Excellent service and Amazing staff! We had them rebuild our rotted bay floors and walls on our Palazzo. Wow, what an excellent job they did! Totally went above and beyond to ensure the bays were safe and secure and now waterproof. We are definitely going back for all of our RV service and needs! Highly recommend 😀

We had visited several dealerships before we went to Adventure RV Center. We described the features to John that we were looking for in our next camper. He showed us a few options and we found exactly what we were looking forward. And the price was marked down for end of the season! We appreciated not being pressured into making a purchase decision that day. We came back with more questions and then happily made our purchase. Mike (GM) was very accommodating during the trade in process. We also appreciated the detailed walk through we received when we picked up our new camper. Wonderful experience!

Incredibly bad service amd paranoid employees.I'm from out of state and wanted to pick up a camper for my lake place. Due to being out of state and wanting to get it done in a day, the dealer thought I may be a fraud and didn't want to do business.All they needed to do was verify that I owned the property I said I did to get the business, but they weren't interested.I've never dealt with a business that walked away from a 17k sale.Very odd and putting.

Great buying experience! John, (salesperson) was very knowledgeable. My trade was valued fairly, and thanks to Mike, (General Manager) the transaction was completed in record time.These guys know what customers want in an RV. Our Winnebago travel trailer has a solar panel already installed. They also ordered units come from Winnebago with upgraded Goodyear Endurance tires, the safest trailer tires on the market.Before I pulled out, I was introduced to Jake in service. Jake gave me a walk through operating the trailer and assisted me with my questions and needs. Super guy!Make Adventure RV your first stop when shopping campers. Or, if you're tired of shopping the big box camper lots, stop in and experience a more personalized and honest buying experience.

I recently took my 5th wheel in for some warranty work. While it was in I had them fix the front cap seal on the nose of the camper, which I had ripped off while turning through a dip at a campsite so no big deal. After three weeks of waiting for the warranty part to arrive, which understandable, but still little ridiculous, I finally get the camper back. I go pick it up and inspect the work. I was satisfied with the warranty work, however when I looked at the work men ship of the front seal I wasn't to happy with. I went in to settle up and come to find out it's $205 for the seal and metal that was apparently changed. I took a manager out to look at it was able to talk him down to 100 for the labor. I'm still puzzled if they say they replaced the entire side I would assume it would look a lot better than it does. Especially since they said they used all new rubber and metal. Or that's what my bill says anyway! I don't think I'll be going back to Adventure for any service work!

We are new to the RV scene and John @ adventure RV really helped us in selecting the right RV for our needs. From the beginning of the process to the end he and the staff they have there walked us through all the questions we had without making us feel ignorant for not knowing anything about RVs. They have a gentleman " sorry I can't remember his name" that walks you through your purchased RV so you are comfortable with using it for the first time before leaving their facility.

They don't work on motorized campers, however they were able to replace the air conditioner shroud on our Class B camper. They also cleaned up and fixed the outside storage area locks which rusted and wouldn't turn.We are so happy with the service we received! Their work was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised by the final bill.

In January 2023 my wife and I found a used camper we liked on Adventure RV's website. We made an appointment with John to look at the camper the following Friday. When we arrived we expected to check out the camper in their outside lot, however...we were greatly surprised that John had brought the camper into their heated shop for us to view. The camper was thawed out and ready for our walk-through. John answered all our questions with no sales pressure. Needless to say we came back the next day to purchase the camper. I highly recommend Adventure RV to anyone shopping for a new or used camper. Our experience with Adventure RV is 5 Stars!

Highly recommend Adventure RV for your next RV/camper purchase! The staff was super helpful, spent a couple hours with us explaining all the ins and outs of our new camper. Purchase went smoothly, pick up went smoothly, we got a 15 percent off coupon for any accessories, also along with the camper purchase they provided a sway bar for towing free of charge and installed it on our truck to boot! Can’t say enough good things! Oh! We also got 2 mugs and cookies in the mail a week after we bought it as their way of saying thank you! Amazing customer service!

My wife and I decided to finally take the plunge of buying a travel trailer after years of discussion. Found a couple units we were interested in on their website and called to ask questions. Our salesman was very patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He didn't give us a high pressure sales pitch which we found refreshing. Being new to RV's, we really appreciated him walking us through equipment options and discussing the pros and cons of each unit. We bought a 25 foot travel trailer in January and are excited to pick it up in about a month or so! Definitely recommend!

We limped into Fargo and they were so helpful to get our RV back on the road in a day as we were travelling through. Helped us organize getting new tires and just all around wonderful service.

We shopped around Fargo for an RV, and no one came close to Adventure RV for the deal and the customer service. Another place basically told us to sell our old RV ourselves, but Adventure gave us a good trade-in price and we ended up with a great deal for a very-slightly-used RV.
