I always find great plants. Everything looks hearty. The staff is kind, honest, available, and knowledgeable. The plants are arranged to be easily found by type so it’s easy to navigate if you know what you want already. Fun displays and unique yard art. It’s hard to leave without a few must-have’s.

Our first time here, they have a huge selection of pots and other planters, tons of plants of all shapes and sizes, trees and garden statuary. The staff seemed very friend and were helpful in getting our purchase out and into our vehicle.We will definitely be going back a lot! You might notice I was fixated on the statues. Bex time I'll take pictures of the plants too!

Wow, you want to experience joy sign up for a workshop at Plant Perfect. Pure joy, invite a loved one! We had such a good time decorating our trees and it feels good to know we can plant them on the spring of they are properly cared for. What a good time!

They have one of the best warranty’s on plants in town. Beautiful exotic plants for indoors and amazing evergreens for outdoors. I’ve gotten plenty of trees here in the past and always have been very happy with results. I recommend shopping at end of season for fall deals.

Dropping a load of plants. Easy access to dock, waited 30 before started unloading. Going quick. Come in from the North side of the building, go past the business on 83, the head south on Ottawa. Makes backing in easier. Though there is an empty lot across the street you can use to pull up. Not sure how it will be when it's wet, might get muddy.

Honestly, such an amazing place to find plants! I was amazed at the variety of selection, and was able to find several new plant babies to bring some life to my home. Annika was warm and very helpful, and I felt comfortable asking questions about caring for the new plants. She also took the time to package the plants in boxes and bags, protecting them for the ride home. Highly recommend this very cool place!

I've been to Plant Perfect several times and have bought some items that I have been mostly satisfied with. I found the staff to be friendly and willing to help when sought out, but not particularly knowledgeable. I've gotten as much assistance from other customers as I have from the actual employees.The prices are pretty expensive (though not as ridiculous as Cashman's Nursery) so it's hard to justify buying much more than what's on the clearance rack. Speaking of the clearance rack, 50% off an $80 planter that is significantly damaged is still ridiculously over-priced.Unfortunately, these things mean that for me, Plant Perfect is much better used as a place to look around and pick up the occasional item. If money isn't an issue for you, you will likely be happy since they do have a wide selection to choose from.

Husband called ahead of time to see if they could load some top soil. They said it would be no problem just to call ahead of time to let them know when we’d be in. Called and let them know we’d be in about 20 minutes. When we got there they were still waiting on the person who’d be able to load the top soil which wasn’t that big an issue I get it. But then they told us that he’d only be able to provide us with 1/2 a yard of soil as he wouldn’t stick around to do any other loads. Mind you we live 3 minutes away and this wouldn’t have been an issue if they had set these expectations ahead of time. It gets better when we ask how much a yard of top soil would cost us he rang it up at over $60. We had called previously and they had quoted us around $30. As we were waiting we had called two other places around town and the most expensive gave us a prices of $40 per yard of sifted top soil. I believe the soil place and plant perfect may be separate entities but the plant perfect staff helped us and they were very condescending and reluctant to help. I will admit we were also upset but given the circumstances I wasn’t able to not be upset.Went somewhere else and had a more pleasant experience.I’ve never had issues with plant perfect before but this really made us feel great.

I would give it 5 plus stars if they could get an electric scooter for us handicap ladies to use..Covid took my breathing easy away..place too big to walk but i love the inventory and want to check it all out

Plant Perfect is beautiful. I honestly could live there. The variety of plants is over whelming for one visit unless you plan on spending the day. So many little hidden gems tucked in corners and hanging. Love it and prices are very resonable.

I have never been in a garden center where I have received less help them here. After wandering around the store for 15 minutes I finally found an employee who said she was going to go and find somebody to help me I waited another 10 minutes and she did not return. Luckily found another employee that was able to point me in the right direction. No I offered to help me out to the vehicle with all the plants that I had purchased. The girl at the counter just stared at me until I realized that she was not going to touch anything in my cart .. Oh when they were going to be getting in lemon grass. I have been calling daily and they said that they haven’t gotten any in yet only to get to the store and be told that they had a ton of it last week and it all sold out. Horrible customer service.

Plant Perfect has an excellent selection of plants for zone 3 and 4 gardens. The decorative additions will add much to your garden.

Larger than I expected, lots of plants, pots, tools, accessories, and decorations. Everything from small succulents and fairy garden decorations, to large archways, metal sculptures, trees, and hedges.Staff helped me find what I needed and were very friendly. There is a nice parking lot and it's a convenient location, I just never heard about this place before because it is off the main roads.Things were more expensive here than Walmart or Menards, but it is a specialized store so there was a much better selection and many things the other stores didn't even have.I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

I found exactly what I was looking for here, the price was reasonable and I'm very pleased on that level. But I am compelled to comment on the service. It was hard to get some assistance and when you did it was subpar. Not once but twice. Considering the amount of money I spent there I was amazed at the vibe put out by the staff!!.

Quite expensive. I've been there 3 times and every single time, I had rude employees at the till. Back last Christmas, I needed a wreath and asked for help as there seemed to be only a few sad looking ones on the outside part of the store. And two of the employees made remarks as how obvious it was that those were the only ones for sale as they should all be kept at lower temps. All I did was asking, they didn't need to be rude and mean. They could have been kept somewhere else or those employees could have been making new ones, as they seemed irritated that I interrupted their chatting; it only took my question to make a consumer never to want to go back or endorse their business after 3 visits. I decided that was my last trip and my last hard earned money spent in such a place. It's sad as I try to support small, local businesses. I'd give them zero stars if this system allowed it.

Best overall in bis, I live an hour and some away multiple stops per season...you can be a savvy shopper on flowers n such but this is better quality, especially for trees..I see complaints about price...these people haven't visited my local shops apparently :p buy coneflowers n cala Lilly's at lowes get your good stuff at plant perfectIf you love plants must walk around this place
