I've shopped at West Fargo Costco for almost 14 years now (as of April 2024). Almost all the time people are friendly, and the store is always clean. I like that they often have new items; but the flip side is you might not find your favorite items coz it's been replaced by new items. I really like that they listen to feedbacks and order items in for you to purchase. The rotisserie chicken is pretty good, but Sam's Clubs has better tasting ones. Cafeteria is always open, but the selection of soft drinks not so great. Sam's has at least 3 times more choices in fountain drinks but not always open...I appreciate this Costco a lot. Long live the West Fargo Costco! 🤟

I picked up exactly what I needed and a few things that I wanted. As always no matter how busy it is it never takes long to do my shopping and go through the tills.Staff are always so happy and friendly; the management and staff of the store do a great job of making me feel welcome and appreciated.

Great customer service, I found so many things at this location that , we don’t have in Costco Canada. ( Winnipeg)They accept credit cards . I will go back again.

It's too bad more stores aren't this cheap, well maintained and have pleasant employees.The Alfredo is pretty bomb as are 95% of the food products I've purchased.

We do most of our family shopping here. Great products, especially their house brand, Kirkland. We love the food court, especially the pizza! Take home pizza leftovers reheat easily in an air fryer.

Amazing people, amazing service, and very clean and organized. Got in and out very quickly. Pharmacy was very helpful today. Prescription was not ready when I arrived told me 10-15 minutes. Had it ready in 5! Perfect! AAAAA+++++ Parking lot was packed 4.28.24!! Tons of shoppers in every aisle got everything I needed (12 items/3 different departments) and a couple more and was checked out and out of there in less then 30 minutes!!!!!! I can not give anything better than what I have alreadyAAAAAA++++++

I am not sure why I pay to shop here. The store selection and products are good however the customer service is generally a nightmare. Cashiers regularly wont even acknowledge customers at the register. Front desk can be super snotty, tire department is overwhelmed and subpar. I once had a creepy middle age male employee sneak up behind me when I was pumping gas and stand directly behind me. Adding insult to injury is that we pay to shop there and the staff make a lot of money, time and a half on Sundays, insurance for working 25 hours a week. Its a cake job for them and they should be grateful to have it but instead act like customers are an inconvenience. I wish I lived in Bismarck, their Costco is great.

Used to enjoy going to Costco wasn’t as many people , now it seems like they have three times a membership. they need to build another location parking is horrible. Sometimes you don’t even have boxes to put your food in and the lady at the front doors always crabby you basically have to have your ID glued your forehead to get in there. It’s just unpleasant with the amount of people that go there now.

Line was very long with only a few registers open. Self check outline was also long but they did have an employee checking memberships to “confirm the photo” This is absolutely a waste of time. I’ve never experienced this anywhere else! I only had a few items and it took the convenience out of self check out. This new policy is redundant, I’m sure time and resources can be allocated to more pressing matters. Need to keep your membership glued to your forehead at this location. Be cautious they’ll even ask for your ID to make sure it’s you.

Lots of good items. Bulk buying but watch the prices. Sometimes can be bought elsewhere for less. Chicken bake in snack bar is excellent. Always buy multiple. Great place to go if you have lots of money.

Fantastic if you're buying in bulk. Great buys on clothing, electronics, home goods, books; it's ALL good! Bakery has the best pies, cakes, muffins, breads ohhhhhh Yeah! If you haven't tried the pizza, hot dogs, or the Sundaes at the lunch counter, you're missing out on some of the tastiest and best kept secret of Costco.

Gas is a decent price at 3.229 per gallon. 683 km available on this tank of fuel. I’ve never seen it this high! I must’ve been driving nice lol.

Great place! Has alot of things that are gluten free as well as more natural foods. Really enjoying the membership so far. The check outs are kind of awkward as they are so tight that I was literally touching the other customer ar the other checkout. Not sure why this is? But poor design.

Usually have a great experience at Costco. A few weeks back, we checked out and our cashier named Stacey at the West Fargo Nd location was extremely rude and pretty much threw our items into our cart! I had asked for two separate orders because some of the items were for work and needed to have a separate receipt. She rang everything together rather quickly and couldn’t be bothered to separate it. I only had about 10 items all together so it wasn’t a challenging situation. Maybe she was having a bad day but still unacceptable.

I experienced rudeness from a staff member when I asked to pay with two debit cards, as I didn't have enough funds on one. Despite both cards being in my name and explaining that my sister and I, who was with me, are from the same household, the staff member accused me of trying to split the payment inappropriately. I didn't mind putting some items back, but her comment about being "tired of dealing with my kind of people" was uncalled for. I've never encountered such an issue at other locations and would have been okay with her verifying my cards. However, her invasive behavior and irritation over my needing to switch cards for payment made me uncomfortable. The experience, particularly being made to feel embarrassed for not having sufficient funds on one card, and she also was holding up the line talking to her daughter that visited her at work and was going back and forth talking to her and yelling at others. Hopefully over time things can be managed better but my personal experience was not it.

Costco is always great.... They have great employees and great sales. Three, even step in their game up on their clothes that they get in for keeping them trendy and at a decent price.. I'm not sure if I like I was tricked. They're getting with checking out and having to have a forms of ID. Is that not why you never membership to start with? So you wouldn't have to go through all that..

Welp my daughter just had what I think might’ve been her first experience with an adult who was just genuinely mean… the lady at the door literally refused to draw her a “smiley face” on the back of our receipt… something she’s distraught about because they do it “every day” and the older lady working VERY harshly told her no and that she didn’t have time for this (even though there was NO people waiting behind us)It’s a very small gesture, but also takes very little time and is my girls favorite part of Costco (also a NORM of Costco). She sobbed the entire way home even though I took markers in the car and made her a rainbow smiley face with a bow and everything because it “wasn’t the Costco one”.So I’m posting this review in hopes she somehow sees this and feels bad that she didn’t take the two seconds to make a 3 year old feel special and instead I held her hand on the way home while she told me that her “heart is so sad” because the lady looked mean and said no at her.

Custom made cakes at the bakery are great! I’m attaching a photo of the form and the prices, keep in mind you do have to order in store, they don’t take orders on the phone or online. Service is wonderful though! They called me a week before my wedding to clarify my order and made suggestions on decorations. 💕

It was a windy and cold May day in ND. The lines at the gas pumps were long so I skipped them and went into the crowded store. I had intended to buy some groceries bur there was a pressure washer with a great price tag so that was the first thing in my cart. From that point on I struggled to find room in my cart for groceries. They had pink lady apples. It was awesome. When I made it to the checkout lines they opened a new lane just for me. Awesome.

Harry Potter costumes! My kids are going to go crazy! :). They also have such a variety of merchandise here! Keeps me coming back for more! This keto bread is actually really good as toast and sandwiches. I mean, it's not suuuuper tastey, but it let's me eat bread guilt free! So much to love at Costco!

Doug at the front doors was very rude to me and a friend about three weeks ago when I came in for a prescription. That was my first time at Costco’s, and instead of being nice and respectful he was very rude and very demanding for me to show him a membership card and when I told him I had never been in here before and I was just coming in for a prescription. He said “well say that next time” also might I add I watched him let the people in front of me through with no hassle and when I tried to correct him on my way out and let him know that wasn’t right ,he was even more rude and got in my face which was uncalled for. I called management to try and sort it out and they claimed that they would talk to him but that I “needed to show a card” and that “he could’ve said it better” so basically disregarding everything I (a paying customer) had to say. Very glad I don’t have a membership there.
