Went in for the first time in years and it looks like it has gotten worse. messed up stocking/ no stocking, old products, and the overall look of the store nothing was appealing about this place. We had stopped here to grab some drinks and electrolytes for the fair and were treated with no eecent drinks for reasonable prices. The electrolytes we got smelt could and had a extremely overwhelming plastic taste. After one drink I could tell it had gone bad and the experation date confirmed my suspicions. If there staff was a bit more attentive to the needs of the store and checking products dates this would've never happened.

Asked about a restroom was told very rudely that there was not one. I can understand if my mom was not shopping in there why I could not use it. But cashier was very very rude I will make sure I never come here again. It was on Sunday April 24th. At 6pm in west fargo, if Manager would like to check on it to see who was working.

I go to this store at least once a week. Early November I was looking for Christmas decor items. I returned several times a week. Boxes were stacked up in aisles. But not opened. I could see they were Christmas decor. Only 1 clerk at checkout. Christmas wasn't put out until into Dec. Clerk was very pleasant at store.

Maybe they're just having a problem getting stuff in, but their shelves are always bare empty. Everytime I've gone there in the last 2 months it was emptyer than the time before. Would be genuinely surprised if anything has been filled or stocked all month unless there's just a product shortage.

There were literally nine people in line and only one cashier.. three other employees in the store but no help up front. Store shelves are often empty of much needed items and product takes a long time to replace. Not because of lack of product per se.. just seems to take forever for employees to stock shelves. Many times I've come in store and carts are filled with product to be stocked on shelves and employee on duty is sitting in a chair on cell phone complaining of no help. Ridiculous.

I love this little store in West Fargo! All of the employees are so kind and helpful. It has everything that I need all in one convenient quick stop. It is great to walk in to a very organized and very clean store! They really make you feel like you’re part of the family.

The store wasn't very clean, but we did find what we were looking for, so that's a plus. I prefer this Family Dollar over the other ones in Fargo for sure. When we went to check out, the clerk was sleeping on top of the bagging area. It was quite odd. She proceeded to stay there and reach over the counter to check out our items.

I love to shop, and coupon. Was about to spend alot of money. But nope. My 3 yr old daughter had to use the restroom, and they claim to not have one.** REALLY?! so employees have to hold it all day?? Haha yeah right** will NOT shop somewhere that "doesn't have" a restroom! Lost my business for sure. Shame.

Horrible experience i bought a speaker returned it cause it was bad and then the new speaker i replace was bad too so i went back and they didnt want to exchange so i was out 20$ .. They got a whole shelf full of bad speakers that wont take charge cause the batteries went bad in them but i got lucky i had a couple ps4 batteries with power regulators so i was able to put a better batterie that lasts 10 times longer than the one it comes with if they worked .... But i got the speaker working perfectly its a good speaker now thank you for nothin family dollar

Horrible place with a lady whom refused service to someone based off his culture. Management should be alerted to the bigoted and biased staff there. The way we were treated was unsat for a business.

Some items overpriced. Nice variety of items, should find what you're looking for in a dollar store. Staff very pleasant.

Every time I go to this store the clerks are right outside the front door smoking, very gross, just happened again yesterday 1-26-20 around 2:15 pm, isn’t there an ordinance that says they need to smoke more than 20 feet from the entrance??
