I scanned my items. I had 2 large bags of dog food. They each had a $6.00 coupon. Past experience, 2 years for 8 dogs, I knew that they wouldn't scan so I had an associate help me. She couldn't get it done. She went and got Nicholas, a tall young fresh faced boy who wants power, tries the coupons over and over and over. 20 minutes later, when I tell him how it's been done in the past he tells me I'm rude and for me to leave. I ask for another manager. He says he is the i ly one. I found another one. After repeating my experience, I say, if he can't put the coupons in, he needs to learn to do his job. She tells me to leave, she isn't going to let me talk to her associates like that. I go outside....several customers asked what happened and why. We went back in and they told her I was not rude. She kicked us all out.Karma is all I can say

My wife loves this one. It's very organized, very clean and they also have very helpful staff. I've never given a 5 star to a Walmart, but these guys deserve it.

Isabella is a terrible manager. She has a poor attitude and has hired another manager with a terrible attitude. The gun sales have been down for months because Isabella hired a manager who isn't capable of selling guns!

Couldn’t find my swim suit size and was limited to one option. Pretty typical Walmart, wish there was more cashiers but that’s kind of everywhere, hey Walmart PLEASE FIX THE MASSIVE CRACK IN YOUR PARKING LOT PAVEMENT - the side of my foot slipped into it as I was jogging back to my car and nearly strained my ankle. I promise I would have sued had that happened.

I always have a great experience at Walmart because of an associate that they have. Ben Chenze has always been a helping hand and a smiling face! He would make a great store manager and has a great understanding of the different departments.

I Love the new Super Walmart!!! Us locals know there has been some adjustments by moving products to new areas and that'll be some getting used to but no big deal because that's part of change. Bathrooms are always clean, workers are helpful and always welcoming!

I visited the Walmart store in Devils Lake to print pictures for Christmas gifts & I used the photo kiosks in the store. It appeared that it was down loading my pictures, however my iPhone froze & could not get it to power off or reset… An associate came over when I asked for assistance. He did call the night GM coach which was absolutely no help!! The associate then paged another manager on duty, & I did hear her say that it was not “Their” responsibility. What I am trying to say here, is that I will NEVER step foot in Devils Lake Walmart again!! Poor customer service. My IPhone is five months old, & now I have to pay an insurance claim of $199.00 to get a new phone. I have been in customer service for over 30 years, & have never treated a customer as poorly as I was treated tonight!!

Right now this company is going through a redo. They are getting ready for a new grand opening in November. The store is harder to shop in. Although myself I can see the new improvement. Looking forward to the new Grand Opening 🤗

Overcharged $62 and had to make a 2nd trip back to town to take care of the overcharge. 85 miles round trip. With gas prices, $3.89 a gallon, I'm not too pleased

My favorite small town walmart, friendly and courteous staff. Good selection of food and clothing, toys for kids and a good garden section. Good electronics selection and auto care center. I noticed the other day they have gotten more handicap scooters, thank you. They could use more handicap ♿ parking. Unfortunately I see a lot of people taking handicap parking without a handicap placard♿ or license plates.

No cashier's, low or out of almost everything, not really caring for the new organization of their items or how they set up their aisles, but at least now they've got more self checkout lines so you can kind of get through Walmart and under 5 years.

Well its walmart just wish we had a bigger one. With more merchandise to choose from. Like in bigger citys. They sell out of things quicker and things are picked over. Only place to shop in DL! Just went got lunch and my sub has mold on it. Please check your bread 3/18/24

Great place to shop but the cash registers always charge me twice. Now that the bank closed my accounts and there's no proof I can say something. What's up with the taxes on my receipts. On 4 dollars there was like 14 cents. That's not 7.5%

It was great when Super Walmart moved to the east side of town and enlarged their inventory, especially the food items and automotive service. I applauded the manager and staff for what they have to do to keep this store open each day especially during the Covid episode. I noticed the staff seemed to be more upbeat in the morning hours but as the day goes on there seems to be a down trend. Cashiers have to stand on their feet which I know is uncomfortable and at the same time keeping their composure with irate customers. Who wants to be a cashier? My pet peeves is the handicap parking...there is a lot of misuse by shoppers. Has there ever been a citation given for illegally using the handicap space? There is an obvious sign of staff shortage in certain sections of the store. The waiting time for assistance at the sporting goods (e.g hunting/fishing license), camping necessities and paint sections are a bit frustrating. Overall, we'll continue to shop here...

Prices have been slowly going up from when it opened as a super center.I do not like the self checkouts. I avoid shopping hete as much as possible.
