Many items on shelves are not stocked. Especially in the frozen food section. If they have a certain popular item go on sale you'll be lucky to find it as it will most likely be out of stock. Otherwise it's an OK place. Great meat quality and prices.Edit 3/2024 - They advertise "sales" when its not really a sale. See the picture. False advertisement.

Very poor customer service! Twice the person at the customer service left for several minutes. The second time was right before she printed my receipt. Also I tried to return an item the I purchased a couple days previously but couldn’t find the receipt. No refund, no store credit. Very unfriendly. So many good options for shopping in the metro, Costco, Aldis, Cashwise. Will not be returning to this store.

This grocery store stays open later than any other in the Fargo area. Prices seem a little higher here, but I have found things at this grocery store that I can't find anywhere else. As I walked in this evening, I noticed that there appears to be a rock and crystal shop by the entrance. The store was closed but I am very excited to go back and visit this happy little addition. 😊

Owner is hiding reviews. The staff here is so disrespectful I will never shop here again they are traumatizing. I brought real defective products to this store to be returned and they refused to fix it and called me the problem for always bringing stuff back. Will never forget how I was treated by this joke of a staff and they abuse the positions they're in. Corporate will send you right back to the GM so don't even bother calling. Just don't shop here. Trashy people.

Open later than any other store grocery company in city limits and they have the best gluten free selection in the area. Friendly service. Only complaint would be the same I have for most other grocery stores, they only sell half gallons of grass fed milk and gouge the hell out of the price for what you'd spend on a gallon if they carried. Do better, Family Fare.

Was singled out when using my wic card because the last time I shopped there the product that was clearly covered by wic wasn't ringing up. They even admitted that it should be ringing up as covered. So today they took it upon themselves to ask me if I knew my balance. When I brought it to the managers attention they said people come in without knowing their balance. That has nothing to do with me and unless your asking every single customer who uses wic the same question you shouldn't be singling me out over your system being dumb. The employee even said she was informed to ask me. So it isn't just all wic users it was me specifically. Thank you for making me feel like a child. Maybe fix your system instead of singling out customers.

It's always a go-to since it's so close to home, but the prices are a bit high compared to supermarkets and other franchises. The selection of goods is always nice, and the service is always fast and friendly. The late night close is a plus as well, it has save me quite a few times when I've needed something shen everywhere else was closed.

Open late, we need more business/grocery/food/etc, open late like they do here. Possibly my favorite supermarket in Fargo, solely because I can continue living my normal work schedule of evenings/overnights and on my days off, still come get groceries! So thank you, please don't ever close early.

They make the best, affordable, delicious, masterpiece that your able to eat and actually enjoy. They aren't like other places in town where the fosting is gross and weird tasting. I don't know how they do it but they make a wonderful delicious cake just how you want it and better then you ask for. 😁 Id have to say hands down the number 1 place to order your cakes 🎂 for any occasion you have going on. 😀 Don't forget there cupcakes 😋too 😁 One word is all I can say for this place....yummy 😉

This is my usual grocery choice unless I need more specific items not found at any of the Family Fares locations. Updating my review as I arrived 2 hours before close and it's just like Walmart now, the stocking crew in your way but here they were visibly annoyed that we were there trying to shop. Dropping the boxes of product in front of the area where they go on the shelf before they open the cardboard box it's shipped in. So disappointed in all these places. Work somewhere else if you can't handle customers giving their hard earned money to the place YOU earn yours at. Stupid!

Store was clean. I was not a fan of their produce. They had a decent selection but the things I wanted from there did not look very good (nectarines, plums, peaches, some apples, bell peppers). They were all wrinkled. They also didn't have some of the products I was looking for. I went 3 stars for those reasons but it wasn't a horrible experience.

If in West Fargo I recommend this grocery store for shopping for anything or grabbing a snack. The deli, bakery section is huge with great options. You can find many good deals in the store and even some neat items other stores dont have.

Clean and organized. Minor annoyance with cakes being mixed together not separated by frosting type making it easy to get wrong type if your not 100% aware of labels (labels on all tho so loved that). Few cashiers but self check out was a breeze.
