Love this hardware store! They are also so helpful when I use my “girl speak” to explain what I am looking for! And they keep my very odd sized furnace filters in hand for me and even know the one I am looking for before I can look it up on my Ace App. Great service!

My favorite hardware store when there are specific items I need. Staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. Was convinced to sign up and be a member. At first, I was hesitant and wanted to move along with my day. But I decided to do it, and was glad I did.

I can't say enough good things about Burggraf's Ace Hardware. The store and every display even outside are clean organized and basically immaculate. The place is so clean and the staff is so nice and friendly that I don't think anyone could pay me to go to another hardware store. The big box stores are so bare Bones when it comes to help and sometimes I find myself needing something pretty particular and these guys always seem to have everything I need if not more and when I ask if they can get something the answer is always yes. I'm just blown away with how friendly the staff is and how helpful they really are and I won't go anywhere else.

Hard to shop local anymore asked if they could price match and I was told absolutely not. If it’s cheaper elsewhere I should buy it from there not impressed I see why small businesses are failing. Should just stick to my menards and fleet farm thought I would try something new for once…

Tired of going to the green, blue or orange home stores and being ignored or made to feel you need to find the needle in the haystack on your own? Imagine going to a home hardware store and actually finding employees who are helpful. Not only helpful, but knowledgeable as well. Don't let the small size of the store fool you, the selection is still very impressive.

Was only customer in the store. Actually I was the only one in the store for a couple minutes, not an employee to be found. Was looking over products trying to find a specific bit. An employee came over and asked if I was finding everything alright, I replied "no" and proceeded to share the bit I was was looking for. "Well, other than helping you look. I wouldn't be much help" was the reply! He then walked away. I didn't find what I was looking for but went a size smaller and changed my game plan. I then went to look at service kits for other equipment I have. Same employee asked if I needed any help. I replied, yeah, and then explained what I was looking for. He was at the front computer and typing... After a couple minutes of me not finding what I was looking for, including my own internet searching. I approached him and he asked if I was ready to check out. I asked if he found the item I said I needed help with. He said he hadn't been looking. I left my purchase on the counter and left. More than worthless employee. I won't be back and it's a shame as I like ACE Hardware and this was a new store and closest to my house. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of absolutely having to shop here avoid the tall skinny blonde kid at all cost. He is nice and will offer help, but that is the extent of it.I have heard this same experience from others. They have said that it is hit and miss, a few there are knowledgeable and helpful. But, mostly had the same results as myself.

Really excited to get a hardware store near my home in West Fargo. Very convenient near Cash Wise on 32nd and Veterans. Store is very well organized and has a great selection of Stihl, Big Green Egg and Traeger. Also this is one of the few places that has BGE Lump Charcoal in stock.
