The customer service was a breath of fresh air. I haven’t had such good service lately. Damien made my day! I went for the vacuum and it wasn’t working right. I went in to talk to them about it. Instead of just giving my dollar back he came out and fixed the problem and reset the time on it.The only caveat was that you got the same 4 minutes whether you put in $1 or $2.Thank you Damien and the staff at Lucky’s for a job well done. 😃

NO BABY CHANGING TABLES. Being a parent traveling with kids can be tough enough. Help a momma out and just pay the money for the changing table. We would’ve spent money on snacks/drinks instead of walking out in frustration to go change our babies in the back of the vehicle on a cold day.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 yrs now. The staff will know your name and chat with you. Very courteous and the new car wash is superb. No half mist or partial clean, very thorough. Great job guys!

Tonight I was talking on the phone while shopping and the short, very heavyset 20 something blonde female attendant got incredibly rude so I left without buying what I had placed on the counter. Most unfriendly place I have been in west of the Mississippi

You'd think they wouldn't run off paying customers that shop there every night because they aren't, "shopping fast enough" when it isn't even anywhere near closing time. Especially little old ladies. FFS.
