I just recently tried pita pit for the first time as I was scared I wouldn’t like it but man was I wrong it was absolutely delicious and Ethan was amazing and so kind I have been back a few times now and the quality of the food and the care and love that they put into these pitas is phenomenal!!!!!!! I hope this place stays open forever and more people try it out cause you won’t regret one bit

Picked up delivery and was treated like we inconvenienced the employees by simply being there. She was very argumentative and rude when we asked about a missing drink. She continued to tell us that we were wrong and weren’t missing anything though we had receipts to prove otherwise. She said “well, I don’t know what you want me to tell you” and at that point I just grabbed what we had of the order and left the establishment. I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on this interaction alone.

I went there today and ordered a pita wrap, the wrap was falling apart as he was wrapping tearing all over, I asked for bowl nicely sense it was gonna fall apart anyways, the gave me snarky comments and said it was wrapped and I said it’s tearing all over is gonna fall apart. I was not impressed, the picture is my food I got after trying to eat it once completely fell apart . I usually love pita pit

The absolute rudest person in the entire world works at this establishment. This is not the first time I have encountered her rudeness but perhaps is last because I will not be eating here again until she is gone.I placed an order online for pick up. The order was placed at 12:37 for pick up at 4:45 PM. I arrived at the store at 4:30. There is nobody in the store. I continuously ask hello hello hello at 4:35. An employee comes out of the bathroom. I state without any acknowledgment whatsoever from said employee that I have an order for pick up at 4:45 she points to the shelf, the shelf is open for all people and does not have a warmer. I inquired as to when the order was made as it is not yet 445 and I had been standing there since 430 so she points to the slip and says 445 I state it is not even 445 yet so you could not have made it at 4:45 to slip says 3:45:05. I inquire again as to if this means she made it at 3:45 an hour before the 445 pick up time she starts screaming at me and says I can either give you a refund or you can take the food those are your options I said, simply that I was wondering if it was fresh or made an hour ago as it feels cold. She yells at me some more and tells me that I need to take the food and get out and that I am banned.

Unexpectedly had one of the weirdest and most uncomfortable exchanges in a sandwich shop with an openly hostile staff. In fact, I'd say up to this point in my life every other experience I've had ordering a sandwich has been fairly routine.Not this one.We arrived at about 6:50p on Sunday over the Labor Day holiday. They closed at 8, and I was certain they closed at 8 because it said so on Google, Yelp, their FB page, and there was no note or anything on the door indicating irregular hours for the holiday.We walk in and the manager immediately notifies us that they're closed. OK, that's fine, businesses may shorten their hours for a holiday, but I thought you closed at 8? "We don't close at 8, we close at 7." But it's not even 7 yet! *Silence* We ask if we can just order something easy? She tells us she's already shut down the equipment and can't heat anything up. OK, what if we order something simple with just cold ingredients? *Silence while she ignores us and cashes out the register*. Again, we ask if there's just something easy we can order. She angrily snaps that they're closed and we need to leave. I ask if there's an owner or a franchisee or someone we can contact since this can't be customary treatment and she tells us to just Google it before making a phone call and retreating back to the employee-only area, not to be seen again.Now I've gone to places before they close without prior announcement, but usually that's accompanied by a friendlier tone. "Hey I'm sorry we're closing up early today for the holiday". But here, I felt like I was individually responsible for making this girl work on a holiday Sunday (not even a whole shift! You don't close until 8! And the holiday is Monday! Today's just a regular day!)So ultimately I'd say if you go here just understand there is an outside chance that you will be made to feel as if you have personally offended the staff.

Very disappointed of my first pita pit in Bismarck !!! I made an online order for lunch and they didn't bother to call me as they ran out of ingredients, I paid for two full regular sandwiches to get only two baby sandwiches, it is unprofessional, my husband grabbed the sandwiches for us but when I called them no effort was made to satisfy the client. At least offer to double the portions or call the client or a gift card !!!! nothing... I am writing this review because I am really mad and still hungry after eating that baby sandwich and paying 25 $.

I have a group of 15 business owners that go out to lunch once a week to meet up and network. We were going to check this restaurant out until we scanned the reviews. The owner apparently feels his food is amazing enough to speak to his customers any way he wants. We all were blown away by his attitude and can't believe he is still in business. That will change, there are way too many great restaurants out there with good food and service. We took our money elsewhere.

I ordered my wife a double chicken bruechatia rice bowl at 6:35 pm on Saturday 8/6. They were out of rice so they said it would take 10 minutes to make rice. I walked out with my wife's order at 7:19 pm. No attempt to make it right or nothing. I even ordered a pita at 6:48 pm hoping to help them move along. They were not busy. Helped maybe 5 other customers in that 44 minutes. Terrible customer service.

Got take out and was pleasantly surprised. Store was clean, food was really good. Never had their food before bit glad I gave it a shot. Might replace subway as my go to. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Had delivery to my work, when I opened my pita, the bread stuck to the wrapper, the pita fell apart, biggest mess I have ever had at my desk. I would have ordered a salad if I wanted to eat it like that. I used to love their food, in the last 6 months or so, quality has gone down hill!

What a wonderful experience today! The female working deserves a raise! She was sweet, kind, accommodating and made my food PERFECT!The guy with the beard almost completely ruined my experience at this location, but I'm glad I gave it another shot and glad that I was greeted with a smile. The bearded guy, whom everyone seems to complain about.. he could stand to learn a thing or two from todays employee.

The employees were so happy and nice and they were joking around with us and one of them said that they would relax and listen to the music in the back while on break. Overall, I loved the philly pita with Mayo, tomatoes, and olives. Great service!

I want to rate it higher because it’s different than the other fast options in town. And I do like it - but it’s really not amazing. It’s a little better than subway on a pita. There are some good healthy options, and I appreciate that. Maybe I’m spoiled by having had some amazing food in my life so I’m rating too harshly. The service is always awesome!

At 5:40 on April 14th I don't recall the guys name, but it was a man with a beard. Came out to take my order with an attitude that he didn't want to be there. Was rolling his eyes when I said I needed 4 wraps. Yelling out to his coworker. When I wanted to add toppings he kept saying "what else" cutting me off from telling him my next item. His tone seemed very annoyed. Making comments about tournaments being in town. Overall he just seemed very annoyed to be there working. I normally love coming here but after today, don't think I'll be back. If I could give 0 I would.

Surprisingly fast during lunch hour! I was in and out within a half hour when I was the 7th person in the line up to the door.Food is always consistently delicious! My favorite part is watching them make your pita and ask for specifics.Location is small, but most customers take it to go.

Great food, as always. Pita pit is such a great to rat a bit more healthy. This location served good food. I didn't much like the service from the lady on duty. She was kinda rude. The young guy was super awesome! I'd still suggest the place!

One of my favorite places. Staff are consistent and friendly. The food is fresh and a cut above most <10$ locales. If you don't go into it thinking that the staff are going to know exactly what you mean by a 'Traditional Greek Gyro', you'll probably find a great place to get some quick food.

I eat here frequently and have always received great service and great food. I usually order online and its there waiting for me when I walk in. I highly recommend for a healthy eating experience. Kudos to Jesse and his team!
