10/10 Recommend! We have had our carpets cleaned annually for years, well we thought they were being cleaned! Alan exceeded our expectations tenfold. He is truly a master at his craft. We have a little yorkie…he was the first to ever actually find and treat his spots to make sure they were totally removed. He explained everything and taught me about carpet cleaning. Alan did a spectacular job cleaning the carpets in my rental prior to checkout. He was communicative throughout the service, providing pictures as he went and advising of an additional cost to treat some tough dirt tracks on my stairs, and was a joy to chat with before and after. You don’t even need to be home, they can let themselves in & invoice you directly to your email where you can quickly pay with Apple Pay. These folks are fantastic! I contacted them earlier this week and they scheduled an appointment for me right away for this weekend. They were even very responsive with all of my questions and went above and beyond my expectations for the carpet cleaning.(There was a particular area in our hallway stairwell that was incredibly wrecked with mud and dirt traffic but Alan, his son and their other employee were right on top of it and completely brought that part of our rug back to life).I am so impressed by their incredible customer service, and friendly staff, as well as their pricing. Did an excellent job in our home! Having tried a couple competitors in the FM area Express is hands down the best quality and most affordable in the FM area. This business is super reputable and have heard nothing but great things about them. I actually called to have a carpet cleaned and later found out that my property managers had done it themselves. The gentleman I had talked to was super courteous and did not charge me a cancellation fee. There prices are outrageously cheap and all of my friends recommended me to them for all of their great work. I would not hesitate to use them in the future!

Alan did a great job with our carpets. Everything looks great and smells fresh. The picture and video messages as he was cleaning were really nice. You could see how it looked before and after as he went, without having to be there. He was punctual, up front with his pricing, and very friendly to work with. Alan did an amazing job at our new apartment! When we came in right away I noticed that the carpet wasnt cleaned properly. After contacting Alan he was able to make an appointment with us to clean it properly very promptly. This carpet cleaning company is by far the best one in the entire Fargo area. The individual was extremely respectful and knew what to do to get even the toughest of stains out. AL is the best carpet cleaner. He has been to our new place recently moved into and noticed water damage before even the management did. He also fixed our gutters and our mower lol. Honestly that guy is a work alcoholic and so amazing. I also had him do our previous place and I can’t stop mentioning what a spectacular talented individual he really is. Everytime I get my carpets cleaned I use this guy! He is friendly, courteous and can sure get some tough stains and smells out! He will send you videos of your carpets both getting cleaned and then the finished product. He is the best in the f/m area and I highly recommend.

This is definitely a company that is thorough and transparent with their service. Pricing was negotiated upfront (or when additional services were needed) and pictures were sent to me before, during and after the service for my rental property. Oh and they do a great job carpet cleaning. I would recommend Express Carpet Cleaners to any property managers.
