Where I work, Panera is one of the only places that will deliver without huge delivery fees. I do appreciate this. But, the portions have gotten out of control. I order the same thing every time - a 1/2 sandwich and salad. My sandwich gets smaller and smaller every time I order it. It’s now closer to a 1/4 sandwich. This sandwich was over $8… fork for comparison. At this point, I think I’ll just spend a little extra to DoorDash from somewhere else.

15 minute wait just for a soup bread bowl.. wish i couldve drove off but there was someone infront of me& behind me. Look in there like 15 people in the kitchen so i have no idea why the drive through was forgotten. Nothing special especially for the price.

The calm atmosphere was amazing to dine in. Super excited for some lunch, my sandwich (green goddess chicken caprese) had no chicken on it and I said no peppers…. All it had was cheese lettuce and peppers….. didn’t give me a chance to order drinks. Kept forgetting our order while trying to order. I asked for drinks and she rolled her eyes at me…. Not impressed. We threw away our food as it was not correct.

Typical Panera. Good service. Friendly staff. Tasty food served up quick. Nice, comfy, cozy dining room. Tends to be a bit on the pricey side .

I had a delivery order get messed up and it was missing an item when I called Panera I spoke with a guy named Blake. He was super kind in helping me get the missing turkey chili. He was so nice when I spoke to him on the phone. When I went to the store to pick up the missing item he was super friendly in person as well. He definitely has outstanding customer service skills and Panera is lucky to have such a helpful person on their staff.

I've been telling my friends about the poor performance the Bismarck, ND store has shown. I haven't complained to the store because I'm always just a quick in and out through the drive-thru, however my order has been wrong when I get food more times than I could keep count. My first experience left me with 2 cups of Mac-N-Cheese when I ordered a soup and sandwich on account I was sick. Another time, they accidentally gave me the Beer Cheese Mac-N-Cheese instead of Mexican Corn Chowder(which I actually found quite nice, but not what you want when that craving for Mexi-Corn Chowder hits).However, when I ordered just my sip club reward, everything was smooth sailing. I won't lie, the one breakfast bagel sandwich I did find on the menu was bomb AF! Highly recommend the Ham-N-Cheese Cinnicrunch Bagel Sandwich with the Ham swapped for Sausage. Blew my taste buds away!

Food is hit or miss. Some times they are spot on others like tonight they miss the mark. I ordered a grilled cheese on their black pepper focccia and it was so smashed that it was as thin as a wafer I had to take out part of the cheese since it was burned on the side of the sandwich. Not sure I will continue to play the hit or miss game.. Sad day. I really liked Panera when I lived in AZ.

My biggest gripe by far is their prices. They charge more for chicken sandwiches than many sit down restaurants. 15 dollar meals are the norm there. I really like the place and the atmosphere but their prices simply are outrageous imo. But I can't take much away otherwise. I can't let price dictate the overall experience and overall they have a great feel to their restaurant and the food is usually pretty good. But more on par with Erberts and gerberts and Subway, but slightly better.

I guess they not used to seeing black ppl order here. @4:35pm on 7-23-23 the cashier asked "may I help you." I said I ordered already as I was walking towards the pick up area. She responded, "well you'll have to wait in the pick up area, that's where your food will be." DUH Don't you already see me walking in that direction??? But a white couple walked behind me. They ordered ahead. But she didn't tell them anything.

This is supposed to be Tuna salad just vegetables without any traces of tuna and unfortunately this is not the first time they mess my order up. Besides, it was a curbside order and nobody cared to deliver until I went in myself to pick it up.

Well,first time ordering here and first time eating at Panera. First off the website is very detailed and descriptive. My order lacked all what was described and pictured on the menu. I ordered french onion soup. The flavor was good but it had no croutons or topped with cheese. Again,read the description. My chicken chipotle avocado sandwich lacked chipotle,just avocado on half the sandwich,and very flat. Again look at the website picture. What prompted me to leave a comment was, I tried calling the store twice and no answer. Yes,it was after 7pm. Also,2 tables in the Dining area,and no one out front. To say the least people eat with their eyes,I did but disappointed. For my money spent over 45.00, I will not return.

Had a great experience today with Blake and the Panera Bread Team. After Door dash never showed up with our customer's order, we called Panera Bread and Blake worked with us to figure out what our customer's order was and gave it to them for no extra charge. We were able to pick it up and have it ready for the customer's arrival. We were very appreciative of their great and quick customer service!

Chicken Caesar salad: ice cold chicken, browning lettuce, croutons were stale.Chicken Tiki Masala: virtually no chicken in the soup.Bread served as side: half a slice and stale.By far the worst restaurant food quality I've had in a long time, enough for me to leave a review. Only positive thing was the upbeat attitude of the cashier and taking our orders. The cook even forgot to add the rice to the soup...and even that was barely a an 1/8th of a cup of rice at best!

Picked up a catering order of sandwiches and salad for a group lunch. Most everyone liked the spread a lot. The reason for the 3 stars was order accuracy. There were a number of mistakes with the order. Sandwiches that weren’t supposed to have cheese, had cheese. A salad that wasn’t supposed to have chicken had chicken. Several sandwiches weren’t labeled. I’m guessing because they weren’t the correct sandwich and maybe they didn’t think I’d notice if they didn’t label it.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and we received our food so quickly. The overall environment was very comfy. My family and I enjoyed the broccoli and cheddar soup, mac and cheese, and the new chicken sandwich. Out of all of the chain restaurants, this is one of the few that I enjoy going to. The Bismarck location specifically is fantastic!

Ordered bacon turkey bravo sandwich and poppyseed salad. Sandwich had no cheese or bacon on it and put onion on it when it doesn’t even come with it. Salad was missing the chicken. Called location to get a replacement as I was happy to return back to get my order right and got hung up on. Terrible customer service. I used to go here weekly and the store has gone down hill. I’ll not be returning as workers can never get an order correct lately.

Great food, little pricy tho. I love their daily coffee subscription for 9 dollars a month, saves a bunch of money that I would have spent on coffee. Terms of price for their sandwiches, I mean, I wouldn't go there everyday, but it's always nice to treat yourself. Overall, great experience.
