I had an awful experience living at Amber valley. The day i moved same night I noticed bed bugs. I called next day explained to them my findings. I was told they will have the treatment team come over. After every thing I was sent almost a 2000 bills for treatment. They told me that since I'm living in the unit then I'm responsible for the bill. Worst experience ever.

Will not recommend to anyone else. Pathetic PR. They tried giving me an eviction notice before end of the month when I gave notice to vacate. Never mind that I had 100% rent compliance and paid on time. They just wanted me out so they could rent out the unit at the beginning of the next month. Then they refused to refund my deposit and put up frivolous charges to eat up my deposit, claimed I did not return garage keys which I did surrender in the office, charged me for replacement of two garage keys when they in deed gave me only one. Claimed unspecified or frivolous maintenance that never was. The worst staff working in the office. Rude and have no time to listen to concerns. The worst I ever met

Staff horrible, management Horrible, maintenance team barely did their job staff barely did their job. Staff is rude and they charge you for unreasonable things.
