Ever since Culver's came to town, they have dominated fast food burgers imo! The burgers are delicious and cheese curds are just decadent. The custard is also amazing and there are so many good combinations & flavors of the day. Best of all, they aren't any more (and less than some) expensive than other inferior places. Would highly recommend trying if you haven't yet had the pleasure!

I ordered a vanilla concrete mixer with Reese’s and brownies, they gave me a chocolate ice cream with nothing in it. And I didn’t realize until I got home because they didn’t give me a spoon to eat it with and by the time I got home they are closed. I just paid $7 for a cup of chocolate ice cream, very annoying they can’t even get a simple one item order correct.

I’m actually surprised at how horrible my experience was at this establishment.My boyfriend and I walked in and our order was taken right away. I went in to use the bathroom and it was disgusting. I let the cashier know and we ordered our food.We received cold fries and lukewarm burgers. My boyfriend let them know not 1, not 2, but all THREE ketchup dispensers were out of ketchup. No one bothered filling them.We then heard what we thought was a domestic dispute happening in the restaurant, but to our surprise, it was the manager yelling at one of the staff members.I went in to use the washroom after eating and it looked like one of the toilets had been flushed and not cleaned. The other - not so much.I don’t expect much from fast food places but this was just absolutely pathetic. If I wanted dinner and a show I would have pulled out some rerun Jerry Springer episodes. (RIP).0 stars. First and last time at this “restaurant” for sure.

I hit the drive thru at lunch. Having my son with me I thought it would be a convenient quick lunch. My order was taken promptly. I was handed two tickets as I paid and gave the second ticket back. The Coke Zero tastes like it's mixed with something or a filthy machine. While the 6 year old got more and more upset over waiting, we saw one person come out with food, talk to two cars, and go in again with the food. After 25 minutes 4 people came out with bags and started distribution to all the cars that had built up waiting. As you might expect, food that tasted as of it had been sitting under a warmer for awhile, but also still not particularly warm. The worst experience I've had at a Culver's and definitely up there with the worst drive thru experience.

The kids working here are terrible. Walking around joking with other coworkers while a long line is out the door. Two kids working wadded up a bunch of wrappers and threw them at us while we were eating.

Stopped in for just a cheeseburger, that's it.I went in to observe the inside. I was greeted, and the young man took my order.I then stood back and watched "the show"They were really struggling to keep up at the drive-through. The lady getting the ice cream kept letting the lids slam down, very irritating. The manager took a call that seemed to be from someone who was in the drive-through, wondering how long it was going to take.. She hung up and began complaining about it in front of customers. Then, another employee was complaining about her personal preference on food at home and was saying how it was gross and would make her throw up. Not something you should be talking about when serving food. Then other employees are just constantly talking. How about get moving and help get the customers there orders.After 14 minutes and 37 seconds, I got my one cheeseburger. Other than that, the overall place was very clean.

I went to Culver’s a few days ago and had the burger with the big cheese curd (which the cheese curd was amazing) the burger was good until I saw that the meat wasn’t fully cooked so I didn’t finish eating the meat but the rest of the burger was great. I waited a few days before giving a review in case I got sick but I didn’t thank god. I knw it was really busy that day there was a HUGE line of cars in the drive thru but be more careful cooking your food and making sure that it’s fully cooked. I’ll still come back cuz I like Culver’s and I’ve never had issues before but just check your food before you eat it when it’s busy JUST IN CASE. Other than that their food is really good

Patty melt was cold by the time I got it for drive through. Going into restaurant makes a huge difference if you want a hot meal. Frys were not crispy but floppy .

Went to Culver's today to try the new limited time Curdburger. This is a Butterburger with a cheese curd patty on top. I guess I was expecting more of a cheese curd flavor, but this was more of a crunchy cheddar cheese flavor. It tasted good on the burger, food was very hot, fries were hot a magma and they have the best rootbeer around.

The food is fine, the issue at this location was the service was poor the cashier did a poor job due to his young age, a group of middle schoolers commonly working there I was charged and paid 11 dollars in cash+debit card but he counted (the cash)as 7 and was charged extra I spoke politely to the manager and he worker was absolutely convinced he counted 7 dollars even when he was in the wrong. I got the extra 4 dollars back in a very rude and unconvinced way, and I would frequently get the wrong order at first it was not an issue because they made a mistake once until it happened multiple times. We will never order there again.

We waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes before I got the kids meal and chicken strip basket we ordered. We watched as people behind us got their food out first. Over and over again. They weren’t even busy. That’s ridiculous

Pulled into town on Monday. Haven't been to Fargo in 7-8 years and literally first thing after a 17hr drive we pulled into Culvers drive thru. Stoked for a butterburger, root beer and some curds! The kid who took the order either couldn't hear or wasn't paying attention. Repeated it twice and thought we were good to go. (I admittedly forgot to ask for sauce with curds and was sad when we got to our destination, do they not ask or provide that anymore?) Ordered a double, only got home to a single patty that may as well have been vegan. It was paper thin and dry. Super sad times. I want to go back tonight but I'm scared to be let down again.Update: Here's a suggestion, take less time responding to reviews and more time doing quality control.

Order food, was told my price, recieved food with receipt showing way higher price charged to my card and an extra bag with10 Cheese sauce containers. Last visit, was forgotten about and watched 11 cars drive by had to go in to get my food and get it remade. Time before that, wrong order completely handed to me without my notice till I arrived home, time before that, time before that, and so on. Food tastes 5/5 every time but the toppings on my burgers hang out the side, orders get messed up constantly, and just lack of what I would call caring and genuine work ethic. But I'll keep trying because yah, food is 5/5 but it doesn't excuse the constant issues.

I got the crispy chicken sandwich with fries and a raspberry banana concrete mixer. The fries were cold.The chicken sandwich was like the oil was not hot enough when it was dropped into it so it just soaked up all the oil. Threw the food but the concrete mixer was good.

Today I waited over 30 minutes for my drive thru order. 30 minutes! Poor kid was rushing so bad, he needed help bringing out orders but nobody stepped up for him! Think someone should step up and look at staffing, one kid can't do it all. Foods always pretty decent though.

Was in there today during dinner rush and I saw the staff swamped. What I was impressed by was the managers stepping in and helping out. You could tell the employees appreciated it and they weren't only directing but also helping!
