I went into TSC to purchase a 64 gun Cannon gun safe and was talking to the Assistant manager Jody about rain checking it and she said they couldn’t rain check it and didn’t seem interested in wanting to help me at all so I left the store.I then called the store later and talk to the manager about getting a gun safe and she said that they could rain check it and that it wouldn’t be a problem and if it were not for her being helpful I probably would’ve got it at a different store. I also want to say that Scott did a great job loading it. And because the only reason why I’m putting it as a one star review is because of how the assistant manager treated me otherwise it would’ve been a five star review.

Went in looking for a space heater. Maria was a great help in finding the size I needed and it happen to be on sale. She also helped me with an extended warranty on it as well. Great customer service.

I came into the store looking for a certain brand of dog food for my elderly chihuahua Maria greeted me and was very friendly and helpful even though the store didn’t have what I needed. I was very pleased and happy with the service Maria provided

The store is clean, with a decent selection and prices of products with helpful and very friendly associates. Every time I try to checkout I have to find an associate because the registers are never manned, which is the reason for the 4 star rating.

I was looking for some hardware and found a good selection of various items, including what I came to purchase. The staff was friendly and helpful and I even got to see some baby chicks and a lamb.

They seem to hire people that are not farm ranch people so it is hard to get help with anything. Also hard at times to even find employees
