If I could select zero stars as an option, I would. I have yet to have a pleasant encounter with the ladies that work in the pharmacy. I am working on changing my bad habits into good habits, so every time I am treated poorly there, I have been brushing it off, and still give them the respect that everyone deserves. Well, today I called to ask about the price of blood glucose test strips because I am currently out and cannot refill for 8 more days. I understand that they are busy, and they probably deal with some difficult people from time to time. However, that does not give anyone the green light to be disrespectful, and hateful because they sound very hateful. Anyway, I was being very polite, and simply asked if there was a care card for the test strips that could be applied because it was expensive, but in a very rude way she said that is not something I can look up for you if you do not like the price I’m sure Walmart has them cheaper, then proceeded to hang up on me. Now, I am not hurt over this at all. I was a little surprised at how rude she was because I was being very polite. Anyway, I just want people to know that most of the ladies that work at CVS pharmacy in north Fargo are very disrespectful, and are never friendly. So, if you are thinking about getting your meds from that location, I would look somewhere else because they do not deserve the business.

I used self check out and a light came on because it couldn't feel the weight of the toilet paper in the bagging area. Linu the worker proceeded to hit no on two of my extra care coupon bucks which are rewards without asking me, and I said no I wanted to use those. He said rudely well I can cancel everything and ring you up again. Why would I want to do that, I already scanned everything myself? I've picked up prescriptions and shopped here since 2007, and was treated poorly by someone who treated me like I was stealing from the store. I'll shop elsewhere if I encounter rude service again. So disappointed and aggravating and no one apologized, not even the other older lady who works there when I explained what happened.

Unbelievable. This pharmacy with multiple employees closes from 1:30-2:00 for lunch. I walked up at 1:30 and had to wait until 2:00 for the prescription.We are now in the drive up line with 5 vehicles waiting behind us at 1:50.This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The pharmacy is terrible. The people are rude. I have not had a good experience there in years. I used to go there in college since it is right by ndsu. I haven't returned in years until yesterday. I prepaid for a prescription in hopes they'd hold it and I could pick it up quick. Instead they returned it and canceled my autopay. Then charged me more at the counter and i had to wait for them to refill it. When I voiced my frustration the lady at he counter just shrugged her shoulders and said there's not much I can do. I will never return. They're just rude people.

Harassing people is not a good idea for cvs. A manager walked up to my friends who is picking up her medication and claims that she has stolen thing. So she thinks it’s a good idea to search her illegally because my friend and not give her permission. Thank God cop called.

I’m new to the area and have started picking up prescriptions here. I’m in between jobs and waiting on my insurance to start at the moment. Everyone that has helped me in the pharmacy has been so helpful every time I come in. They helped me get my prescription for 1 week until my health insurance kicked in. I truly feel like they went above and beyond to make that happen for me. I’m so thankful for their help in getting me my prescription at a price I can actually afford to buy me a weeks time for insurance to start. Thank you!!

Called to ask a simple question. I understand the store is busy, I have no problem with the hold. However, the the young lady who picked up the phone after this long hold was easily one the most unpleasant individuals I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Their absolutely troll like attitude was unappreciated, after asking to speak to a manager I was promptly told "They weren't here." After that I asked to speak with the shift supervisor instead. She then told me "No, we are all busy." and hung up. Ma'am you were absolutely RUDE.

I would’ve chose to give this store ZERO STARS but unfortunately you can only do one star for the worst rating.I went into this store at 8:45pm with a cart full of items I needed to buy. When it hit 9:05pm, I was approached by not one, but TWO employees who made a hand motion of shoeing me out the door. They told me I had to leave but I could still buy my items. I put all my items that were in my cart onto random shelves and left.For any company, you should never tell a costumer to leave. Even when you are closed. You should value your customers. And I feel that this store does not. Which is why I give them ZERO STARS!I will never return to this store again or order my medicine through them.

I've refilled my prescriptions there before, and it's a hit or miss on whether or not you'll be waiting on hold for TEN MINUTES or not. I called, asked for representative to fill my ADD prescription because I can't do it with the automated system. I had my prescription bottle ready in hand. I was met with a "Please hold," and put on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. This has happened several times, but I find it hard to attribute all of the blame to the workers alone, considering whenever I visit the store, there are very very few workers. Looks like Corporate-CVS should starting forking out a bit more money to staff its stores properly.

Ilse S. stated she was the manager after rudely screwing everything up, and then continued to be extremely rude after knowingly messing up our transaction multiple times. if I could give zero stars I would. I have no Idea how someone as incompetent and rude could even be anywhere as close to management nonetheless employed by a large corporation as this. I will not be returning to this CVS even if I was forced to.....

I wonder if some reviews here are actually about the 13th Ave location. I base my rating on the followingWait time: excellent, prescriptions always ready faster and staff is friendly especially compared to 13th Ave location!Calls: taken much faster and I’ve never been put on holdService: I realize CVS keeps staff to a minimum, however, this location seems to have courtesy and service as a priorityCleanliness: the building is old, however, the employees keep it as clean and well kept as they can, if anything corporate could strip the floors and give it that concrete floor sealant update. It’s clean though.Prices: Some medications over the years have been cheaper at this location than other pharmacies in the area. Not to mention the deals on grocery and sundry items weekly.I will return and recommend this location over 13th Ave hands down!
