I work nearby and come into the shop quite frequently. I was planning on using my perks account to redeem for a free bakery item since I forgot my lunch. The gentleman told me I couldn’t redeem my points in store. The website clearly states you can redeem points in store. I went back in after walking back to my job, and showed him the website. He was so rude and mean and just dramatic about everything he did on the POS system after I basically told him he was wrong (since I showed him Caribous statement on the website) Super disappointing as it’s the one coffee shop nearby and as a fellow in customer service, I expected more. Oh and also, yesterday I was able to go in and the girls were so nice about a free cup of water. Today, she tried to charge me $4 for a cup of water.

Long drive thru line but great coffee and friendly staff. The "card reader on a stick" allowing the driver to pay with no contact is pretty slick.. nice even without a pandemic! Caribou got my team out of a jam with some terrible hotel coffee. Thanks guys!

I have been coming to this Caribou for a couple of months now. I love the bagels and I get the same Turtle Mocha cooler and I usually don't have any issues. Well today I also bought a Cabin Bar cooler and as you can see from the picture not even drank from I got a large that didn't even get a large. They filled about 3/4 's full and the rest whip cream. I don't know if that's whats supposed to happen but when I order a large and pay the money for it, I expect a large.

I've been going to Caribou almost every morning for years. The Veterans location is completely going downhill. Yesterday, I bought a Cherry something Tonic- just to try something different. It was a jam packed cup of tap water ice cubes, tonic water and what tasted like brown food coloring. There was no "peach" or Espresso flavor whatsoever. Today, I mentioned it to one of the employees.. she said "Well, you have to develop a taste for the tonics". This drink was NOTHING like the picture. The last few weeks I've been ordering the green tea blended drink with "bubbles". A couple of times I mentioned to them that it had no ice in it. It was actually more room temperature. Then..there is a coffee that I have ordered almost every single morning for years. Lately, most days it tastes like tap water with watered down coffee flavor in it So- after the way I was treated today, I will never go back there. I spent on the average of 200.00 per month there. :(

I LOVE caribou however the last two occasions I’ve gone through the veterans location drive thru, the cup is not full. Quantity matters when you pay for a large- you should be getting a large.

Entrance/exit to parking lot a little narrow so be careful coming and going to store. Service was friendly, but was a little slow. Food and drink were tasty.

Great fast service! Where the menu for the Einstein is more limited than the other locations the food and drink are just as good. Convenient location on Veterans make for a good quick stop.The interior is great and has a modern style that feels more up to date as well.

Me and my fiance came here to kill some time while we waited for my folks to come up. My first time having anything other than just black coffee. Was a really good experience. As soon as we walked in the guy at the counter greeted us with a smile. He answered my questions about the drinks and sold me on some drink called the campfire mocha, and it was amazing, and I am definitely not someone who usually likes those drinks. Great seats for us to relax in, and a quiet atmosphere for us to enjoy ourselves peacefully. Will for sure be coming back!

I love Caribou Coffee! This shop in West Fargo is great. Nice convenient location. Easy to get to. Ample parking. Nice store, clean, modern atmosphere. Fantastic customer service! The coffee is always flavorful and oh so good. I stayed and worked for a while at a booth. Wonderful place to work away from the office or home. I can't wait to stop by again!

We’ve been through this locations drive thru 3 times now and each time the employees are so incredibly grumpy. They seem to get immediately upset if you want to order more than one item and then just glare at you once you get to the window.My wife said thank you when the girl handed us our coffee and she just kept a cold, smile-less look on her face until she could shut the window again. This same attitude has been pretty consistent every visit.Coffee and sandwiches have been good - but the service is not one but pleasant.

Caribou Coffee is great, this location is not. Fargo has probably a dozen Caribou Coffee locations, find a different one and enjoy your experience. If you go here I guarantee you will wait longer for you drink than you ever have at any coffee shop ever. Starbucks, McDonalds, or even Burger King across the street would be better options because it won't take 30 minutes.

I always go here for the coffee because caribou is far superior to Starbucks, but I had never tried their breakfast before. Wow! The lox bagel sandwich was amazing! It was so fresh and just plain delicious. Been craving it ever since.

I normally go to this Caribou 3-5 times a week for coffee/breakfast for myself and coworkers. I’ve always had great service and no complaints but the last time I was in the girl at the register could not get my perks # down correctly. I’ve been a perks member for years, no number change. She was very rude and not helpful at all, I ended up spending over $20 with no points, but I needed to get to work and did not want to repeat myself for a 5th time. Would be nice if there was another system.

My first time here and they didn't have my favorite blend of coffee, the Fireside. So I ordered their signature blend black. They asked me if I wanted cream or sugar which I said no. After leaving the drive through I took a sip and well they put cream in it. At first I was a little upset, but after sipping it for awhile it started to taste pretty good even though I'm not a cream or sugar type of person.I'm still giving them a five star as no matter what their coffee taste like coffee should compared to that burnt mud one gets from Star B.

The cold tea I got here was not very good at all and was mostly ice. I used to love their bagel sandwiches but the new menu today was a disappointment. The bagel was soggy and hardly had any schmear. It could have been better all around.

Their bacon cheddar breakfast bagel is featured with an everything bagel. I don't particularly care for that type so I asked to make it with a cinnamon raisin bagel instead. The cashier said they couldn't substitute that one.. They only could do the everything bagel. I said just do a plain bagel, I thought they would allow that. He said ok but he would charge me for an extra plain bagel. This is ridiculous because they have a wide selection of bagels to choose from. I told them that, cancelled my order and left. My only regret is that I didn't ask where the nearest Starbucks was located. I found one shortly and had a great cup of coffee and a bagel. Einstein Bagels are no geniuses because they don't look out for the customers' desires, just their policies.

We walked up to the register & the guy just stared at us & didn’t say anything. No greeting, didn’t ask how we were, what we wanted, literally just stared at us. We left without ordering because it was so uncomfortable. Didn’t know saying hi was so hard!
