This is a Great Place to Shop. They Have So Many Things You May Be Looking For. In Addition, They Support the Military and the Store Manager and Assistant Manager Are Both Great Guys Who Are Not Just Willing, but Actually Wanting to Help You with Your Shopping Needs and Making Sure You Are Happy. Thank You Runnings for Being a Great Business that I Will Definitely Use Again

Great store, But the store manager has ruined it... It's going downhill at a high rate of speed, and corporate doesn't seem to care about the employees or long-time loyal customers... very sad

Love the store, and options. Came for the first time on black friday. Our checker was a young man who was stressed out or just didn't have manners. He was rude to my husband who is more traditional about bags of pellets. I just chalked it up to stressed out. We found some odds and ends that were not black Friday stuff and they have a cute selection of kids clothing too! Sooo many farm toys. We love it.

Great selection, good brands, trusted/ proven quality.Prices are a bit high.In the general merchandise/tools section of the store, most of the staff is extremely haughty and rude; this has lost them thousands of dollars in sales from my household. I have heard about similar experiences from friends and acquaintances.Sporting goods, on the other hand, has ALWAYS provided exceptional service. They have made Running's my first stop when I'm in the market for guns & ammo. They are also near the top of my list of stores for comparison shopping when I'm looking for archery equipment, knives, fishing gear, and even some backpacking gear and flashlights.In the end, it's a bit of a toss up. I just take the good and just leave the rest.

I stopped going to Tractor Supply because of the service I received 2 yrs ago. I can always find my dogs food in Runnings, which was the reason for my visit today. I ended up also buying 2 pairs of wranglers jeans and we all know how pricey they are, $51.00 bag of dog food and some dog toys. Call me petty but the way I was insulted at the checkout I will be returning the jeans and won't be back there, which is sad cause I always buy my gloves for work there. Here was the conversation:Cashier: I hate to ask but we're you born before 1961?Me: No. Do I look that old?Cashier: OH no but we are giving senior discounts.Me: I'll be 47 in 12 days.Customer behind me: Are you gonna ask me the same question?Cashier: No, I can see you're young.Are you effing kidding me!!!I'll make the drive to Bismarck for anything I need! And before Kristi from customer care responds, save your apologies. They are not sincere

Sporting goods department has potential to be good. They’re about 5 good employees away from having one. The guys they have now just stand around in a group talking to each other instead of helping customers. Only two guys who work there part time apparently can cut arrows. Cutting arrows is super easy if they trained employees to do it. I’ve finally given up on their sporting goods store and bought my own arrow saw. Which will probably end up being a good thing. The guys they have don’t cut them correctly anyway. I love to buy local but this store has come up short on so many occasions I’ve just started making the drive to Bismarck scheels. I’ve also realized why no one ask to help you, they never have what I’m looking for.

Great farm and fleet store. Always had reasonable prices. There are a handful of long-time employees in the store that can pretty much guide you anywhere if you are looking for something specific. Sometimes had items nowhere else in Dickinson had

Runnings usually has the nicest flowers and best assortment however this year a majority of there flowers appear to have been damaged by colder weather which limited the selection. Only in North Dakota! We did manage to find several nice items though..friendly service always.

I'm from the south we don't have Runnings but we need it. Excellent store. Great selection of tools and equipment. Any place you can grab a rifle, ammo, dog food, some hand tools is right up my alley.. this store has made my Apocalypse list of locations.

Great guy store for sure. But it's got something for everyone. Q huge selection of tools to sporting stuff to farming and ranching to clothes for men, women and children. Running has really stepped it up the last few yrs and has become one of the best places to shop. The staff is really polite and helpful!!

Spent a TON of time here. Used Runnings often racing dirt track. The employees are very helpful. I often use Runnings for meat smoking items or firearms. The Firearm selection is fantastic and the background process with them is very streamlined. Very knowledgeable employees when it comes to firearms. They are honest and helpful when it comes to purchasing one. I've never had a bad experience here. Good job Runnings!

Love this place. Everything you didn't know you wanted. And it's dog friendly, and my dog loves this place as well. The staff are always willing to help and always very friendly. All they need is a produce section and they could put Walmart out of business.

Just about anything you want can be found here! Food, clothes and that odd medicine for your chickens and some great treats for your horse too. And you can even get a new engraved tag for your dog while you are here. The parking is good, the store is always clean and the employees are really nice. All in all, this is a great place to shop!

I find that while I'm at the checkout I getting wonderful service. Their cashiers there are great, people walking the aisles and stocking the shelves, I'm finding are really not my favorite people there. They have a tendency to just ignore you, unless they think you're going to drop a dime!

If you need it go somewhere else as they probably won't have it. Not sure why they can't order more product when they have stuff that sells and it isn't because of the current conditions, they have always done that and been that way.This is why a lot of people don't shop locally 8n Dickinson and just shop on line.

Good clean store, friendly staff. biggest complaint Is they run out of a lot of items people commonly purchase. Some is an industry wide problem, but some is corporate runnings not actually sending enough of the items to stores that sell them!
