I boarded my five cats with Fetchers for over 3 weeks. They were amazing. They were polite, professional, friendly, and most importantly they treated my babies like their own. They were well fed, well treated, well loved, and had a great time. I was sent picture updates every 3 days with little messages regarding their stay and it was awesome. They even kept them for an extra night so I could arrange a proper pickup. I would recommend boarding your kitties with Fetchers if you’re concerned about leaving your kitties for a long period. I had to take this trip and I was so concerned for their safety and wellbeing but Fetchers made it easier to sleep at night knowing my kitties were well taken care of and loved. I would definitely recommend especially if you have multiple kitties. Thanks so much Fetchers!

First day care where my dog has had issues. Didn't figure out he was crated all day until after we picked him up. Would've been nice to know that they weren't interested in watching him before they traumatized him by throwing him in a crate after getting jumped by dogs that have been packing together for some time already

Our previous daycare closed down. Myself and my dog LOVED it and never had any issues. We decided to try fetches and unfortunately had a completely different experience. When we arrived they were friendly, however they lead my dog straight to the back room without me. When I picked him up after his evaluation I was told he was showing signs of dominance and looked uncomfortable and nervous so he was crated for 5 hours. Not once did I receive an update or phone call explaining the situation. I would have immediately picked him up if I had known he was uncomfortable and was going to be crated. I understand dogs are animals and temper and behavior can change situationally. However, he’s been to daycare multiple times, meets new dogs and people very frequently and we’ve never had these issues. A simple phone call could have prevented this review. We’re both sad it happened how it did.

Our dogs absolutely LOVE going to Fetchers! They get upset when they don’t get to go for the day. The staff are always nice when dropping off/picking up, I appreciate them and the services they provide.

Cricket spent a good portion of his life going to another daycare me and my fiance worked at. When we both left, we wanted a place where he could grow in his confidence. At the other daycare, he would be stressed, act out, eat poop, and just be way too tired afterwards all because the staff would let him and there were simply too many dogs in one area. When he came for his first day, i was so so nervous, and so was he. In the few months, he has grown to love it here! He still struggles with his confidence around males/newer situations but he is doing great! We especially love the enrichment program because sometimes we need to work his mind as well! I am so so happy we switched, the staff is so nice and answers any questions we have, he doesn't come home smelly, and he hasn't eaten poop since we switched! We can't wait to sign our cat up for feline behavior modification as well as Cricket get into grooming here.I highly highly highly recommend fetchers and cannot say enough good things!photos: cricket is the one in the bandana!

We LOVE Fetchers and so does our pup Murphy. We never have to worry when leaving Murphy at Fetchers for boarding and daycare. It’s very easy to schedule online and the staff are always so friendly. When we drop Murphy off he doesn’t even look back he’s so excited. Would highly recommend!

We have been taking Chloe to Fetchers for about 2 years. She loves going and playing with all her friends, whether it's just a day of daycare or a few days while we are out of town. The staff here is amazing and takes such great care of the dogs!

Our dogs spent the day after Fetcher's daycare enrichment sleeping off all the fun and stimulation they'd had. I mean there were bubbles! I didn't even know dogs liked bubbles but apparently, ours do. The staff was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be brining out girls back!

The staff at Fetchers allowed my wife and I the opportunity to celebrate our anniversary no worries or concerns if our little guys were being truly and lovingly taken care of. We were very pleased when returned how Emily professionally and thorougly reviewed the boys stay and any issues that may have occured as well. I love the report card feature that allowed you to feel like you were there and constantly in the loop.

There are four words that garner an excited head tilt from our dog: "Walk", "Mom", "Dad" and "FETCHERS". She loves going to Fetchers! The staff are all super friendly & know our dog by name. We send her once a week most weeks to keep her socialized, happy & tired.

5 Stars all the way. Grooming, boarding or training, Fetchers is the place to go. The staff is awesome, my boys love going there and sleep for 3 days when they get home because they had so much fun. I can not recommend Fetchers enough.

Brought my dog to Fetchers for 4 nights of boarding. Had a terrible experience with Fetchers as a whole, including the owner. Never have had an issue for any matting behind my dogs ears. When I picked him up, all the hair by his ear was matted into a ball, see pictures. I spoke with the owner regarding this issue and he said matting is a common problem and implied I was lying regarding my dogs hair before I dropped him off. If they had looked and checked my dog at drop off they would of known he has no matting issues. I asked for some part of a refund regarding this boarding issue and he stated “I will give you $20 if this is a money issue, are you really bullying me to not write a bad review”. The lack of care and unprofessionalism I experienced is quite shocking from a boarding daycare, as I have never experienced this issue from any other place.

Fetchers is hands down the place to go in The F-M area! We had Jack train our Lou Dog and he is doing great! They also supported us during one of the worst times as we lost our other older fur buddy. They always treat the boys and us like family and now they have a Cattery too!! So Randy gets to join the family fun while we are away as well! If I could give them 100 stars I would. Love all the team at Fetchers!!This is Lou Dogg’s reaction when I tell him he gets to go hang with the gals at Fetchers! I think he is a little excited no?

At Fetchers, everyone is so happy and welcoming. People seem to be constantly smiling. My dog loves going there and is always so happy when he knows he is going to Fetchers. They seem to constantly be cleaning, which is awesome! They also are really great about communicating ~ big or small~ things to me. All around a great place to take my pup.

Original review from 2021: We've used Fetchers as our daycare/boarding location for our 80-lb Lab mix since they opened. Every employee loves our dog like he was their own. He is always so excited when we pack his overnight bag that he'll wait by the door until it's time for him to get in the car. I used to feel guilty when we would have to take a trip without our pup, but now I know he is so excited to go to Fetchers for a 'sleepover' and he will be pampered while we are on vacation! Our dog loves Fetchers, so we love Fetchers!Editing in 2023: our lab mix is now about 100lb and we added another ~9lb dachshund to our family. Fetchers is phenomenal with large and small pups alike, and knows how to make them all feel comfortable based on their specific breed needs. Our two board together when we're gone, and they love going to see their Fetchers family! I highly recommend Fetchers!!

Generally speaking, leaving my dog in the care of someone else is hard for me. I’m very selective about who I hand her over to. My pup has been visiting Fetchers for the past 3 years and she loves it. When I say “let’s go to daycare” she is ready with her tail wagging. She prances her way into the building and on her way out. That tells me everything I need to know about the quality of this place. The staff are great too! They take good care of my pup, and give her little nicknames (lol). Makes me smile. Im a happy dog momma and foresee being a Fetchers customer for the long haul. 🙂🐾🐶

Fetchers truly goes above and beyond to care for the dogs they serve! I have never had any concerns leaving my dog Ruthie there, and we have been going for about 2 years. Ruthie really likes the enrichment program, and comes home fulfilled and I know well cared for. The staff is always so helpful and kind, and Ruthie is always so excited to see them! We had both of our very shaggy/shedding dogs groomed and Fetchers did an incredible job. Both dogs came back looking like they could be in a pet show! We would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be bringing them back in the future!

We love Fetchers! I was really nervous about bringing my puppy to daycare for the first time. They were wonderful and helped her come out of her shell at daycare after only a couple of times. Now we get there and she leads me to the door because she is so excited to be there. They post pictures on their Facebook which I LOVE. My girl is always tired after a day playing at Fetchers!

Fetchers are the best! We have an elderly lab and have been taking her to daily daycare for over a year now. They are so respectful and kind to our aging dog which sets our mind at ease. Highly recommend!!
