Very busy, most employees were helpful. It did take much longer than usual to get things and get checked out. Most everything we needed was in stock. There were ladders, boxes, and stools in the walkways. Overall a decent visit.

Probably the largest selection of pet supplies in town. But the staff is nowhere near as knowledgeable as the smaller local places like KT Animal Supply. Not sure if they work on commission, but the last time I was there I had to say "no thank you" five or six times to joining their rewards program.

They always have my pets favorite food and treats, along with everything I need to take care of them or clean up after them. I love looking at the other babies up for adoption and wish I could save them all. The place is kept pretty clean, and everyone is very friendly.

We traveled from MT for appointments. Needed a few things for our trip to TX for Thanksgiving. The store was clean and we found what we needed. The young man who was alone checking out the many many customers always kept a smile and greeted customers that came into the store. Even though it was evident they where short handed, we where checked out quickly.

This os a great store, I get everything my two dogs need from here. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful. I love their groomers as well, they do such an amazing job with Luna and Mango, they always look so pretty when they come home.

We went for our puppy's first grooming appointment, she just needed a nail trim. I called to make the appointment and was able to get in really quickly especially since it was a holiday week I was thinking everywhere was already booked. When we got to the appointment the groomer explained that she would trim the nails, file them down and put a balm on the pads of the feet and that the cost was $22. The groomer got to know our pup before taking her to the table. Our pup is 5 months old and did really well with the nail trim but was scared of the filing down. So she only charged me for the trim which was $12. I really thought everyone was professional and it was a great service. I would recommend taking your dog here for grooming services.

I went into the store today with a baby mouse that I found and the assistant that I spoke to named Bre helped me with everything that I had she gave me some good advice on how to take care of the baby mouse and of a good place to do some online research. I am so glad PetSmart has such kind staff like Bre to help people out with things like this

Loki and Thor always love their spa days at PetSmart. They are adorable anyway, but more so after a fresh bath and haircut. Every time they get picked up afterward, they look so good and are always in a playful mood. The groomer takes her time and does it right! It's a win-win that she is also super friendly and loves our boys.

I had taken my goldendoodle to Petsmart to be groomed. He suffered two large clipper burns that required vet attention. He was put in a cone and prescribed antibiotics. Petsmart not only charges nearly double of what other reputable groomers charge but the injured my dog.

If you are in the area PETSMART is the best place for pet supplies. PETSMART has more of a variety of fish and snails also.

I was a regular customer here however I have noticed a lot of staff turnover here in the past month or so. I was in the store today and noticed there is a new manager. She was extremely rude to the staff. She was putting them down and they seem to be trying to do their best.Very poor leadership here.Will not support a store that treats their own staff that way.

It's definitely farther away from my house than Petco, but well worth the drive!!! I have two conures and was very happy with their selection of bird toys including very nice foraging toys, perches (gotta love rope boings), and how many different types of pellets they have! They have toys, perches, and foods for all birds, finches and parakeets all the way up to Greys and Macaws. There are even some really nice medium-bird size cages kept in stock. I will definitely be making the trip back here again and again!

I love PetSmart. It's very clean and friendly cashier's. I also love the grooming spot. I took my princess to get a bath and full hair cut. Rena worked with my princess. I love the way she made my princess look and feel. Rena is awesome!!!. I will be going back to Rena on princess next haircut.

Worst experience I've ever had!!!!!!! They sent My doodle away didn't even give him a chance !!!!! Only giving one star because I have too. My doodle just got groomed at a locally owned place and they did great with him and gave him a a chance and didn't waste My time!!!!!!

The quality and customer service I received tonight from Brianna was outstanding. I came in to buy some fish and with her help I was given some real options from her own experiences to help fix my problem in my planted tank. Glad I went to PetSmart.

Today I decided I wanted to buy my free goldfish a buddy. I went in thinking, I’m gonna buy an average sized goldfish and be on my way. The lady that was standing over by the goldfish tanks asked if I needed help.. I explained that I have 1 goldfish that I got from the saint Mary’s carnival and he needs a buddy. She asked what size fish tank I have and I told her 5 gallons. She proclaimed that I cannot put more than 1 fish in a 5 gal tank and that the fish would die immediately. I said well I started the tank with 2 fish, 1 died, so now I need 1 more. She kept telling me, I wouldn’t recommend it. She basically made me feel like I couldn’t buy a dang fish! I had to practically beg her to let me buy one. When she put the fish in the bag she said “well her you go then”. ( in a very snotty attitude kind of way). I get that it may not be right to put 2 goldfish in a smaller tank but when you look at how many fish they have in 1 tank, I wouldn’t think I would be doing more harm. They either need to retrain her to actually sell fish to customers or fire her. I will not be buying fish from pet smart ever again.

My kids and me always have a great experience here! The staff is kid friendly and are always asking if weve been assisted. The treats program is also awesome, who doesn’t love to save money? It’s a win-win for all. Kids are happy and wallet is happy. Plus they don’t kick us out for drooling over every animal 16x in a row.
