I have been using LifeScripts Pharmacy all of my prescriptions since the Dec. of 2020, after my family moved back to the midwest from CA. They always provide exemplary care and are incredibly knowledgeable about different medications, insurances, etc. They have an efficient telephone refill system that sends automated messages letting you know when your scripts have been filled (or not) as well as a drive-up window which makes things a breeze when you’re always on the go (or if the kids/dog are with). Everyone is always SO kind! If you want that “know you by your first-name-basis” type pharmacy, this is the place. Their prices are always comparable to the larger corporations/pharmacies. Thank you LifeScripts for always being friendly, reassuring and kind. You are all wonderful!

Friendly and caring pharmacy. They have a nice drive thru and text notifications for when your prescription is ready. All the employees are very kind and helpful. It is never too busy and I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Lifescript was excellent while Lance owned it. I have been going there since the end of 2019. I wound up working here the in october of 2021 and shortly after starting, the pharmacy was purchased by a woman who doesnt live anywhere near North Dakota. Following a terrible week including a family emergency and illness (which I had doctor verification of after having gone to the emergency room), I was fired by this woman who had never met me and refused to have any compassion when I had tried explaining via email my situation.If you desire a small local community focused pharmacy this is unfortunately no longer the place to go.Dont get me wrong, the on site team is wonderful as they have been for a very long time! But I just think people should be aware of the new situation here.

So many great things to say about this pharmacy and pharmacist! Lance, the owner, goes above and beyond to meet & exceed his customer's needs. The location is great, there's a Drive-Up window, which is so convenient, & the owner is even willing to do free deliveries! Something you do not see very often, if ever. He's been able to get the medications that I need (even the unique, not typically stocked one), very promptly. Another huge benefit is that he's always doing whatever he can to to get his costumers the BEST price possible! I've had some expensive medications and he's been able to even find manufacture coupons to cover them. A pharmacist that goes above and beyond to help his customers get the most convenient and affordable service and medications. I highly recommend LifeScript Pharmacy!

WOW. there is no other word for this place. Super nice guy. You feel like he would give you the shirt off his back to help you. The drive up window is amazing so if i have to pack up the kids, they don't have to get out of the car! He even delivers if needed and there is a note on the window to call him if they are closed and you need to have a script filled! what service!

it's scam for medicare. wont stop sending refill requests to the place i work at (primary care office) despite having been denied for months. the patients do not want to use this place yet they inundate our office fax with requests, basically like junk mail going to your email only its a dr's office. so thanks. please stop your shady dealings.

I switched to Lifescript about a year ago and have had issues with every single prescription I’ve filled there. I was trying to talk to someone there this evening about the issues and was told nothing was their fault. He then told me there are a lot of pharmacies in town and they’d be happy to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. One of the worst customer service experiences ever!
