Obviously the cherry berry purchased was excellent. The problem was the worker (she had dark, curly, unruly hair, glasses, brown eyes) running the store. Her attitude is completely unprofessional and she comes off as rude and condescending. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with her. The interaction made me lose my appetite. I hope to see her go!

We used to come here often and haven't been in a while, so we decided to have a little treat and come in.We walked in and the worker (some blonde guy) was talking to his friends and half of the machines weren't even working or were out of froyo. The toppings were even worse. So messy with melted froyo EVERYWHERE on the trays and the counter and only about 7 topping options compared to their amazing selection before. Also the hot fudge is gone and that was the best part....Today is April 25th at 8pm. If I was the manager, I'd seriously do a revamp and retrain your employees.Update as I was writing this: the worker went to the back to grab his phone and sat by his friends and continued to chat while the store is nasty and customer still around.

One lady was being rude and it made me very angry I wanted to send this out to all the workers because everybody that works their is very nice and caring but the one person was very rude and I want her fired. She was on the big side and was wearing plad and she had curly hair I think. This provoked me to write this long thought out essay because of how furious I was. The date is also April 13 2024 at 8:40 pm.

Mainly upset you can no longer try the flavors here anymore. You’re just supposed to guess which one you’d like and buy it. Considering the prices here I paid 9 dollars for fro yo I didn’t like bc I guessed a flavor I might’ve liked and didn’t. It’s very stupid expecting someone to buy something they haven’t tried yet or at least offer a refund policy or a chance to exchange if I don’t enjoy it.

When my friend and I had walked in we immediately noticed there were kids running around. These kids were shooting nerf guns, eating food that was thrown everywhere, and even running into the back (where only employees are allowed). We brushed it off as a mom maybe not controlling her kids (but came to the conclusion it was probably the employees kids). As we got to the toppings one of the kids ran in front of us and stuck his hand in the gummy worms and grabbed some. There were also only 5 options. When we got to the register to pay the employee had her back turned to us and when she finally turned around she still ignored us, then started singing and serenading her friend that was sitting at a table behind us with 1 of the kids. I get that it’s not a very high professional job, but to have your kids disturbing the environment even when you have someone there to help watch isn’t a good look. It was overall just a very weird and uncomfortable visit.

Love this place!!! Many options for frozen yogurt. They also have ice cream options and sorbet. Many options when it comes to toppings as well. Friendly staff and nice clean environment.

Well I guess you shouldn’t go between 8pm and 9pm, could be that they ran out of all their toppings because it was the first day in the 70s for 2023, but they didn’t have a sign or anything saying they were out of stuff, and the employee didn’t say anything. But what is likely a better explanation is they were trying to get everything put away and closed before they were actually closed, so they put away all the toppings and cleaned the containers so they wouldn’t have to do it during closing, but come on it’s only like 20 little plastic containers that would take 10 minutes to clean after closing. Anyway we filled our bowl got to the toppings and realized their wasn’t anything to put in them besides boba so we tossed the yogurt and went somewhere else. 05/03/23 Wednesday.

went here and all of the ice cream machines were slow or coming out straight liquid. most of the topping were empty and the topping bar was fully put away. why are you open if you can’t serve most of your product?

Went in for the first time and both workers were sitting on the counters backs against the wall on their phones. Only a few flavors a lot of the machines were empty. And when I paid they wanted me to tip.

If you want to waste your money and be disappointed come here, I suggest going to tutti frutti where you can actually make sure what you’re getting is good and worth the money. They didn’t even let my daughter have a spoon to taste the ice cream we were paying for.

The flavors for the place was great. Clean and a great atmosphere overall. Alex who is an employee does not seem like he enjoys his job or kids by any means. I know my child is two and I did my best to keep an eye on him but he was excited to get ice cream. He should not have been reaching for the items but, thanks for letting us know that. After a mom came in with her five children of all ages got their ice cream by themselves never once did he say something to them. They also keep going back to the counter for multiple napkins. My child was climbing on the chairs and he came back out to tell us he could not be doing that. As five other children where doing the same thing. Was super frustrated that I was the only one getting told about my child as there were multiple other children in the place. Not going back to this one and sticking to the one on 19th, way better staff and never have a problem there.

This has to be the worst service I've seen in a long time! The employee was clearly hiding in the back because only about 4 flavors worked. The posted flavor I most wanted to try the entire machine was turned around & out of service. For driving entirely across town it was a real disappointment. The employee wasn't trying very hard to please all of us wondering about the lack of flavors. Wondering if his manager knows how inept that guy is. It's hard to find good help!

I’m sure this place is fine, whatever. But we drove 3 miles to come to this cherry berry and my husband was very excited about it. Yelp said they were open until 10:00. When we got there, the door said they were open until 10:00, there were people inside. They were not open. This is a blatant lie.

This is my favorite place to get ice cream/yogurt. It is usually not busy, and I have never had an issue with any machines or certain flavors not being stocked. You have to watch how much you put in your cup since they charge by the weight.

My boyfriend and I have started going to this cherry berry and the first time was really good and welcoming but the second time we went in the guy that was there was closing down and seemed to be more focused on getting all of the nightly stuff done rather then helping the customers. After my boyfriend and I had gotten what we wanted we went to check out and it took the guy like 5 minutes to stop mopping and to check us out, when he got to the register he wouldn’t even look at us or say anything to us he was just watching the tv. It was just very rude and not a nice experience.

Flavors were great but the staff was not. Alex the employee at this location was not friendly at all. When we walked into the store you could tell he had the look on his face of why are you here. He was very rude to my wife, my 3yo and I. He was getting on my 3 yo child when he was just sitting on the couch stating he needs to stop climbing on the couch when he was just sitting there. My wife had a question about a coupon and all he could say was "too late nope can't do it" before we even paid for our cups. He was very rude with no greetings walking in or even a thank you after our purchase. After reading other customers reviews it looks like this is a trend with this certain employee.

I can't share an experience. Online it said they were open until 10pm. On the door to the business it said until 10pm. Putting a printer paper sized sign if there was one, saying covid hours are different doesn't help. They already wasted the drive. I don't know if there was one I didn't care I drove off. I got there a little after 9 pm and obviously it was closed. Update your online search to say you are open at the right time so people don't waste their time driving there. 0 out of 5.

It says on Google that they're open until 10pm on Sundays but they're closed at 9pm. Maybe update your business hours so people don't drive all the way there for no reason and waste their time.

They always have a great selection of frozen yogurts and toppings. It's not the cheapest dessert option out there but it sure is delicious when you want something besides regular ice cream.

My girlfriend and I were going to get some froyo at the Osgood Cherry Berry. It was about 9:00 on a Saturday so getting close to closing time but still had an hour left. I know how it is working retail and having someone come in close to closing so we felt a little guilty. However, when we got inside, half of the frozen yogurt dispensers were empty. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and got a couple of the kinds that still had yogurt. We got our froyo with the toppings and waited to be rung up. There was no one at the register for about 5 minutes. We had to wait for the cashier to finish mopping to ring us up. When the cashier came to ring us up, the only thing he said was the total, took our card (all the while watching Star Wars on the TV) and have it back to us. He was way more interested in the TV than us. He didn’t say anything when we left. It was probably the worst customer service we have ever received. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the froyo was decent. Not impressed whatsoever.

20 flavors of frozen yogurt and 30 plus ripping options. This place is my kids favorite. There is cold desert places out there but the healthy choice and large gummy frogs will ensure your kids beg to go back.
