Need to return expensive vacuum that stopped working as soon as the year warranty was up. Called the Costco Customer Service Online. Spoke to a RUDE rep named Tatiana. She was very dismissive and spoke over top of me. She acted like I was bothering her by needing her help. She tried to scam me out of $90+ dollars for a replacement vacuum section that she claims wasn’t under warranty. Told me no manager was available for me to speak to. I can’t believe they allow her to work there. Completely unprofessional and incompetent!

Costco fails as a dinosaur in its online customer service. First you get an AI robot n then u wait in line w 60 others for a human being. U can’t talk to them - have to type. They do not update your info regularly and won’t immediately correct mistakes in an order. Shame on Costco management.
