I think someone needs to train or retrain the 'sandwich artists ' first off the 'artist' that was making our sandwich had to go and help the other 'artist ' with the till he did not remove his gloves as he was punching keys on the till then came back to our sandwich to finish making it with the same gloves, that is wrong in so many ways!! Then the other one takes our sandwich out of the oven to dress the sandwich and puts it on the counter to do so but did not wipe counter before he put our sandwich on it and there was sauce and stuff from the previous customer all over it, how gross, what the heck is up with that maybe the health department needs to be called. Seriously these things need to be addressed it is disgusting!!!

Excellent Job making sandwich. Bread was cut perfectly, sandwich was not cut too far so that it would all fall apart. Definitely skilled with the knife. On top of that, I am pretty sure I got an extra piece of bacon at no extra cost.

The food was good the restaurant was clean, but customer service from two young ladies was lacking.I ordered a 12in chicken teriyaki sub on tomato/spinach wrap bread. After asking what type of cheese I wanted, the brunette haired girl put two slices of cheese on the bread and I asked why there were not four slices, as I had asked for a 12in sub. I said it did not make sense since I asked for a 12in sub. She kind of stared at me and told me that is what they put in a wrap and then said if I wanted the extra two slices of cheese it would cost another dollar.I could not believe two slices of cheese ( which are actually two sides of one slice of cheese) would cost me an extra dollar.As she slid the beginnings of the sub over to the next person in line the absurdity of everything started to burn inside me and I said something to the little girl who was at the cashier's station that it seemed like a rip-off to me.I cannot remember what she said in response but it really ticked me off and I told her that's a heck of a thing to say to someone who helps pay your paycheck. Then she said under her breath just loud enough for me to hear it "I get paid by my boss."I told her that was a very rude thing to say and I asked for the district supervisors phone number she said she didn't have it and I asked for her managers phone number and she said it was on the receipt when I would get it.The receipt phone number was a direct line to the store and the other phone number was a corporate number which turned out that the voice message gave me ANOTHER number that I could not write down because I did not have anything to write with .....so I ended up going to the subway internet corporate page and posted a scathing review there along with this one here.I will never come to this Subway ever again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it.When an employee basically tells a customer that they don't care how they feel about their customer care of them then I do not want to do business with them ever again because they do not get the basics of customer service that anyone with common sense would know.The only reason why I gave two stars was because of the cleanliness of the restaurant and the taste of the sub after it was made, otherwise there would be no stars or there would be negative Stars ..... just because of the attitude of the two young ladies.Just to add insult to injury I spent 30 years in hospitality and attitudes like that destroy businesses, restaurants or hotels.Additional: After a week NO-ONE has reached out to me..... Neither the franchisee nor Subway corporate..... I am very disappointed....

The girl making my sandwich was visibly sick and shouldn’t have been working (even said to the guy after me she’s been sick and couldn’t find anyone to cover her shift), did a terrible job making my sandwich (slapped together loosely with sauce everywhere and big thick chunks of lettuce in it), left her gloves on for putting it in the toaster, ringing me up and giving me my receipt, and then went back to making my sandwich with THE SAME GLOVES ON. Sauce all over the outside of the wrapper and everything. What a mess.Then I go sit down. There’s one table taken and all the open tables are dirty. So I sit at the least dirty one. My chair is sticky. My sandwich is sloppy. I feel disgusting. I need a shower. This place is so gross. Food and garbage on the floor everywhere. Don’t go here, you’ll regret it.

Last time I came here I saw you guys remodeled and moved places, very nice remodel of the place. I didn't get any photos coming in though I will update soon.A little bit of a fly problem though... Sub was made in a timely manner the tables and seats where okay with the cleaning. One of the seats I sat in was a bit sticky. Like pop had been spilt on it, You should have someone go out every 30 or 20 mins to clean the tables and seats with hot water depending on how busy it is.But over all okay place to eat with kids on a friday after school!

we were traveling and happy to find a subway on our path. We were thinking fairly healthy sandwich and fast take away. It was so slow! one of the guys was obviously new but neither had any sense of urgency at all.we got two sandwiches I was third in line upon entry and it took 35 minutes!! awful wait!! the sandwiches were good though

Both employees were very rude and disrespectful. Seemed like the lady in glasses was trying to short my sandwich by putting the bare minimum on there. I got my sandwich to eat-in and decided to get it to-go. When i asked if the old creepy guy in glasses could wrap it he just let iut a sigh, grabbed the sandwich from my hand and acted like the whole thing was to difficult. He wouldn't even put on gloves to wrap my sandwich. You are better off getting gas station food or eat somewhere else.

They don’t stock mustard here, don’t get your hopes up. Go down a few more miles to the truck stop in Fargo with a subway. I was in a hurry, the sandwich maker was slow, she finally got done making the sandwich, set it down on the counter and said “I’ll check you out in a minute” and went back to make the next person in lines THREE sandwich’s. Before coming back to let me pay so I could leave. Took 15 minutes.

The food here was as good as expected but the staff was much friendlier than expected. I recommended this Subway for a quick snack.Another bonus: My kid doesn't like sandwiches, so I was able to get him a hot dog at the connected gas station and we all got what we wanted.

Won't eat there unless Tasha Fisher is working so she can make my sandwich she's awesome. She knows how to make a great sandwich... the last time I ate there she wasn't working n I order my food n the person didn't toast my bread n my steak was cold it was gross .. Tasha is awesome......

The sandwich artist had an incredibly thick accent and was such a good sport about me asking him to repeat himself so many times. Sub was NOMinal. Get it? Nom? Hahaha. I do wish I had gotten italian herb and cheese instead of regular italian. #regrets

The Service was good, but female sandwich artist wasn't wearing Mask. It is required by state to wear Mask. She may not be statistic, but still must wear Mask by Law. Everything else I would give 5 stars. Tell blonde female to wear Mask or stay away from makeline.

So 6 inch subs are on special for $3, I wanted two of them and asked politely if they were going to charge me $3 each or for a foot long. I never did get a response however I figured it was safe to assume they would just charge me the $3 6 inch price each, nope! This may just be me being cheap but being I asked before ordering they could have not screwed me over or at least told me no before I placed in order. The sub was good as it is at any subway but won't stop here again I suggest you do the same unless you have money to waste.

Lady working was amazing. It was passed closing time but she stayed open and got me my order. You can't find a lot of places like that these days.Features: Very clean and safe place to bring family. They take people's health very seriously.

0 stars. Terrible customer service. I was in line for an hr with 6 or 7 people in front of me. When i did finally order, the lady rolled her eyes and walked into the back. I waited an additional 10 minutes before my food was being made. Will never go there again

Wow.Went in for a spicy Italian and they were out of pepperoni, onions, green peppers, and 9 grain bread. Literally the essentials to run a subway.The staff was not willing to work with me. Store was dirty as well and could use a deep cleaning. Shame on you subway. Shame.

Subway in glendive. The drive thru was closed. The parking lot is horrible with pot holes. The food was ok. The staff was a mess. Service took a bit of time and very unfriendly. Inside the building looked like they barely take care of it or clean it. I will not be stopping at this subway again.

Myself and another gentleman walked in at 9:55pm and stood in line to order. At 10:00 a lady walked out from the back and said they are now closed and had us leave.I found this to be completely rude and unprofessional behavior.
