Nonexistent customer service. Not a “hello” or “thank you” or “you’re welcome” in sight. How do you expect people to be spend their money on your severely overpriced food, and your cashiers don’t even acknowledge the person in front of them?Edit: to be clear, I bought $60 worth of food that would’ve cost maybe $30 elsewhere. The management is trying to justify the fact that not one single worker from the point I walked in until the point I walked out said a single word to me besides the cost. That’s not okay and it shows why the reviews are this way!! Learn about CUSTOMER SERVICE and then teach everyone that interacts with CUSTOMERS.

This store is always very clean and the employees are super friendly. They have a produce section, bakery, deli, self serve hot coffee station, and a great selection of meats. They also have a liquor store attached to the grocery. The liquor store does have different hours so they are open much later.

Great looking store but prices WOW!!! I have done some pencil work and on the average they are 67 % higher than most common food chain stores. Ok I will make a few examples, your salad dressings prices 4.95 other chains 2.75. Dog food 26.00 for a 25 lb bag other chains 24.00 for a 50lb bag. Do the math or grow a set and tell the people you robing them blind. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out.

This grocery has most everything you need, but their deli is exceptional. They offer hot meals prepackaged and prepared on site. Really nice change from the ordinary. And really good.

Yes their prices are a tad higher than places in the cities, in reference to those who are complaining. But I'm not complaining, as a truck driver who has to pay 4.99 for 4 boiled eggs and 3.99 for a gallon of water, and pretty much get raked over the coals for anything I might need and buy in a truck stop, the prices here are fabulous. But the fact you dont have to drive an hour to go to Walmart and waste time an fuel should make you value the prices here. This little town or village is the middle of nowhere and the amenities it offers makes it an oasis. Every time I have to make the long haul over all these back roads vs the main interstate I make a point to stop and grab supplies when I come by here. Trust me there's grocery stops in other places that make this place seem like a penny store.

Amazing brand new store! It was like finding oasis in dessert for us!!! We have neen driving from Texas all the way up to North Dakota and finally i saw a "piece" of Houston-like supermarket on a smaller scale!

They have a great selection for a small town, but shame on you for taking advantage of your community by overpricing your grocery, deli (especially). Your prices are up to $3 per item more expensive, and being in the retail field, I know the shipping isn't that much to call for a price difference like that.

Not sure if it’s a store policy or the ignorance of an employee but I was denied a tobacco purchase because my federally-issued picture ID (passport) wasn’t accepted. I was told by “James” I needed a state ID, which was just as well as we found out they don’t carry Newport’s products after my father offered his state ID to make the purchase. You’re better off going to a convenience store if you need to make a tobacco purchase.

The place is nice but come on with your prices. That is ridiculous to pay $1.36 for a jug of water. I know we are in the boondocks but come on. Paid almost twenty bucks for a creamer, 4 jugs of qater, and some denture tabs. I can't wait to get out of this town

This place only cators to those who work normal shifts. Although the monday through saturday hours can be worked around if you work a night shift like me, sunday and any holiday they are open makes getting anything you need on those days impossible unless you are willing to sacrafice sleep and multible hours of your time waiting for it to open. I can understand holidays, but why do you open at 12 on sundays and claim to close at 8 but have been closed with no warning as early as 5? And its not a one off thing, its consistant that you guys close earlier than advertised on week ends with no notice.

Nice market with most of what you would want. The produce looked very good and the beef selection was nice. The liquor store was well stocked and tidy.

Overpriced. $10+ for lettuce? The fruits are old and tasteless. Also it says it's open till 8. It closes at 7.
