Ordered a Reese’s blizzard with extra Reese’s. Watched and heard my husband order it like that. They hand it to us and it’s basically vanilla soft serve. So I nicely ask if I can get extra and he tells me there’s already enough in there. I explained that we ordered extra, yet he argues with me. I said she must not have heard us. So then she comes out and also argues! And I think she was a manager! I’m like I’ll pay for it can I just have some more please?! You’re really going to argue with me about candy?! What happened to the customer is always right. Just because you didn’t hear us doesn’t mean we didn’t say it. We ask for ketchup, he hands us 2 packets and slams the window. Completely terrible customer service. We got home and my husband only had a few fries in his basket. Never again.

Would have been 5 stars, but wait was quite long in drivethru, during off hours. Sandwiches were hot and tasty and service friendly.

Today they weren't cooking due to being short staffed, but had 3 employees working. So we go across to subway, 1 employee and still making food found this absolutely hilarious.

My daughters birthday Is on July 4th, I called on July 1st to get her cake made every year. I asked for a pink cake/w pink flower. They told me that the cake maker could not make flowers and that they would have the manager call me to negotiate. The manager never called me. I called on July 2 and asked if the cake was still a “go,” I was told someone else said the cake was good to go. I pulled up to drive thru and was charged for a cake then told that I never ordered a cake and that I was basically crazy. My daughter was in the car with me to pick up her birthday cake. She was crying. It was sad, but the worst was them acting like I was crazy and that I never ordered a cake! No more traditional DQ cake for BDays!

Dairy Queen is awesome!! Very lucky to have this restaurant in town!! Excellent customer service and great frozen treats!! Their fast food is great too!! Highly recommended!!

Probably the only drive-through option in bottineau. Has the usual menu of Dairy Queens nationwide. Be prepared for a long wait time, since it's the only option in town for drive-through dessert or fast food.

First off, the food is fine.For some reason, drive-thru is the only ordering option available and they don't accept coupons/rewards from the DQ app.

If you don't have a car then you have to still go up to drive threw with the cars. Standing infront of these cars is intimidating and a little scary. I will not do it again. People stare at you and want you to move.
