Stayed here on OCT 6 2023This place is awesome! AWESOME!Just a couple of notes.1. In the hotel room we were at. The bathroom light switch was on the outside of the bathroom not in. Kind of weird.2. The water park was amazing. Just wish the kids were more monitored. When I was on the jogging track at 6PM the kids were all jumping in the hot tub. Without the adults nearby or in there with them. They looked younger than 8.3. One of the locks on the door didn't work with my key card. Luckily I found another way into the indoor jogging track.I hope to be back here sometime.

I made the online reservation indicating I had 2 small children, at arrival it was advised the kiddy pool was out of order. We attempted the waterwplay as a family and the both kids experienced a chemical burn from very high chlorine levels, we showered before our evening event but couldn't seem to get rid of the chlorine smell. The chlorine smell also filled our room which was unpleasant for the kids to sleep. The room did not include a bathtub drain plug so I had to request a drain plug so i could give my kids a bath before bed so they could soak the irritated areas of skin. The website advised there was a restaurant, this apparenrly was closed for some time with no mention on the website or at check-in. Other food options in is area are extremely limited. The breakfast options were disappointing with very little selection and extremely low & limited quantity of basic items.The arcade needs to be serviced, we attempted 6 games which the machines took or money but did not allow play. I let the attendant at the front desk know and I was able to recover $1.We originally planned to stay 2 nights but checked out the morning after 1 night due the unfortunate disappointing experience with two young kids.I'm willing to give it another attempt if there are truly all amenities functional & available as advertised on the website.

it is not in any way a water parkit is not a place u would want to staythey are extremely overpricedthey are rude and will not work with anyone.best example is we have 400+ workers building 2 miles away and none want to stay there! they all drive 25 miles in to fargo or find other accommodations!think if they just treated people right all of the money they could make....

hotel and pool needs alot of work. stayed here and used the pool years a go and it was great, but clearly hasnt been looked after and maintained. Took the kids to stay and use the pool, on a weekend. most of the play area in the pool was taped off. none of the fun water sprinklers worked anymore. the sildes were blocked off. they have removed alot of things put still charge the full rates. i would recommend avoiding thos place untill they get things fixxed and cleaned up.

Pictures are outdated. The pool was crusty and under repaired and the lily pads are missing. The food on site is over priced for the quantity and quality. The rooms were clean albeit a little outdated. The staff must have been held hostage because they appeared to hate their jobs. The server in the restaurant was the most pleasant followed by the check in lady. Breakfast was underwhelming to say the least.

It suckedMy family went there just for the pool and it quite frankly sucked. Well the shower rooms were disgusting and I could see a cockroach, uncleaned, and needs a renovation. The pool itself feels like a relic of the 2000s because it was severely outdated and worn out. And besides that it needs repairs too like the entire bottom of the pool needs to be redone. I went there 4 years ago and they haven’t changed the bottom of the pool at all! Even touching certain sections of the bottom can cut your feet which is dangerous to let’s say what the pool is meant for KIDS but also trash in the pool, no life guards (yes, nobody was there but just any supervision could’ve been cool), dirty, and in desperate need of a renovation. The staff were okay well the only one I saw anyway. They were decent just seemed disinterested in working that day but overall fine customer service. From what I can remember about the rooms they were also dirty and I found a cigarette butt in mine. But it just needs a desperate renovation

We rented a party room for my son's 9th birthday to have a party and go swimming. We had the party room for 2.5 hours and were able to keep our stuff in it longer because we were the last group to book it which was a huge plus. They have great pizza and service the staff was friendly and helpful and they have a nice swimming area. The large side of the pool could have been a little warmer but it was the same temp as most pools in the area. The water slides were fun, a large for big kids and adults and some small ones for the little kids. Plenty for everyone to do especially if you give out beach ball party favors and floating nerf cars/and balls for the kids to play with in the water. Great party, we may have to do this every year. :) The only bad thing was the adults wanted to use the hot tub and it was being repaired at the time we were there last week.Food & drinks: The food and drink were really good better than expected and the service was great as well.

Went there to use the pool. Customer service wasn’t very good. She didn’t smile. Didn’t hand us towels even though she knew we were obviously going to use the pool. The hallway smelt like pee. The bathrooms smelt like urine. The hot tub looked like it had been peed in for years and never been cleaned. I was scared to let my child swim but I felt like I had no choice cause I had brought him all the way there and would have made him upset. Place looked like it was falling apart. I would never recommend that place and I will never be going back.

Stayed the night passing through on a road trip. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The waterpark was ok. It could use a deep cleaning and updating. The price was pretty steep for what it was and had I done more looking I would have paid a little more to stay in Fargo at a better indoor waterpark. Loved that they also had arcade games including air hockey. Conveniently located right off the highway. Restaurant is conveniently attached.

If I could give it a negative five stars I would. Absolutely! Abysmal and disgusting for starters the sheets weren't clean. The pillowcases are stained yellow. Those pillows were non-existent about paper thin. I had to use six just to make a normal pillow thickness. We didn't even have enough towels in our room when we got there. After asking the front desk for more, we got ones with yellow stains all over them. One legitimately had boogers wiped on it. Half of the continental breakfast stuff didn't work. Our room door didn't even have a deadbolt on it. The majority of the card readers didn't work. Rod had been ripped down in our room and rehung up too high so the curtain didn't even stay in the tub and water ran everywhere. Our TV won't turn on or turn off. And not to mention they charged 189 for the night. Like I said -5 stars if I could. This place is a joke.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. I was passing through moving my girlfriend in a uhaul from Michigan to Washington with me after her recent cancer surgery. We stopped to give her rest, and as we proceeded to leave the next day, we were eyed down by an older lady on the staff. We left and got about 10 minutes down the road only to be pulled over by police and I was pulled out on the interstate at Gun Point by officers under the assumption of kidnapping of my own girlfriend, that was called in by a *concerned citizen*.Good for the police for fast action. Horrible in the fact that it was the hotel that called it in to police without just asking and instead creating a traumatic experience because of their delusional staff. While I wouldn't know if it was the staff normally... later that night, the hotel bill was *anonymously* refunded. While I appreciate that they tried to set it right in their own mind... it doesn't take away from the horrible experience we had to deal with and myself having a gun waved in my face.I absolutely would avoid this place at all cost as staff clearly have no ability to read a room or ask questions if concerns of someone's safety are there, or the integrity to call and apologize personally for the endeavor. It was easily the worst hotel experience I've ever had 100% due to staff.

This is a very nice place to stay if in casselton. However our carpet had a huge be seam rip on it sink was removed but plumbing was left hanging out. Shower was not very to good as the spout needs replacement. The continental breakfast was very good. The restaurant was ok not many options unless you like breakfast for dinner. Oh yeah the be walls also had screws exposed along with sheet rock repairs that were poorly done. Kids loved the water park. Arcade's we're super expensive and a wast of good money. Ok just so we r clear I'm not talking smack just giving real life reviews to help people get the most out of there trip or vacation.Nearby activities: There are plenty of near buy activities if it your willing to to drive by to Fargo Wich is only like 10 miles or so away .

The restaurant staff were awesome… we parked our rv overnight, we chose this place based on amenities. The hotel smelled bad, the bathrooms were disgusting… not sure the last time they were cleaned. Only skulding hot water in the shower. You have to pay extra for the pool and it’s $12 USD per person to use the pool and it’s tiny! Definitely do not recommend.

The hotel is about 15 min outside of Fargo. Very easy to find, just off the highway. Free parking, nice front entrance with leather couches and a fireplace. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are good with a desk, TV, fridge that you can use free of charge and a microwave. Bath tub with a rain shower. The water park is a lot of fun for families. With a small water structure that has slides. The big slide is fast and fun. Kids can swim out easily. The entire pool area has soft flooring. The hut tub is a good size and fits at least 10 people. The hotel has an arcade with 10-15 games.

We planned on staying 2 nights here but ended up staying 4 due to a snow storm. Staff was so friendly and worked extremely well with my children and I. The water park kept my girls and I happy and I was thankful for the running/walking track to keep me busy. They were very accommodating, especially Mona, and I highly recommend your next stay here! A lot to keep you occupied without having to drive.

We had a family reunion there a week ago. It was a perfect place for a big reunion. There were over 100 people there, in our group, for 3 days. The general manager was very helpful (Mona is her name) & went above & beyond to make things go smoothly for our reunion. 😊 They have a large room upstairs, where we ate our meals & gathered as a group every day. They have a indoor Waterpark for kids also. I would highly recommend this place for a large gathering to meet at & stay there. 😊😊😊

We just came and went swimming. We had fun. But yes the pool could use some cleaning . And a new coat of paint in the pool. There was stuff in the corners at the bottom of the big pool.
