There is nowhere in Bismarck, or Anywhere we would trust with our dogs for their grooming needs. The groomers at Pet Place are KIND, knowledgeable, and obviously animal lovers. One of our dogs has severe anxiety from a bad experience with a groomer and he acted pretty bad at his appointment, out of fear, and the groomer at pet place worked so hard and got him looking good and handsome as ever.she took the time to explain. And gave us some pointers for next time. They are truly the Best of the Best. Prices are reasonable for what they must deal with! They also let you book appointments for the entire year!

Michele is great!!! My dog absolutely loves going there so much that she gives her groomer Michele a hug each time. Highly recommend!

It was our 12 year old dog's first experience at a groomer and we couldn't be happier! We got the full package with extra nailcare and special shampoo to help minimize shedding. She looks amazing and has been strutting her stuff all day!Thanks Heather for treating Zoey so well. She looks and smells like a puppy! We'll be back 👍🐶

We have been going to Taylor for a long time. She goes above and beyond what I ask for my dogs! My oldest dogs is going on 7 and she gets SO excited when she realizes she’s going to see Taylor she can’t even contain herself! I’ve also have spoke with the owner a few times and she has been so nice and helpful! ❤️

I had a pet emergency that required me to take Jesse to a groomer. She got into about 700 cockleburs and was miserable. I wisked her into Pet Place Grooming and they were awesome! Thank you so much for your kindness and attention to my dog. She looked great and you could tell the entire staff loves dogs and enjoyed my Jesse.

Do not try to make appointment they will schedule and 3-4 months later you are off the schedule. No let me see if we can help. Not a dam thing. Place has been growing and has 2 locations and customer service I see now sucks. Poor dog now is having to wait another frickin 6-8 weeks thanks a lot Pet Place. Over YOU.😡

The team at Pet Place is awesome! My Lhasa Apso just had his first grooming at Pet Place with Taylor and I couldn't be more pleased! She took the time to get a good understanding of how I wanted my pup groomed and was great about explaining things to me. I am so happy to have found an awesome groomer for my pup!!

My groomer Alex is amazing with my dogs. She is super patient, skilled, and willing to go the extra mile. The staff and management there is awesome. Don't let the small building size fool you... they are incredible. They book out far, but it's worth it.

We have taken our shitzu/Maltese here twice and have been overly satisfied both times! We have tried multiple groomers and The Pet Place has given her the best cut and always sent home with a scarf/bows. Highly recommend! Also love the easy online appointment requests and can usually get her in within a week.

My hat is off to Jasmine! What a wonderful job! Just moved back from out of state and was looking for a good dog groomer. Great quiet atmosphere. They were courteous, prompt, and the genuine concern for my Lucy was obvious! I found my dog groomer! Two thumbs way up!!

We've been taking our Shiba Inu/American Eskimo mix to PPG for at least two years now, and they have been incredible! Their prices are affordable for how thorough they are. My dog sheds, like, half a pound of fur a month (okay, not that much, but it *seems* like that much). PPG gets his fur thinned out and gets him clean from head to toe! I've been impressed with everything I've encountered in my time going to PPG, especially in the skill and professionalism of their employees! Jasmine is the best! She takes care of my Arlo every time, and he's grown to love her so much that, on grooming days, when we say, "Do you want to go see Jasmine?!" he jumps up and begins pawing at the door! These are truly not only quality employees, but quality people, who are clearly animal lovers, which has always been an important quality to me in vets and groomers alike. I don’t often leave reviews, but I was so pleased with the service at Pet Place Grooming, I have to share my feedback. I took my mini Aussies to Miranda not only because I don’t know how to groom them well, but because one of them is very high strung and extremely difficult to bathe; I showed up 2 1/2 hours later to two, perfectly groomed, happy dogs. Thanks ladies!

We've taken our dogs to Pet Place for a few years now and are very happy with care and grooming they provide our dogs. The dogs are happy when we drop them off and happy when we pick them up. The rates are very reasonable and the pick up and drop off times are very flexible enough to work around the work day.
