. Got a text that the dishwasher would be delivered in the morning. Fortunately for Lowes, I was sick so stayed home that morning. Dishwasher arrived at 7:45 - was supposed to be between 8 and noon. The man was nice but spoke little English - "It uninstall?" I said no. "Cannot uninstall." So the old dishwasher is still here. I will NEVER buy an appliance from Lowes again and hope to never buy anything, even a screw from them. Terrible customer service and all-around purchase.

I bought a stove from here, the glass top shatters within 2 years. I bought a dishwasher with the protection plan and that dies before 3 years and now I am down for a dishwasher 3-4 weeks.

I love checking on the plant section every chance I get. I've found some beautiful plant rescues on clearance and from time to time find something new in their whole selection. Today I just adored the beautiful orchids!

I had rented a carpet cleaner (which was my first time ever doing so) and I asked the initial lady how to do everything and she explained it and was helpful. Then when it came time to return unfortunately lisa was the one who “helped” me. She very rudely told me she’s not taking it back cause it would be too much work for her. After dealing with her a bit more I’m sure majority of her job is too much work for her. I then tried calling management to ask questions since I couldn’t have a conversation with this horrible woman. She unfortunately answered the phone and proceeded to hang up on me 3 TIMES. After talking to a manager I brought it back in the next day and she was unfortunately there again and this time not only refused to help me, SHE REFUSED TO EVEN HELP HER COWORKERS. Lisa in customer service was the most Incompetent, useless, rudest person I’ve had the displeasure of having to even breathe the same air as. 10/10 recommend going to a different place instead of having to deal with this rude and horrible woman.

Service response was exceptional. Ally was fantastic on the phone prior, on arrival, and for curbside pickup. I was very impressed after having worked with the Bismarck location on several occasions for other pickup orders. Definitely recommend this Lowe's.

I bought a dishwasher from here the short older gentlemen sales rep is dismissive unless he's going to be making a sale. There are not a lot of options in Fargo so competitively they might want to put more effort into being friendly and more helpful! Home Depot was more than helpful so for the purchase of a washing machine that I needed asap. I also bought a new toilet from Home depot as well; again very helpful staff at Home Depot! All my upcoming remolding projects and appliances will be purchased through Home Depot moving forward!

I went in looking for a very specific item that I could not find. I asked the first employee I saw for assistance. Instead of just saying he worked in a different dept or he simply didn't know & offer to find someone that could help, he took 10 minutes looking exactly where I told him I had already looked. When he couldn't find it, he just walked away without a word. I waited around for about another 5-10 minutes and after no one ever showed up it was clear that no one was going to so I left & went to Home Depot. The item that I was looking for showed to be in stock and available at Lowe's. Staff was just not willing to assist.

Shout out to the great lumber crew that unloaded me today. Forklift operator and supervisor. I notified them I was running behind schedule, they got right to unloading my semi which in turns allows me to make my pickup appointment this afternoon to then head to the east coast. Otherwise I would have been 3 days late for delivery.

I ordered a shed kit online and scheduled a delivery date over a month in advance. I took the scheduled delivery date off from work so I could be here for the delivery, but they never showed up. I tried calling the store - I was left on hold for over an hour, hung up on 4 times, and when I finally got someone "helpful", they couldn't tell me why it wasn't delivered and said they'd have a manager call me... still waiting on that call. I can't take tomorrow off from work, so I sure hope I don't need to be here to sign for it or we're going to have a problem. I also have friends lined up to help build it the day after next. If it's not delivered by then, they better have a crew who can build it for me.

I visited the garden section on Monday, May 15, 2023, and boy was it busy. The checkout line was never ending.But much to my surprise, Evelyn, the cashier was just as friendly, as she was patient, scanning, interacting, and smiling at everyone . Congratsto you Lowes for having such a fantastic team member. Kudos to Evelyn, for being such a FANTABULOUS standout SUPERSTAR!
