Love this smaller store. The deli food is always fresh including the hot food options. Store is always very clean and organized. I love this location for a quick stop when I don't want to walk thru a large store. Employees are very friendly. Has a neighborhood feel right when you walk in!

Quality is continually decreasing while prices are going through the roof (not because of supply pressures either - they're just messing with pricing).See picture of a turkey sandwich for $9..49 Two pieces of bread, eighth pound turkey, one piece of cheese, and a piece of lettuce. That must be close to $9.00 in margin. Ridiculous. I've been moving our family's groceries to Costco and Aldi as much as possible.

First time ever visiting this store. Came for the grocery store sushi. They had a nice selection here. The cashier, Parker, seemed very kind and was friendly & polite.There wasn’t a line so we checked out very fast.We ended up taking our sushi 🍣 to a park nearby the store and had a picnic.

I love this store soo much, it's a store I grew up behind as a child and now live close to again. My experiences here have always been nothing but excellent the staff have always been super kind and the complimentary donut balls are a bonus too. 😊😂

This location was close to a house we rented for the weekend. Which was nice. They have Caribou Coffee inside the grocery store. They have a deli & ready to go dinners to purchase. Which is also nice & convenient. A good selection of donuts & baked goods.

Poorly managed. If you read this review in the parking lot it’d still be quicker to go all the way to the dilworth Walmart to get your stuff. Gotta have more than 2 checkouts open at 6 o’clock or get some self checkouts

Always well stocked, and mainly friendly, helpful employees. Not a big store, so not the full selections of other stores but a very nice, well laid out store in a very good location. You can tell the staff take pride in their store.

Always Great staff. Always friendly and a smile on their faces. I go here 4 days a week so they now remember my face, name, & what I buy. I get the same things. I will always keep coming back. Thank you hornbachers team! & Caribou inside the store. The staff there are amazing too!

Closed their doors 8 minutes before when they’re scheduled to close 9 pm. They stood there as I tried to get in. My child needed Tylenol. Not impressed. And then they let someone else in after I got to my car. They were not dressed in a uniform and they were getting out of their car. I used to work here when I was 16. I would have gotten written up for this. But a manager is who locked the door. So I got to drive 15 minutes to a Walmart instead while my child had a fever.

You know, really I do love the service helpers getting things bagged and put into a cart, it makes the trip in and out a little quicker sometimes, not to mention feeling better because I just spent 200 dollars, and now have this work to do just to leave the other 'not mentioned' options, lol... Stocked full of very tasty form sushi to beef Jerry and everything in-between. Staff are always friendly and store is very clean. If your on a diet best avoid the cake 'n' cookie section as the diet may suffer. Always fresh and always good!

Hornbachers has a pretty good layout and the produce is typically high quality. You can find so e pretty good deals if you use the weekly ad and join their membership program. The staff is also helpful and nice.

Always have great selection on meat, especially sausage, jerky, bratwurst, smokehouse is amazing. Also the cinnamon bread from the bakery is soooo tasty, especially with cheese whiz..... Stores are always clean, and polite staff... Plus my sister is employed hear!!!! Hornbachers, will always be my go too grocery store.....

I have been shopping here for 15 years. Always have great sales and a good variety for a smaller location. The reason for 5 stars is because of the cashier, Norma. Hornbacher's is blessed to have her as an employee. Norma is always polite and friendly regardless of how busy it is. She seems to always be there regardless of what day or time I stop in. (I'm not sure she ever takes time off). What a wonderful thing it is (especially in this day & age) to be treated as valued customer by a truly sincere employee.

I'll never go back to this hornbacher's again, had really untrained cashier tried to take me credit card out my hand like no I'm no fool never hand a cashier your card. And their "new" card reads are extremely unsafe I would never use it again. The point of a chip credit is so all your information is on the back along with CVC(credit verification code) number to keep it safe.This is visible so either the cashier or someone with access to the camera or someone in the next line can go look at all the numbers and steal your credit card information, yeah no thanks.

Always great customer service! But what is upsetting is to see ALL of your employees being masked 😷!! Stop the madness! You do know by now the experts have been saying since the beginning they DON'T WORK AND ARE DANGEROUS WEARING THEM ESPECIALLY IF OVERWEIGHT AND HAVE BREATHING PROBLEMS ALREADY! We all have had a couple years to actually do your own research but you say screw it?? Who cares if it effects our employees? Please stop (MAKING) the employees wear these face diapers, muzzles....masks!!!

Hornbacher's went all-in on the Covid Hoax and the Mask Hoax. I was in Cash Wise shortly before closing back in 2020, and was the only customer in the entire store. A clerk chased me the entire length of the store thrusting a mask at me, yelling at me. I have not set foot in a Cash Wise, Hornbachers, or Coborn's since that night.
