If I could give this place a zero or negative number, I would. This place is just gross. None of the clothing was arranged by size. The size dividers were apparently decorative as there was nothing coordinating with the numbers on the tags. There were men's items mixed in with the women's clothing and shoes. Merchandise was all over the floor, and many items had been opened and left in pieces. The beauty section was disgusting. I wouldn't feel safe using anything from the beauty or food section. They should rename it "Burlington Flea Market and Jumble Sales".

From Canada. It’s been 10 years and this is definitely not the Burlington that we remember. Surprised the store is even open. So much empty space. I’m not sure if the brand changed completely, but back then was known as Burlington Coat Factory. No coats in sight. Store was filthy. I do not understand why it’s so rundown, huge disappointment. I believe it’s just this location though, as another family member has shopped at Burlington in another state and did not have this kind of experience.

Seems like a trend that has lasted months. Do they ever clean the place? Merchandise unorganized and all over. Just needs to be closed as it's embarrassing.

Ray and Martha were extremely rude and followed my family around the store telling us to leave and turned off the lights 40 minutes before closing. I work late shifts and don’t get to go out during the day so I came here to purchase clothes for a wedding and they didn’t allow us to shop so I wasted my drive and time. I usually love this store but as soon as we walked in they were talking rude about us being there. It was extremely uncomfortable and devastating that something I looked forward to. I hope this gets addressed and doesn’t happen to anyone else.

DISGUSTING, never in my life have I seen such a disaster of a store! Stains, garbage and merchandise thrown all over the floors. There was a smell in the air, and even more garbage (actual trash) in the front entrance. How is this store even open still! The racks of clothing had no organization, all sizes were mixed together. Felt unsafe and unsanitary. I’d give Zero stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE!

How is this place even still open?! We honestly couldn’t believe what we were seeing. These photos don’t even tell the whole story. There was literal garbage ( empty pop cans, paper, Kleenex) on the floor and globs of God only knows. And this is not an isolated situation as a friend stopped here a few weeks ago and it was in a similar state. We didn’t go in beyond this point but I felt like I needed to be disinfected after leaving!

To say the place was a disaster would be an understatement. I was hoping it would be a better experience than the St. Cloud , MN store which is always a mess. Unfortunately, this is only a taste of what we walked into. Fitting room are closed, it's full of fixtures, chairs etc stacked up with signs saying it's closed. When asked if there were other fitting rooms the lady said "Uhm, no, they closed. Look!" And points to the heaping pile of junk that used to be where the fitting rooms were. When she saw me taking photos she tried to tell me that the store was this way because of customers. We said we know that most places are experiencing staff shortages, and we know some places are having a hard time keeping up, but it's hard to believe the disaster we walked into happened within 2 hours of the store opening. She said, again..."nah, it be the customers." Then walked off with a cart of stuff.My husband looked at me, said he'd meet me in the car, and he wanted absolutely NOTHING in that store. It was a shame. We were there to look for summer clothes that we can't get where we live. I understand staff shortages, but there is absolutely no way that mess happened within 2 hours of opening. Not unless they let an elementary school fill of kids in and told them to just go for it and make the biggest mess they could. We're fairly certain it has to have been a mess at closing the evening before. If I could give it less than one star I would. We will not be back. I do not recommend. Absolutely disgusting.

Haven’t been in in a few weeks and what a difference! This place was cleaner today then I have seen it in years!!! I mentioned it while checking out and they said the hired a couple new people and have really been working on turning things around AND it SHOWS! Great job!!

Today I felt very frustrated, I went to return a boot for 30 dollars and they returned 23 because of the difference I told the cashier that I was going to buy the boots again she told me that I had to pay more and I called the manager sorry white who started yelling at me and to tell me that those boots were not the ones I returned, it was very rude I leave the photos so that you are careful

I see on social media people showing off there Burlington stores and the great finds so I am excited to go into ours here in Fargo. OMG!!! This place looks like toddlers run it. It’s SOO unorganized and dirty! I don’t think the company cares because I keep reading the reviews for this store and the replies back from the company are ALL THE SAME!!! Stop saying you care and show it!!

Amazing deals but the place has been runned down and both sides of it are abandoned with just merchandise in the middle. Could use a good fixing up but the deals are too good to pass up!

I'm pretty sure that we witnessed a drug deal as we were walking in, but I thought, "Surely not." But as soon as we walked through the door, I decided that it was definitely more than possible. This store looked like it had been looted and just kinda left. Merchandise was just thrown everywhere and the floor was littered with trash and stuff. I seriously did not feel safe in the store and left immediately.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Sad to see this store has gone downhill in the past years. It went from thriving to diving. The store is half empty. Very messy. Very dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this store.

Two weeks ago I bought a pair of Echo shoes And the things of garbage, they are literally falling apart, not even 2 weeks later. And when I went there, I was told I needed a receipt what a bunch of b.s not to mention cost me 30 bucks there and back in cab fair to find out they wouldn't take them back or exchange them the employees there need a crash course in proper edict and customer service

The store is extremely dirty, there's no Rhyme or Reason to where items are located or how anything is organized. This makes it difficult for a customer who is going there to look for specific items. The floors are extremely dirty. No customer service whatsoever. I found some fun home decor with really low prices. If you're willing to take the time and sift around you are more than likely going to find a good deal on something my only suggestion is just completely disregard everything about the store and eyes on the prize!

I truly have never ever been to such a dirty, disgusting, destroyed sorry excuse of a store in my entire life. I was so excited to go to Burlington since moving from California and being surrounded by them. This store was absolutely a disgrace. I am so confused as to how they’re still in business! Employees were working and stocking shelves as if it was normal for it to be so disgusting. Clothes, products, garbage, food, drinks, stains everywhere! It was an absolute dump. Place looks like it was looted and robbed, but then left exactly how it was found the next day. This place Needs to be health coded or closed.

Honestly what is going on here? I went thinking it might have been cleaned up but found products all over the floor and a disgraceful clothing section. Burlington needs to fire the manager and close this rat trap down!

This store is disgusting. If we could give zero stars, we would. We have always loved Burlington and have recently visited other locations and were excited to see how great they were. Decided to give Fargo another chance and that was a huge mistake. Garbage was everywhere, food on the floor and they don't even sell food! Bathroom was disgusting and to top it off and employee was so high on who knows what, I'm not even sure she knew where she was. I think it's time to shut this location down.

Burlington has good stuff like clothes, winter attire, and purses. From my last visit, the store is unorganized every dept. Stuff is literally on the floor. Small boxes are opened with nothing inside them. (creams, hairstuff) just laying on shelf or on the floor.Cashiers are nice and helpful...😊

After not visiting the US for 6 years I was beyond excited to finally go to this store. However, when I walked in it looked like a bomb had gone off. It was a total mess, garbage on the floors, stains on the carpet and clothes thrown everywhere. To find your size was almost impossible because nothing was sorted properly, and to top it off the dressing rooms were closed. This used to be my favourite store to shop at but I will not be visiting this store again.

I have never seen such a nasty store. Well walking in their was a dirty baby diaper outside the doors. Then walking in in looked like someone had peed on the floor I tried to get past that but then I turn to look at something I was just in shock. Their is dirty and needing to put stuff away but that place is down right filthy should not be open. I touched something it was sticky it had a funny smell to that place. I thought our Burlington where I live in Minnesota was grose but are Burlington is way cleaner than the one I just seen today.

This store is the most disgusting filthy dirty gross disaster I have ever seen. It looks like they have been robbed, experienced a tornado, had people puke, bleed and spill garbage everywhere. It's shocking to say the least. You'll need a shower after walking around it's horrid. Shameful. Cannot believe a business is run this way!
