My girlfriend takes her dog Egan here once a month and they do a great job with him. He comes back smelling great with soft skin. They do the full service of draining the glands in the rear end and clipping his nails and he just walks proud as a peacock and even gets a little spicy bandana around his neck 😃

I figured I would leave this review just because I was quite surprised.I took my dog here for the 2nd time this week. The 1st time, it was $80 for a medium dog, so I figured it would be the same (she only accepts cash). I got a call he was done and was not told it was going to be more than the $80 until I arrived.Luckily I brought $100 with me, because thats when I was told it was going to be $95!!! Of course I just paid it, but wasn't impressed as it wasn't discussed over the phone. I handed her $100 and she responded "do you want your change?" I said "yes" as i just paid $15 more than I expected. And her response was "its just $5." I was flabbergasted that she would just assume I was going to tip her more. This was poor customer service in my opinion and have booked elsewhere. I am an easy person to talk to and my dog is a good dog.In the end, the groom itself was subpar- his face is very uneven and choppy. There are some areas that are down to his skin and he hasn't been comfortable sinve coming home.Im sorry to have to leave this review 😔

Awesome place. However, sure would be nice if just ONCE, I called them and they answered. Their recorded greeting says "by appointment only". How do I make an appointment when you don't answer your phone? They will take walk-ins for small jobs, but the last couple of times I took my dogs over there, they weren't even open.

I had an appointment for my dog to be groomed.They called me two days before my appointment and let me know that the owner, or someone in their shop, had been exposed to the virus. They had tested negative, but they still wanted to give me the option of letting me bring my dog in.I thought this was very thoughtful and professional of them.So now that I want to make an appointment for my dog again, I'm definitely going back to them.I'm giving them five stars and my dog hasn't even been groomed by them yet.Great job at being a good human being.

We are beyond happy with Jen.Gabbana is 100% blind and is very difficult to groom so we have been told by other groomers. One actually wanted to sedate him before grooming. Another one gave up after a few minutes.At gentle groomers Jen has the magic touch or extremely patient. Whatever it is. Our dog has no issues getting groomed with her.THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE!!!! ❤️🙏🏼

Had a grooming emergency with a cat. She was able to see me the same day within minutes of me calling. She asked for less than half the cost other pet groomer businesses quoted me (I still paid her extra for being so open and being able to help immediately). What a great business, will be taking my pets here from now on due to this great experience.

SO HELPFUL! I called almost every groomer in Fargo/Moorhead today to see if I could get my Mini Australian Shepherd in for grooming last min because she got into cockleburs last evening. They were matted into her hair and needed to be cut out. Even though they were booked for the day they kindly understood that we needed help given the situation and accommodated to fit us into their schedule without an appointment. Super friendly staff and my dogs hair looks great! The pricing was also very reasonable! I would highly recommend Gentle Groomers. So happy I found them! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Jen(tle) Groomers Pet Salon is super compassionate & understanding in the health of my wo"man's" bf.With chronic health issues I can't always keep pup's scheduled appointment~all of the staff accommodates & gets her in asap.A long time, skilled, & professional owner/groomer who's empathetic & is available & does her absolute best 2 get her in no matter how busy she is. My dog & my legs are happy to go there.*** It takes a VERY special person 2 do this work for so long. Give Gentle Groomers a try...you will be satisfied & pet will be proud walking out !!

When I asked what their rates were they quoted me a price according to the size of my dogs. I told them I had a small 10 pound and a big 75/80 pound dog. They gave me a quote When I dropped off my dogs and left they called me and told me it was going to be a different price. Then when I picked up my dogs my 10 pound dog looks like I cut him. His ears, face, back of head, and his legs are all uneven. It looks like a child took a pair of scissors and cut him. My 75/80 pound dog still smells. Her coat was cut horrible as well. I will Never go back.

Came in late for an appointment and took a quick break to clip our cats nails who had no problem letting her do it which was very surprising and came in waited 30 seconds and we were good to go definitely the go to for us now

I have a Bichon Frise who hated going to the groomer until I took him to Beth at Gentle Groomers. I don't know what magic she used on him, but he's been exponentially easier to groom at home and is extremely happy before and after I drop him off for his appointments. Beth even took the time to give me some expert tips on grooming a Bichon after one of his first appointments. I highly recommend their services.

Kinda grieve more best place to get your dog groomed they take bread and care of your pets they care and they do a fine job tell him what you want done and they're very very good about it never had an issue

This is a small business with owner/operater set up. She does a great job with my dog Sweetie and is very reasonable for the FM area. She does just as good as anywere else in town freindly and my dog loves going to Jen.J. Koble

Our dog is a bit on the neurotic side but he does really well at Gentle Groomers because it is more relaxed, less hectic and noisy and they enjoy their work and it shows.

Apparently won’t do large dogs..... so if you have a large dog don’t even bother. Gave me a quote for a golden retriever then told me she wouldn’t do it.
