Was texted a few days ago prescription was ready, husband went in to get it and was told there were no prescriptions. I called and if fact it is there and ready. Now they are closed for lunch? CVS pharmacy needs to rethink this policy. They have enough employees to have them vary their lunch schedule. Very disappointed. Now have to make special trip back for the prescription. Clearly they didn't check very well.

I’m so disappointed. Waited half an hour in the drive through. I had no attitude as I know they are notorious for having long wait times and with my work schedule I need a pharmacy open late. Had some concerns regarding price due to autism waiver for my child we get the scrips free. They changed from my insurance to the Medicaid and it was way more. How was I to know there was an error or that it would be more. The pharmacist told me “we have to redo everything so either go back in line or come in and slammed the door before I could say I was coming in because my kids needed to go potty. Waited another half hour, they never called my name saying it was ready. Then while I was waiting in line I heard them talking about me. I get it, busy days suck but it should not be taken out on customers.

Dropped off an old film I had found to be processed at the CVS store on 13th ave/25th street in Fargo the last part of November 2023. Told me it would take about 30 days. Stopped every two weeks by the store to see if they were back. Finally in February after leaving my name and phone number asking for a manager to call me.A employee hands me a phone number for Fuji (who processes the film) tells me that it was deliver to the store in January!I go back to the store, finally get to talk to the manager and she says the will look all over the store and call me next week.As of March 23rd no call, nothing!Both my parents are no longer with us and I now have grown children. The film may have had priceless pictures but who knows! I will never know.I’ve been a retail manager for 30+ years!!Terrible management!!!!Will never step foot in that store or spend a $ there again. I live 2 minutes from that location!!!!

Horrible customer service. When patients are already not feeling well and then the techs are pissy with an attitude towards the customer, it makes an already bad situation worse. They do not communicate with patients regarding any hiccups in filling their meds and instead make a patient come all the way to the facility only to find out they have to wait even longer due to the pharmacy not filling their meds until they talk to a patient but no one ever reaches out to the patient. I guess it time to switch pharmacies unfortunately. This pharmacy used to be decent but I do not recommend them to anyone at this point!

Lazy people. Was in drive through waited 20 minutes wouldnt come to window to pick up meds. closed while i was sitting there. employees would look at me and not come to the window. Horrible

Their pharmacy drive thru line is so long and takes a while. They have a 2nd drive thru line but don’t use it? It would speed up the process if they utilized it.

People say, I have the patience of a Saint. So to stick with CVS ( Pharmacy) for two years now . I am DONE! Don’t even bother downloading the APP. Because this particular CVS, doesn’t even bother filling your medication. Even if you call, the wait is 20-35 minutes to even speak to anyone. In person? The staff is rude, unorganized, dishonest about the “Ready Time”. I promise you! Your better off getting your prescription elsewhere. Again, I’m only talking about (Pharmacy).

They're lucky they get one star if I could give a half a star I would, the wait time is absolutely ridiculous, waiting in line for over 40 minutes just to get told that it will be ready in another 15 minutes, happens every time I am here get told immediately to pull around, but these cars in front of me stay at the window for 10 plus minutes each car. They need to figure something out to make things faster that's for sure but I will be switching pharmacies after today.

Regular CVS no different than the rest I’ve been too. I use their pharmacy and buy some items here and there although it’s pricey their coupons come in handy sometimes.

Very slow and they close the pharmacy for lunch for a hr . Idk why a place would do that most people take breaks at different times so they don’t have to shut down. Ps the closed for lunch not listed in the store hrs.

My husband sent me to pick up his prescription. He put order in thru 800 number. My husband was told prescription would be ready Monday by the recording on 800 number.Maddy was the gal at the drive thru window. I gave her all my husband’s information. She said she couldn’t fill because I didn’t know the name of the drug. This should have been on her computer. I called my husband he wasn’t answering. I had a picture on my phone of the drug name but that wasn’t good enough either because I wasn’t for sure. Everytime I go through the line at the drive thru it is at least a 30 minute wait. I told Maddy that if I left again it would be a 30 minute wait to put in prescription and the I would have to swing around again wait another 30 minutes for it to be refilled. I asked Maddy I admit angrily if there was a better process o yeah she said there is an app that would work better. I guess you have to be angry in order to get any kind of customer service. All I got from Maddy was a smirk of a smile and no help.

I went to CVS on 9/7/2022 at 1:10 pm to refill a prescription. I was told I would have to come back after 2:15 as they were closed for lunch between 1:30 and 2:00 and it would take longer than 20 minutes for them to get the refill ready. Only 2 other people were waiting in line. I received a text message stating my prescription was ready. So…. I went back today 9/8/2022 and went through the drive through. This was at 1:20 and only one person was ahead of me and no one behind me. The person in front of me had completed their transaction by 1:25. I pulled up to the window and sat there for a couple of minutes. At 1:28 the grate was pulled down in front of the drive through window and I heard them laughing at my shocked reaction. I went home immediately and got my prescription and took it elsewhere. I will never shop at this store again. The one star review I gave was generous!

My 8 year old daughter was given a script for antibiotics, and we were sent to this CVS three hours in advance. When we arrived they told us they didn't have any amoxicillin, and had no idea when they may have some more in stock. Now my daughter is shivering laying in bed fighting a fever. The pharmacist in charge at this CVS should be ashamed of themselves.

CVS has just about everything when shopping for skincare, makeup, vitamins and supplements, hair care and even gifts. They also have a photo developing center which does a great job and my photos were done before I was even done shopping. They also offer vaccines in their pharmacy department. If you plan on going here, give yourself some time because there is so much to look at. They even carry a few groceries. It's basically an all inclusive pharmacy/store. They also have a rewards program which helps you to save money on top of their other great specials always going on!! I would definitely recommend it. They are speedy too if there is a line!

Cvs pharmacy has been steadily declining in decent service, today they stated my prescription would be ready by 1pm after having the refill request since start of business that same day. Arrive at 1pm to be told that it isn't ready and that they would try to have ready before they closed at 1:30 until 2 pm for lunch. It wasn't ready, now I am out the gas, and time I put into this trip to the pharmacy. Show little regard for the customers time, not sure why they can't stager lunches like other customer facing businesses do.

Ordered hbp meds. First visit they say not covered by insurance, insurance approved it instantly, been on it for 18 years. Today is 6th trip back. Still don't have it. Pick any other pharmacy other than this one. Zero stars if I could. They probably should not even be allowed to fill scrips.

UPDATE: Since this first review, they have continued their same incompetency and failed to fill my second "auto renewal" medication yet again. I have switched a different pharmacy and still pay about the same price with my prescription coverage.Horrible pharmacy! I have an ongoing prescription for 2 vital medications. These are setup on "auto renewal" - SUPPOSEDLY. However, there have been multiple times that I have only received 1 of the 2 meds (always the same one). The last couple of months have been fine, so I finally thought they had things corrected; until yesterday. I picked up the prescription through the drive-thru, but when I got home there was only the one medication AGAIN! I even prepaid.When I called they said that it is on auto renewal and didn't know why the other medication was missed. I told them this has happened several times in the past. Maybe instead of blaming the auto renewal system they should consider human error. I'm very close to going to a new pharmacy!!

This is one of the busiest CVS’s in the Midwest, filling between 5000-6000 scripts a week. Even with 4+ pharmacists and 5+ techs and interns working at a time it is still nearly impossible to fill every prescription, answer every phone call and deal with all of the other problems. People complain about wait times as if they’re the only people getting their meds. The corporate system is completely out of the stores hands, so if a med is automatically filled or put on hold, 90% of the time the employees aren’t the ones who did it. Getting ahold of doctors, insurance or other pharmacies is much more difficult than people think, especially when you’re struggling to stay afloat as it is. If you really can’t take the wait time, just realize that by getting your script filled at the busiest pharmacy around, you’re part of the problem. On top of that, employees days are constantly ruined by rude people yelling at them with little to no knowledge of what goes on inside of a pharmacy.

I went to this location other day to pick up a few things over in pharmacy area. While shopping, the pharmacist and an employee were yelling at each other. The employee was sick and sounded like the pharmacist would not let her go home. This escalated and each then started threatening eachother. Why they thought this was ok to do in the open with a line of customers I just don’t understand. Being a professional with an HR background, this should have never happened. Both should be reprimanded if not fired or at a minimum, go through training and get written up. When leaving, the girl that was sick was sobbing at the front door. What a mess.Store also seems old and needs to be remodeled.

I’ve been sick for three days, so I wanted to take a Rapid Covid test. I called my local CVS store to make sure they had them in stock before I bundled up to go out and get one. I was told they had them, but I could not get them through the drive-through I had to come into the store so they could bill my insurance. Yep I wanted to take my germs all over the store! I got to the drop off desk and she looked at me and said if you’re paying through insurance it’ll be a couple of hours but if you want to buy one it’s $10. Why couldn’t they tell me that before I had to go out sick and through their store sick? I went down to Cass County Covid testing site. Had the test done immediately and picked up 4 tests to go home with me! Terrible Service!!!

After some time spent with the pharmacy, trying to get prescriptions which were, according to CVS, sent to CA, I was informed that someone who was qualified to do so would contact the CA pharmacy via phone and have the prescription transferred.Later when I called to see if my prescription was ready, I was told it couldn't be transferred, it needed to be faxed in.Great misinformation, now I've got the weekend without my medicine.

It is hard to explain how rude and irresponsible are their pharmacy doctors and staff. Several time, I have been there and asked for medications or help and they did not help. Recently I ran out of an important medication that I needed to take and the pharmacist (lady) did not care only because last time I did not filled my prescription in their pharmacy. It is a shame having those type of people working in health and medical sector in our community.

I don't understand why the stars are so low for this place. Every time I talk to them they are very nice and accommodating. They go out of their way to double check. People need to be understanding about places being short staffed and new employees that are on board. There's been times my aby was sick and they got right to making her antibiotics. So they went out of their way to make sure my baby was good. They are always polite when I get my meds. I'm honestly thinking people we very closed minded with their reviews and they are not understanding at all!

Had my 1000th bad experience here today. The service here is what you get for going to a neighborhood with poverty. It's right next to the health department and very cheap / low income housing. So, when the staff deal with you here, they automatically treat you with suspicion. Look, even the nail polish is locked up. They don't trust you and it shows. It's all very casual rudeness. But, I used to work at a CVS, the job is horrible so whoever sticks with it, and deals with rude poor people all day, well, they take it out on you. They probably don't even know they are doing it. The employees have never travelled or been anywhere where they've been treated nicely. So, basically, avoid this CVS if you don't want a bad time.

Had to switch pharmacies and the first time going there was the worst. I believe the lady name is Amanda, she works at the drop off desk, reddish-brown hair. She made a rude comment under her breath, which I heard. I wouldn’t come back if there was another pharmacy. She makes me feel unwelcome.

CVS is a great place to shop and their rewards program is absolutely amazing. Especially if you pay the five bucks in to the care pass. you’re going the wrong way for the gas pump is on the opposite side
