I have never been more pleased with a pet shop; the Bettas each had a huge tank to themselves along with aquatic plants, the feeder rats were in very large cages and not crowded like I have seen in every other pet shop I have visited. The cats and dogs come from a local shelter and are beautifully cared for. All the enclosures were clean, and the place smelled amazing! Even though I didn't buy anything, I would absolutely visit this place again!

I got the covid but I needed ferret food. They ran it out to my vehicle so I didn't get anyone sick. And we also got the ferrets here. Great local business!!

I’ve always had great experiences every time we have gone into Woofta. We have bought many pet supplies for our dogs and fishes since woofta opened. We have also had our dogs groomed and nails trimmed several times. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable about whenever I have asked questions. The animals in the store that are for sale or up for adoption have always looked well taken care of whenever I have been in.

Awesome place to adopt animals. Open store floor plan, very informative on animal care. They do grooming, sell quite a few different types of animal food varieties. They have clothes and accessories for dogs and cats. If you're looking for something special for your furry friend best place in town to get close to anything you might need.

I love this place!! All the animals here are so loved and well cared for, we got our puppy thru them and they made it so easy and they are always available to help with any questions I had! And they don’t just take in dogs and cats, they also rescued a couple of snakes!And many other kinds. That is a example of how dedicated these people are, any animal in need they are going above and beyond for them!! We are so lucky to have this store in our community!! Lives are changed because of these people, animals and people, I am one of them!!!

I took my toy red poodle to get groomed and they did a fabulous job! They did not burn his face with the Clippers and the poodle cut they did where was spot-on! I will definitely be going back! Very friendly staff! And compared to other places I've been, they don't charge that much. I've had other groomer in this area charge $100 to do what they did yesterday.

*Strictly reviewing the pet store side of Woofta, as I know nothing about the grooming side or training classes.*They have friendly staff that seem knowledgeable. It's got that pet store smell mixed with a strong attempt to cover it up, that can be an unpleasant odor to smell for a long time but I think they genuinely try to keep it clean and organized. Depending on what you are looking for, they generally have a great variety of pet foods and products for many animal types, but a bit expensive. I am, however, extremely disappointed with their fish section and supplies. They have large fresh and salt water displays that have so much potential BUT they are very poorly maintained as well as offering very slim pickings as far as fish/creatures for purchase. They also sell a few random large tanks that DO NOT come with stands... Nor do they order stands. I don't know any one who just has a place, other than their floor, that can support the weight let alone be ideal to display a fully filled 40 to 55+ gallon aquarium. Many things have a thick layer of dust on them or yellowing packaging so that can be off putting.

I love this pet store. It is amazing what these people do for the unwanted or neglected animals in the community and even other states!!! I take my daughter in the store on a regular basis. She enjoys it. The store has a smell it is called animals. I think the store is very clean and the animals are loved and well taken care of!!! Thank you for all you do for the animals of our community!!!!

My dog “Yuki” (Siberian Husky)gets groomed there by Felicia and her husband. They always do an awesome job! Huskies always get their yearly “blow out” especially after winter, which tends to go through summer as well. Taking Yuki there is such a blessing, especially knowing she’s in good hands always!! I highly recommend Felicia and her husband, hands down!!! Huge thanks to them!!! Awesome job guys!!!👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️😊😊😊

Cats and dogs are all rescues. Not one of them is a "pet store" animal. What the people that own the store due is beyond what most people could do for another living thing. The store is a great site as well and we have shopped there extensively. Wonderful place and wonderful people.

These people love animals and have lots of experience and knowledge. My kids love stopping in and getting an accessory or a treat for their pets. All the small animals in the store seem healthy and happy. It's a good place to buy a pet as a gift, or to get a good deal on pet food.

Worst treatment ever at Woofta Groomers. I have been a long time client of Woofta and absolutely loved Felicia! The last 2 experiences at the groomer have been awful! On this occasion, today 2/12/20, my small dog was there for 4 hours and is not even half groomed and her poofy Maltese/Shih-tzu tail is almost gone!! I was then informed they had another dog that was an issue and would need another hour to finish my dog. My husband refused and took the dog, unfinished, and left. Please know that we were charged and PAID full price for the appointment. Jade didn't even offer a discount We will NEVER be back to Woofta Groomers.****two days after the incident—-the owner did reach out to apologize and offer to groom her for free on our next visit. I thanked her but have not returned to this shop****

Never had a problem with my snakes. Gave them rats from here... my youngest snake passed away 2 days after eating the small rat! Now my oldest snake is sick! My pets have never been sick or had any problems until now. Very upsetting!

Place is filthy and smells terrible. The animals here don't look like they're being taken care of.It was several months ago when I visited and the smell inside was overwhelming. I understand there will be an animal smell in a place like this but it was really bad. The place looked very disorganized and under stocked. I went there specifically to look at the kittens and was saddened to see so many in one cage with just a litter box inside with no beds or toys. Some of the cats looked sickly as they had swollen and goopy eyes.

Me and my wife when visiting new towns like to visit the pet stores, from Northern Minnesota we figured we'd visit woofta while staying in Dickinson. Hate to say it but this is one of the worst I've been to. No prices or descriptions on anything, it doesn't smell pleasant. A lot of empty aquariums, dirty aquariums with dead fish. All in all not a good experience.

Super nice people and the groomer did an excellent bath and trim on our 15 year old long hair dachshund Stanley.You could tell the groomer loves animals and Stanley was so happy to go with her for his "spa day".
