If you like burnt food, this is the place for you.Not a big fan of ordering doordash for my family's lunch and watching them pull apart the edible parts from the inedible parts.This has happened once before and I chalked it up to a bad day. Now that it's happened twice, guess I'll call it a theme. What a shame...Firehouse has always been a favorite in the other states I've lived in. Good thing there's plenty of other choices in the area.

Always great! One of our favorite sandwich places! We got the hook and ladder sub and club on a sub sandwiches. And Mac N cheese on the side.Kid-friendliness: Kid sandwich options and Mac N cheese.

I've come here for years now and have always loved your subs. Today I brought in some new customers. We ordered 3 large turkey bacon ranch and one small hook and ladder. The bread was dry and old and the meat was clumped into the center of the sandwich. My pickle was old and soggy. I was deeply embarrassed bringing in our oldest friends and having such an experience. The guy that handed me my to go bag practically threw it at me. I tried to call and let the manager know many times but it rang and rang only to be picked up and hung up again. I sincerely hope this is reaches the correct ppl to get this fixed. I won't be back until it does.

First time eating at Firehouse subs. I ordered the hero which turned out being a fitting name for the sammich. Very tasty, average value and atmosphere.

First and last time I will come here. I walked in around 4:30 and nobody was behind the counter. I browsed the menu and finally two high school student girls came out. Was not greeted, not asked what I would like, I was just glared at and they stared out the windows—while I was in front of the register by the way. I asked if they were waiting for someone since they refused to acknowledge me and store was completely empty. I was the only customer. The girl barely replied and didn’t ask me what I would’ve liked so I just ordered. The wait was longer than expected for simple meatball subs. The girls behind the counter seemed like they would rather have been gossiping than to do their jobs. $15 would’ve been better spent elsewhere it seems.I truly hope they consider refunding those of us who have been treated this way at this business.

First timer here...was pretty excited to try it out. Ordered 2 large subs through the app, picked them up, got back to our hotel and the order was not mine! Not even close! Tried calling and calling with no answer. So we went back out in the North Dakota cold and snow to get our order rectified. The young men there were nice about it and did make it right, but I sure wasn't thrilled about having to return to the store to get the correct food. Not hugely impressed with any of it, service, taste or quality.

I was there this evening got the firehouse steak and cheese it was so soggy and ice cold I couldn’t even eat it…. This used to be my favorite place. I told everyone about now it’s gone downhill and the kids working as soon as I walked out the door we’re doing tick-tock videos or some thing. Need to find better help or train them better.

Awful customer service. Must have been ALL high school students. No one acknowledged me at the register. I had to request to place an order. Then at one point there were 9 customers waiting for their order and no one had received their sandwich due to them talking. 2 of which were online orders waiting and the workers said we haven't started making them yet. There were 5 workers. You would hope that with that many it wouldn't take so long. My suggestion, don't have ALL young kids working at one time with no one looking after them teaching them work ethic.

Stopped in for a quick bite. 4 people in our group. All ordered what we wanted and got what we ordered. Food was quick. Service was friendly. Subs were fresh and hot. The only slight "complaint" was the wheat bread was a tad bit dry. Other than that the toppings were good. Nice variety of chips and sides.We would eat here again!

Like the food, hate the service. I order from this place regularly, and the experience is always the same mixed bag. It doesn't matter if you place your order two hours in advance, you still have to wait in the lobby 10 minutes after the designated time for them to make it. Make sure you check your order before you leave because most of the time it's missing something. However, the food itself is pretty good. Solid food, terrible customer experience

The food has always been really good every time I’ve eaten here. I order from Firehouse a few times a month. The last few times they seem to randomly be closing early. Tonight my husband went to order food and the open sign was off, the employee was mopping, and the store overall looked closed. This was at 7:50pm when google, the website, and the front door all state closing time is at 9. I’ve gone in around 8:15 in the past and was told all the equipment had been turned off for the night. I would have loved to give a 5 star review since the food is always so good, but the inconsistency in hours is what made me give 3 stars.
