They have a lot of things out of stock and their inventory counts are way off on most things. Tried to order something they said they would email me when it came in and never got anything from them. Also 70% of the workers have no clue where anythings at or have product knowledge.

Last night I stopped into the Fargo store to pick up some large Sprout dog biscuits as they had been out of stock and the website said they were back in stock. I stopped in just before 6pm totally unaware they close at 6pm on Sundays. While back in the pet section I was a bit surprised to see the biscuits were not stocked but it happens and I was approached by a nice young man asking if he could help find what I was looking for and to also let me know they had closed 4 minutes ago. He scanned the tag and at this time another very nice young man walked up and inquired if he could help. They said they were in stock but were on a pallette and they'd meet me at the courtesy counter. I was brought the biscuits and had very nice interaction with another young man working the courtesy counter who usually does cart pick up.These young guys went above and beyond. Their service was much appreciated and deserves to be recognized. Sorry I didn't get their names but they know they are and should be very proud of themselves.Thank you so much!

Had my wife bring her vehicle there for an oil change as I could not do it this time. They must have lost the cap for the oil pan and replaced it with one that did NOT fit. This resulted in a leak that destroyed my driveway. I brought it into Dan's(auto shop) and they found out what happened, Dan's Auto put a correct size plug on and changed the oil(2nd one in 2 weeks now). Now that I had to pay for 2 oil changes in 2 weeks as if money grows on trees, I thought I could get refunded for the first oil change that cost me both money and my driveway. Called fleet farm and the service Manager took zero accountability and said EXACTLY this after I told him what happened and eventually asked(since he was dodging any question/statement that let him hold onto his $100) to indemnify the cost or I will have to go elsewhere for next one - " We do not take threats sir. I won't do anything for you" then he hung up on me. He was well trained to push the conversation to that point as I was not yelling or using bad language. Since I was being polite, I was shocked he would hang up. I called back and they are sending my call to voicemail. Do not waste your money getting a basic oil change here. You work too hard to pay so much for poor quality work.Update*They responded to this comment below here. I did email them and got this response -"Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's mailbox is undergoing maintenance and can't accept messages now. Please try resending the message later."

My family enjoys going to going to Fleet Farm. We are always finding cool treasures that we can use at home. The staff are always friendly and talkative and go out of their way to help. The store is always clean. If you live in the general area I would suggest going. It’s not just farm items, they also have sports items, clothes, camping items and of course a toys section. We travel a distance approximately 2 hours out of our way and it’s always a great experience. We are never disappointed.

The customer service at this fleet farm was amazing, Laurel really went above and beyond to help me out. My experience was fantastic because of her, she lead me to many sections and helped me find proper horse equipment.

Long lines used to be an issue at Fleet Farm... With the addition of the self-checkouts and things have gotten much better!Check out what they call the back forty, it's their clearance section. Lots of great finds!

Save your money the guy at the gun counter was a total d bag and he was a manager I was looking at buying a fire arm and I was 100% swayed away because the guy at the counter basicly called me a pu$$y for wanting a .380 hand gun which was for my wife and the fire arm was over priced anyways found the same modle at scheels brand new for 150 less than this place wanted save your money and stay away from these punk kids terrible terrible place to shop for some iron I was super disrespected by a manager what a joke KEEP YOUR MONEY SCHEELS has a way better selection anyways and there not over priced and they know what they are talking about when It comes to firearms please don't waste your time here it's a joke

Bought 14qts of transmission fluid. As they didn't have 14qts on the shelf I bought a case of 12n 2 single qts. Come to find I only needed 10 I went to return the remaining 4. I was only allowed to return 2for some bogus reason. I will never buy anything from fleet farm again n have decided to cancel my fleet farm credit card.Since I've written this review,FF n I have come to a amicable solution. They responded very quickly to resolve my dilemma,n I am happy with the outcome. So,I will continue to patronize FF once again with confidence if I should have any further issues they will be delt with speed courtesy n resolve.

My original review: I got my tires changed at the beginning of November 2023. They damaged my rim while changing my tire and let me know they’d call when they got a new one and would replace it for free because it was their error. I called twice and left 2 voicemails in December and didn’t get a call back. I finally got an answer the third time I called letting me know they hadn’t gotten the rim yet. It is now the end of January 2024 and I have had no calls or follow-ups about the rim. Disappointed they can’t get this taken care of in a timely matter for their own mistake. Still driving with a damaged rim.Editing to add: This month, my husband finally went into fleet farm to see what was going on. The manager apparently lost my information and “had no way to get ahold of me” even though an incident report was filed the day it happened and I’ve called and left voicemails twice and the 3rd time I called, the person on the phone told me they hadn’t gotten the rim yet. Doesn’t add up to me. He said he would contact whoever he needed to to get this moving and get back to us. I got a call from a claims specialist today to tell me I needed to go to a dealership and get a quote. I could either get a quote for the rim or get the rim and service done elsewhere and present the quote then. This was NEVER communicated to me when this happened. I was told fleet farm would order the rim and fix it for free and they’d let me know when they got it. This has been a nearly 4-month process and I’ve been driving on a damaged rim for that long. Extremely disappointed and will likely not use their services again.

They put people behind the gun desk who don’t know what they are talking about and if you ask her a question she will get angry. I was also sold the wrong magazine for my ar15 and the guy said it would work. Used to be a good store to go and get a cheap rifle now it’s full of people who couldn’t even find gun in the dictionary

Being new to the area, we've never shopped at a fleet farm before. Well, we came in here not expecting much but were quickly hit in the face with "oohs and aahs". Their selection of everything under the rainbow was more than we ever expected. We went in there for some range shooting ammo and left with that plus a billion more of whatever my wife threw in the cart. Come to think of it— steer clear, guys. Trust you me.

Great place with lots of choices and seem to have the right size boots we were looking for. But area was messy and boxes were randomly put on the shelf. Had to really search. The one we bought was not even on display. Still love the store for its variety.
