HUGE selection of DVDs and CDs. Fair prices, and actually some good movies too. Like all secondhand stores, when there's a huge selection most of them are mid, they can't help it 🤷‍♂️ they're not too organized but whatever. Great to have a student discount too. Overall if you somehow find yourself in the area it's a fair stop.

Wonderful store! Small but great selection and LOW prices! They are not greedy like DBR or ARC. I bought a couch from here a couple weeks ago and there was only one girl working in the back room but she somehow managed to move the couch all by herself and get it into my truck! The only thing I'd say about this location is maybe a little more staffing so this girl didn't have to do all that alone! Still worth 5 stars!

Doesn't seem to have a lot of turnover. Rarely find something I am looking for, with a much more busy location than others. Overall not terrible, just not very good.Visited the store again today after the owner replied to my review figured it was the least I could do. I wont take away a star, but I am even less impressed here. The store seemed to have the same old stuff as before, the furniture section is basically non existent. The store is about 70% clothes with about 25% then being kitchen items and random decorations, and then 5% misc. The funniest thing I witnessed in this FOR PROFIT STORE...(yes goodwill's are not full charities like Dakota boys and girls) A woman came with with a few bags to donate and the staff member was somewhat annoyed and said she could just leave it at the register, but that donation hours ended at 4. The lady then apologized! I can not imagine someone coming into a business to give for free product that you are going to sell for profit and then apologizing for doing so at a time that is not the most convenient for the business owner.Overheard staff discussing how they didn't like certain empty unclean areas of the store as though they were powerless to do anything about it. At least it sounded like they cared, but still nothing was changed.There was also a full bag of garbage sitting in the parking lot a few car lengths from the door, I know this is not really the stores responsibility but just made it seem even more run down.As far as thrift stores are concerned I would say skip this one.

Nice little store with lots of different items. I had a good time browsing. I got a nice pair of shades for a buck. Thanks goodwill. The only place they could possibly improve is if people donated more up to date items.

This location is s very clean, well-staffed with pleasant/helpful people. Can't say I like this location better than the one on 32nd Ave. I think this one has a greater selection. Both do a great job!

I have been to many stores, and I have never reviwed any in the past, but todayJune 23rd, 2019, has been the worse customer service I have EVER experienced atGoodWill in Fargo on 13th Avenue.I walked in with my son at 04:40pm. As soon as we walked it, without been greetedor welcomed at the store, a staff in her pink T shirt stated: "we are closing in5 minutes".Keep in mind that we walked in at 04:40pm, the store closes at 5pm, butfor some reason, this staff felt the need to lie about the store closing time.I responded ok, and proceeded inside the store with my son.She then exhibited this long sigh as if she wished we left the store after herblatant lie about the store closing in 5 minutes.I then picked up two items to try on, and asked both staff whether the changing roomcould be opened so I could try these two items I selected. This was at 04:45pm,the staff responded the changing room is closed and cannot be opened, because perGoodWill Policy, they have to close them 20 minutes before closing time.Few other people walked in the store around 04:48pm, and you could hear this staffsighing, and say "seriously" as if she was upset that people were walking inthe store.My son and I left around 04:58pm, and I promised to leave a review of thishorrible customer experience at GoodWill on 13th.This is a business with well published opening and closing hours. Within thesebusiness hours, all customers should feel welcome, should be able to ask questionsand try on items they intend to purchase. Should there be a policy preventingbuyers to use the changing room 20 minutes prior the business closing time, thispolicy should be well published by the changing room.Good customer service requires courteous staff who enjoy what they do and strivefor a good customer experience at the store.Without a doubt, this staff I have encountered at GoodWill on 13th Ave today on June 23rd, 2019 is not one staff working for the best interest of GoodWill.

Small goodwill compared to others I’ve been to. I gave one star because I waited 6 minutes at the register and no one came to check me out. Even after ringing the bell 3 times. Two employees came out of the back room and walked right past me!! I left at that point. Very rude!

This Goodwill is OK, doesn't have as much selection as some of the stores. And doesn't run any sales like some of the other stores. Fargo has a lot of good thrift stores with better deals than this store.
