Look.. Walmart is nice, I enjoy shopping, great prices here and there. But come on, I hate to say it but employees need to learn about personal hygiene, how am I supposed to shop for food if there's always a nasty body odor coming from employees when they're around.. most of the time they don't even wash there hands here. It's gross, I feel sick when I see a employee walk out of the restroom without washing there hands and then stocking up the veggies.. gross

At the time of visit,it wasn't to busy.It was well stocked.Found everything fairly easy.It actually had check out lines opened.Was one of the better visits to Walmart that I have experienced.I will be making the trip more often.The cashier was very friendly.

It is a Walmart. It has everything from clothes to food. As every Walmart has been lately the selfs don’t have much on them. This one seemed to have fresher food then the last few we’ve been to on our road trip. You pretty much have to use a self checkout because you will be standing in line for a bit since they don’t have many cashiers but again pretty normal at most Walmart’s.

Very busy and only two checkouts open. I dislike self check out as i feel it eliminates a job position. Migration influx need to work and provide for themselves and not ave to depend on government programs

Walmart is great to get what you need, Asl9ng as you stay bundled up. For some reason this location thinks it is to keep there thermostat as if it were summer time, when outside weather is in the - degrees. So go shop but bundle up

About every time I've gone to this Walmart it's been nice, going towards early morning is the best time because it's mostly quiet and it's nice to be able to walk through a Walmart without having to dodge a ton of peopleIt's been mostly clean the only thing I've noticed is a lot of the magnetic things that tell people about prices get knocked off (if you do that, stop please) so I try to pick them up and fix them.For workers they're all pretty nice from what I know.

So my bf is from Montana we were traveling and had broke down in Dickinson...we went to Walmart to get stuff for the night...he is tax exempt because of a Montana citizen...he gave them a paper driver's license that his expired and Montana gives a paper one...the incompetent managers I guess they were couldn't get it put in right ... the girl manager I guess she was says well we can't take the paper ones ... I said what is the difference the other Walmarts have no issue doing it only you...must have done something wrong...because i said that she got super snotty with me and said we aren't minot..I said but you are a Walmart and it would be the same policies ...she got.even ruder...sorry but I would have fired her on the spot

Today I spent over $500 in this store. After paying I was walking out with my receipt out, just in case I was asked for it since I bought a tv. I made it to the front door and no one was checking receipts. An African foreign national worker ran towards me and stopped me. Her name was Sharon. I gave her my receipt. She then acted as if I stole because the receipt print was missing on the bottom. I just got the receipt minutes before I was walking out. She then started to get physical and told me to move out of her way. She was trying to get a raise out of me. I told her she wasn’t professional. I stopped moving she kept telling me to move. She noticed she was wrong and she was just trying to be rude. I told her I could call the cops for harassment and if she touched me I would press charges. She said you want me to call them? She then looked at the receipt and didn’t really know what she was looking for. I then asked for her manager she told me she was the manager. She wasn’t the manager. But she called the manager. She then tried to tell him a lie but I was talking to him. He realized she was wrong and told her to wait to talk. He then just said he would handle it. Not sure what he did. After talking to a family member she has kicked out my auntie who was about to check out. Sharon doesn’t have a clue what customer service is she is racially profiling and she doesn’t care. She shouldn’t be working in a store that people trust. She made my experience here horrible. I wouldn’t shop here again.

The poorest service ever. I am from MT and tax exempt. There is quite a few times I don’t worry about the tax but this time we had quite a bit of stuff. Logan took my drivers license and info and instead of handing my license back to me he put it by the bags where they put your groceries in and I had to reach for it. He just stared at me as I was reaching for it. He was just tossing our items into the bags and I didn’t think about it till I got home and to find my jar of foundation was cracked. At the end of the sale he looked at me and said your tax has been removed with a smirk. I called the store and explained to them what happen and their reply was bring your item and receipt in and we will refund your money. I said I live over 200 miles. She said yes bring your item and receipt back and we will refund your money. And this is why I like ordering from other places online.

Stopped by the vision center after spending an hour shopping this past Saturday. Renee Mohler, an optician there, was incredibly helpful and just wonderful. She quickly and efficiently fixed my eyeglasses that had been knocked off kilter. I had tried to go to an optometrist in my hometown but was informed they wouldn't help me since I didn't buy my glasses from them. Wasn't an issue at the Walmart vision center. Very grateful for the awesome customer service!

Not a fan. Many employees block aisles, or just seem to be having a bad day. This is not to say that some aren't Great. The overall experience is not great. No such thing as a quick trip to this store. Shelves rarely stocked or missing items substitutions on every trip. Carts squeak or pull... Checkout lines long.

It was a decent location. Went to find a duffel bag. They were all in disarray. Also was trying to find a decent graphic tee and half of them didn’t have a display out. Didn’t feel like opening a ton of shirts just to see what they were. I’d have felt bad making such a mess trying to get them out. Was gonna give a 4 star. But then realizing the disarray I change it to a 3. Shouldn’t managers be walking through making sure employees are doing their jobs? Staff was mostly nice. One of the ladies working at self checkout that spoke broken English walked up as I was checking out and gave herself a 5 star feedback rating. She doesn’t deserve one for doing that. Had she simply asked if I’d give her a rating I would’ve given her a decent one. Yeah, I think I’ll change my review to a 2. Overall everything else seemed ok.

Prices on shelves arent always up to date. Was warned by employee they're not supposed to fix more than 1 miss priced item. I find that unethical. Also one employee laughed at me for asking her to honor your shelf prices. They will not go check for themselves I learned to take pictures for convenience and proof.

Young aggressive girls in self check out with snotty attitudes did the price check and treated me like I was a liar and a thief. Then she took me to customer service to get an approval for a price adjustment and her attitude with the gentleman that worked up there what’s that I was trying to scam them. A supposed $21 item for $15? That’s not a scam young lady.

The money center kind of sucks what's the point of having two registers when they make you wait for 45 minutes when somebody can hop on the order one for 10 minutes and cut the wait time

I hate to leave this review but after 4 years of coming to this Walmart daily for one thing or the other I can say no more. The employees are super rude and disrespectful. A manager the other day told me to go get my own item because the item didn’t have a price code on it mean you I have two babies with me. Lots of new hires lots of sassy rude people. Delivery or pick up will have at least 4-5 items out of stock or replaced with something totally different. Isles are blocked self check out never works, Visa cards are declined. It’s just a big mess! Avoid coming here if possible. Sometimes spending a little more but in a good environment is way way better and less stressful.

I took my grandson to see the new Jurasic movie. I needed some personal items. Oh, by the way I'm visiting here in Dickenson. Anyway, my grandson and I found a new Jurassic Lego set. He's 6 years old and Lego set we got was for 8+. We had a great time building it. Thanks for the memories. Peace big JohnParking: My mother is handicapped. So We need to park close to entrance. We were able to find parking in available handicapped spaces. Even without handicapped services needed I have always found parking.

A gift item was returned to this location 9-1-23, we were given a receipt with a return tracking # and the location has still not set up a pick up time for that item to be returned. In 3 days I have called the location 13x with no answer in any department. I filed a complaint with corporate and have very little faith in this location. There is no reason for someone to call 13x and not get a response.

Walmart North Dakota Dickinson (Auto center). Terrible Terrible service. My arrival time for an oil change was a little after noon time. Did not leave until 4:22 p.m.Customer service is terrible techs do not want to provide attentive service. The attitude is it will get done when it does. This is not healthy customer service for an Auto Center.Note picture of tech Daniel just sitting around while my vehicle just lingers in service instead of helping the other tech despite 3 hrs. At this point already passing.Aside from the above complaint techs left oil stains all throughout the interior of my vehicle, hand prints, oil, spittle, and oil on my head liner. All this nonsense included after paying $700 +😡🤬😡I do not recommend this Auto service department to anyone. They are not customer orientated. Aside from that you will have to clean your vehicle afterwards because of their carelessness for customer property.

We are from out of town when we got a nail in our tire and the gentleman that took care of us told us it didn't puncture it was side waysChecked the rest of our tires and we were told no charge, they were great, kept us informed and honest thank you. Because of them we will buy our next set of tires from walmart

Self checkouts are always messed up and have to stand there and wait for an associate. If they're gonna make us scan our own stuff should at least make sure the equipment is working correctly, always. Grocery pickup is ALWAYS out of multiple items at a time. Was normal during the boom and Covid but shouldn't be constant. Love Alfred the door man!!

Automotive makes up their own rules when they are busy and Blame it on walmart "policy". No point in getting lifetime balance and rotation when they won't do it anyways. Giant scam and this is the second time I've had an issue with Linda back there. Doesn't seem like she wants to actually be there

The Associates were working very hard to take down displays and put up new ones. Every Associate I saw was working very hard to get their tasks done. Yes Walmart is out of many items. It truly is not the employees at fault. Respect the employees that work their. Self checkout was very easy and went smooth. The Associates were quick and very friendly!
