This is what happens when you order from Five guys on 5050 Timber Pkwy S #132, Fargo, ND 58104. As you can see I asked forLARGE Cajun fries and instead they give me salt fries which wasn't a large and wasn't Cajun. INSTEAD THEY GAVE ME a side of Cajun. The burger was Luke warm an as you can see not made with any respectable care. If you are in Fargo stay with the Fargo in 13th Ave They provide amazing food and services. No ketchup in sight.

Five Guys Burger tasted great, BUT it was very EXPENSIVE. I even split a meal with my girlfriend and I had to double check the price.We ordered two soft drinks, a double cheeseburger with bacon, fried onions, and pickles with a medium fry. This was nearly $24.... which I guess it is what it is. 🤷Overall the staff were very friendly and the burger was what I was hoping for. Definitely something you only do once in a blue moon though due to the cost.

On September 8th, I visited Five Guys with a family member. Unfortunately, the loud and inappropriate music made it challenging to have a conversation. I still placed my order, but the staff had difficulty hearing me. I had to repeat myself twice to ensure clarity.Upon arriving home and opening the bag, I was disappointed to find that my order was not as requested. I asked for a burger without cheese and with tomato slices, lettuce, and mayo, but what I received was a plain burger without any of the requested toppings. This left me quite dissatisfied with my overall experience.

I like this location way more than in north Fargo. Food is more delicious, juicier. Besides it staff is super nice here . In other location staff with not happy faces and food so fry . I recommend this location!!!Wheelchair accessibility: They have one table for people in wheelchair.

Highly dont recommend!Didn't even get what I wanted. I ordered a cheese burger on a grilled cheese. Only got one of my patties. Asked for lettuce pickles, ketchup and BBQ but they gave me lettuce jalapeños and ketchup.My daughter got a little hamburger only ketchup but they added bbq on it.Five Guys has really gone downhill ever since the split off into two locations. Very disappointed. I can't even eat anything now due to the jalapeños burning my mouth. I'm highly sensitive to spicy food...

Expensive greasy burgers with the best fries hands down. Overall it's nice to splurge sometimes and Five Guys is definitely a once in a while kind of restaurant. This location has exceptional staff and my only complaint would be the cleanliness of the tables. Food is great but clearly each person tends to leave a mess.Parking: Excellent large parking lot. No issues with finding a spot.

these guys surprised me. my family and i were waiting for our food and watched as the cook threw a rag onto the buns that had all of our toppings on them and were awaiting the meat patties. we watched and thought they messed the buns up and were going to remake them. to my surprise he walked over and noticed that he threw the rag on them and grabbed it off really quickly as if he hoped no one noticed his mistake. then, when the patties were ready he was going to allow the other cook to place the patties on the soiled food and serve them to us. we let them know that this was unacceptable and very disgusting, dishonest, disgusting and downright disrespectful. when we confronted them no one said anything except one of them who said " I will remake it" and then there was silence no apology or accountability for unsafe and unsanitary food handling. we asked for a refund and left. watch these guys carefully if you go to eat here. after we left they were watching us through the window and laughing amongst each other.

Was starving after work and tried to hit up burger King and they were out of impossible whoppers, was eating vegan. So saw 5 guys across the street figured we'd at least get a large fries cuz it said in the window that they were voted best fries. Well we saw they had a grilled veggie sandwich and ordered it with no grilled mushrooms and added raw onion to it with a large fry. So on this sandwich the veggies were all fresh, no grilled green peppers or onions they were all raw. What the hey, we wanted the grilled veggies too! The fries were super soggy and heavy with oil. We end up eating fries alot being plant based and they were some of the worst we've had in awhile. Quick service, but because they didn't cook our fries all the way.

Very nice service and super fast. The food is very good. The fries are delicious but a little greasy. They are very generous with the fries too. Very impressed with the variety of drink options they have in their machine.Dietary restrictions: Do not come in if you have a peanut allergy.

The food was delicious! I had just played in my middle school band concert and this was a great relaxer. Tho it is on the expensive side, the good food and free peanuts are worth it!

Immature kids. Pointing and talking and laughing at customers, staring at their phones, not getting orders done. Only polite and hardworking one was the cashier guy.

My order was incorrect. It's not that hard to read an order for a burger and get it right. No one has time to go back to the place they paid for food to make them correct it.
