We stayed 4 nights over the holidays - The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable and our rooms were cleaned daily. However, I have two main complaints. 1. The breakfast is poor; we found 2 moldy bagels; eggs were cold and the juice is warm (sits out un-chilled). 2. the front desk staff we encountered during our stay were not friendly and twice rudely told us the lobby closed at 11pm and we had to leave (my son and I were wanting to stay up while the girls went to bed). What hotel closes the lobby at 11pm?

The Continental breakfast is a joke! I've never seen one so bad. They "ran out" of everything. We came down for breakfast at 8:30 and breakfast goes until 10. My wife and I had double queen beds in our room, one of the beds had yellow/brown stains all over the sheets and smelled wet, and the other bed was fine, clean and fresh. The AC unit leaked water all over the carpet in a half circle puddle by the window. The $25 fee to check in between 1:00p and 3:00p seems strange. I've never encountered that before. Also there's supposed to be a nice place across the road to get breakfast but they're closed Saturday and Sundays.

In the hospitality industry having a pleasant experience is hard to come by these days.Dyson was amazing. I was stuck in a snowstorm and had to stop driving for the day. He was welcoming, helpful, professional and so nice to converse with. My room was spacious and cozy in the blizzard. It is also located steps away from the 24 hour Casey’s gas/convenience stop. I highly recommend staying here.

In all the 20+ years of traveling I have never ever been charged $25 for a early check in fee when it was 40 minutes until the posted check in. Matter of fact I have checked into hotels 2 hours early and never been charged a early check in fee. Especially when it’s a regular guest that stays there all the time and the company utilizes the hotel as a preferred hotel. But today I was charged that early check in fee. Other then that the hotel is nice and clean. The bed and pillows isn’t an IHG brand hotel comfortable but are decent. There is parking for cars and trucks and plug-ins during the winter. The whole early check in fee got me though. To the point I’m making sure on my travels through I will try and minimize the nights I will stay at this particular hotel and just have some longer drives in the mornings to work locations. And I will make sure I make my work day coincide with the check in time so I can avoid that fee if I decided to return to the hotel next trip.

I have extensive experience staying at major hotels with positive experiences. Our stay this past week at Cobblestone was by far the best we have ever had.The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. It was not just the room, it was the entire facility that was clean. Every staff member we encountered was kind, more than willing to help, and cared about us.Its a small hotel. Don't expect fancy just expect quality and genuine people who are happy to have you stay with them, a very clean if not immaculate rooms/hotel and very comfy beds!!!!!Highly recommend.

We arrived late at night. Sharon was warm, friendly and very helpful. She did everything in her power to make us feel welcome. Helped us to find food and get settled for the night.The room was spacious. It was very clean. The bed was so cozy. I didn't want to get out of it in the morning.Need I say more... I would stay again

Amazing hotel, currently staying here for work and it's an amazing experience. I love the beds, very comfortable. They have laundry in the building which is affordable. The breakfast tastes great and its a great location right across the street from Subway. I'd rate it higher if I could.

AC was not on on what they say was record heat in North Dakota. Taking a loooong time to cool down. Office chair would not stay up. Working one is not near high enough for the height of the desk. The first Cobblestone Inn I’ve been in that has no elevator. This place gives the brand a bad name.

For Carrington it doesn't get better (we tried another.) Reminds me of the old Country Inn & Suites chain. The breakfast was far better than 2 years ago when we stayed- the eggs were less chalky (egg-beater omelet with American cheese) and they had sugar-free syrup and jam, which are more helpful to a diabetic than places that only have bread offerings. Flip-over waffle iron offers regular and strawberry batter. Coffee not bad and there are little liquid creamers.Rooms are quaint- not tiny, not huge. Bedding is higher-end.

We stopped here very late at night because we hit a deer and were looking for a place to stay until an auto shop opened. They were filled up for the night but the man behind the front desk was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us figure it out. Just for that alone is huge customer service.

Great Motel in a small town in North Dakota, not a whole lot else in town, but if you have to have a place to stay this is by far the best motel in town. Clean modern rooms, Super Nice Staff, great Internet all at a great price.

Horrible experience. Desk clerk on evening was sarcastic, irritated and rude to everyone in our party.We rented ten rooms for a close relatives funeral. Never again will we stay at Cobblestone Inn.Overpriced for area and breakfast was a joke.But most importantly, the evening clerk on 8/23/18 was a poor representation of customer service

Price gouging during bad weather then wouldnt let me cancel my room an hour after booking it in the middle of the day with plenty of time to rent it to other people not like it was a last minute cancel. Then the lady at the desk asked if I was actually going to stay or not because she had other people wanting rooms. If its paid for and your not gonna cancel the reservation how are you going to ask if I'm actually going to stay so you can rent it to someone else and make double off it?

Rooms were nice but the price of the room rate was very high could understand if ot was a hilton for that price with more stuff like hot tub and a pool and work out room and a work room with computers with printer availability just not worth for what was their my opinion was very over priced

My wife and I hit a deer in the middle of the night and limped over to see if there was a room available. They were full at the time, but the receptionist was very understanding. Although he couldn't provide us with a room, he offered us access to the restrooms, coffee, and even the complimentary breakfast. I can't speak to the quality of the rooms, but the care and understanding showed to us will make me remember the Cobblestone Inn & Suites next time I'm passing through Carrington and need a room for the night.

They screwed up. We used a credit card to hold room, when we checked out we paid in cash, and they forgot to credit our charge card. Took many phone calls and time to fix. The funny thing this place is in the middle of nowhere & not that busy this mistake should of been taken care of much sooner.
