Stormi is the first dog we have that requires a trim and/or haircut and we love how her first experience was for her. We were definitely hesitant about her getting a hair cut 🐕✂️, but she looked so different and adorable!! When she trotted out of Petco she had an extra spring her step. Thank you for making it an awesome experience for Stormi, will definitely have to schedule another trim in the future!

My dog is a senior but I'm as confident as possible when leaving her in Jessica's hands. They know and respect her idiosyncraties. Many groomers have been with PetCo for years which provides comfort when leaving my dog baby for care.

Bad bad bad day ...my poor cockapoos are almost straight shaved with # 7 .....she said they were matted she lied ! One of them has nothing on her tail...no cockapoo cut no poodle cut they look horrible poor babies now they'll freeze without their coats on...last time was good this time i was very very disappointed...maybe it'll grow by the time the weather warms up, probably not the tail on just one of my girls:(

Absolutely would recommend to anyone needing their fur baby groomed. By far, the best job done on my husky since she has owned me. All employees inside and out of the grooming station were above and beyond nice. Stellar service.

I have been there before they did a wonderful job, the second visit was disgusting, they all had very bad attitude, took 3 almost 4 hours for my baby to come out with the worst chop job ever, and he was still wet, and shedding more than when i brought him in, AND the the groomers acted like it was me with attitude and trust me I was fine till I seen the chop job they did on my palmchi.. if u love ur babies BEWARE if your going to take them there!

Thank you. You did a great job with Lucy. I hate seeing her nervous about trying new things. I think i was more nervous than Lucy. The staff is kind and caring. Lucy had fun and I picked her up happy and ready to go. She looked great. Her fur is so soft and her nails look great. But most of all Lucy was happy. Thank you for being so kind and helpful.

The groomer Cari who helped us was delightful. It was my puppy's first groom and it was a complete success. She is an experienced groomer and was great with Kobe and making him feel at ease. She was also just very friendly and courteous to us. She made the experience of driving for 90 minutes from dickinson worth it!

Even though I had a slightly difficult time scheduling the appointment the service I received overwhelmed that. I am so pleased with the service that I received! My dog came out of the store very excited to the point I had difficulty controlling her. Thank you so much for the great service.
