This Casey’s struggling on a lot of levels. The place is immaculate and they offer everything a convenience store should. They offer a decent hot food selection as well. The staff was brutally incompetent both times we stopped over the weekend. They appeared dumbfounded about a chip credit card. They had no idea which cup size we should use for the coffee prices. The iced coffee was mocha instead of black and when brought to their attention they taped a sign over the tap that said mocha.

One employee was so high this morning that he couldn't stand, keep his eyes open, or ring up anything. I told him to sit down and asked the other employee there to help. He did not want to help and refused to remove his earbuds to listen to me. There was no food made, fridges were half empty, and the place looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. I think it's time for Casey's to sell out to someone who takes pride in their business.

I’ll echo what other reviewers have noted here: at least one of the cashiers here is remarkably, in-your-face racist. Stopped by to get a coffee and sandwich because I was using the Tesla supercharger nearby and the cashier seemed overtly hostile to me, while being perfectly cordial to the customers before and after me (all white). I would recommend avoiding if you’re a person of color.

Tried the phone, they don't answer. Young man (he had written all over himself) waiting on me took an incredibly long time to put my items in a bag (he was stacking the items as though he was playing a children's game?!? When I got to my car, I realized that the bag he gave me (full of food) had a strong smell of gas from his hands. The manager seemed partially aware of the boys ineptitude. Gross, slow and inappropriate behavior....Would have preferred to speak with the manager over the phone, but they don't answer it.

John the “manager” whatever he is treats employees like TRASH. I’ve witnessed it. And his uniform??? A manager that doesn’t wear a uniform? that’s odd. big mouth with a big head….weird flex

They only get 2 starts because of the people at the amoks shop side. Getting gas is bad enough with prices the way they are. It's way worse when you pull up to a store that decided to close the store and the pumps down way before close and I have to cut across town to fill up and use the bathroom. I can't seem to use my points anymore because there is always something with the caseys around here. I used to only go to caseys but not anymore. I don't know if it's management or the employees but wow. If I pulled that at the store I manage I'd probably be fired. Terrible experience. I kept trying to give it a chance but each time I get burned.

Closed early. no pumps open. Can’t expect this Casey’s to be open past 6 any day this is the second time after work when they should be open that there closed. Guess we just have to drive down the road to holiday every time. It’s 8:50.

Absolutely the rudest customer service that I have ever encountered at any business. I asked for an item that was located behind the counter and the cashier sighed and rolled her eyes while she turned to grab the item and practically slammed it on the counter. Tried to get a manager, but he was too busy talking about his weekend with the other two employee's/fish heads. Never doing business with this establishment again. Bathroom smelled like pee also.

We stopped to get air in our boat tire and I decided to grab a quick slice of breakfast pizza.Its 6am you'd think it would be fresh....NOPE!! I noticed 3 employees behind the counter talking to each other. Would have like to hear someone say Good Morning however the employees were lost in conversation about marriage. So I paid my 2.67 and headed out to where he was airing up the tires . I took a bite of my pizza and I have not been that disgusted in a long time. Way to much cheese and so much cheese on top that the crust was doughy. So it got thrown into one of the fullest garbage cans I'd ever seen....which makes me wonder something. Why are these employees sitting behind the counter talking smack when the food sucks and the parking lot is full of garbage?

The pizza is my favorite anywhere. The wings are a very nice balance of spicy but not too spicy. Their breadsticks are super yummy too.My only bad experience was with a cold sub sandwich that didn't dare eat and wound up throwing away because the meat tasted and smelled spoiled.

I was standing in line and saw the white employee call a black customer the N- word over cash back for a money order. She even lied to her and said the money order machine is broken. And after the customer left she ended up doing one for someone else. I’m highly disgusted, you guys need to take serious actions for that employee behavior.

Men's restroom always dirty this is the first morning this week I've stopped at a Caseys store and the bathroom was clean.Apparently they don't want to spend the money to put washer liquid in the whash bins so people can clean their windows because they're always empty, at least all of the Casey's I have been.

I cant stand that the Tesla chargers are attached to this stupid place and i have to stop here everytime coming through Fargo. There is way too much traffic at this station to only have 1 restroom that never fails to be occupied.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever had! The blond girl behind the counter never said a single word to me. Not. One. Word. No greeting, no asking if I needed anything, didn't tell me what I owed, she just stood there and stared at me through the entire transaction. If I could give zero stars I would. There is no reason she should be working in ANY sort of customer interaction based job.

My neighborhood Caseys. Always there when I need them. I stop frequently before morning fishing trips and they always have the breakfast pizza going at 4:30. Staff is great.

If one would rather skirt the center of Detroit Lakes plus not fight for a open gas pump. Casey's is the place. Plus ya usually won't run into the entire D.L.P.D. while topping off the chevy. That much law in one place makes everyone skidish.

Generally, no issues if you are planning on getting gas or a slice of pizza, but forget about any constructed subs. Not sure if incompetent employees or a grossly miss managed training regimen for employees is to blame.

Never answers phone, food is always old and expired. Staff doesnt know what the heck they are doing. I never stop here unless I have to anymore. Manager is friendly, however. Props to her.

Usually a good place to go and I like Casey pizza however when we went into the store me and toddler we could hear an employee yelling and swearing in the kitchen.

Basic Car Wash doesn't use soap? Or they just don't replenish it. Twice in two weeks, won't be back!
