Wow, I'm blown away. We had a locked car with a kid inside. We called as soon as the door was shut. I explained the situation and they reacted quickly. Not 5 minutes later they showed up, jumped out of the van, and had the door open in 30 seconds. Amazing service! Thank You Guardian!

This company absolutely deserves your business and your loyalty. They came out and unlocked my car when I locked my baby and my key inside and couldn't get to him on the hottest day of the summer. Cory was here in 5 minutes and did it free of charge. If that doesn't make them worthy of your business nothing will. That's a good and caring person

Walked in , my nearly 300k mile vehicle, door locks not working correctly, he sent me to NAPA , guess they don't want need business, or too much headache, pretty sad.

Bad experience here, we called them to unlock my vehicle and we waited 50 minutes for them to show up, i called them a second time and asked them where there are and they lady said someone is on there way, which that took another 20 minutes for them to get here, and my car was running the whole entire time, and then i had to pay 70$ for them to take 30 seconds to unlock when it took 50 minutes to get to my house which is a 4 minute drive from there business. and when the person got here to unlock my car i told him we’ve been waiting for 50 minutes and he said “there’s other people we have to worry about”. so i don’t recommend this place at all!

These guys are awesome. I've had to call them twice now - once when keys were stolen at the gym, and once when I locked them in my vehicle. Both times they showed up quick, were super friendly, and got me in my vehicle fast. Great service, and I hope I don't have to call them again (for that anyway)! Thank you guys!

I would give them ten stars if that was an option. Cory was the technician that helped us - and he went above and beyond - and got the lock to work. I am thankful for his willingness to help and stay on the project until it was done - especially on a holiday weekend - and knowing he had a few more jobs to get done that day. Says open 24 hours, I knew better but drove over there anyway. On a Friday at 515PM he unlocked the door, ushered me in and cut my badly needed keys for me!Excellent service, made me feel like I really wasn't putting him out.Store hours are 8-5, just FYI. 24 hour service for emergencies, lock outs etc....I'll be back again!

I would recommend Guardian Lock and security to everyone who is in need of having keys replaced, or new locks or security issues. They are easy to work with and fix your problems fast, the prices are very good . They totally saved my day,and I give them a 10.

Called ahead to make sure they could program my vehicle key, they said no problem. I show up 10 min later and they say some other guy has that programmer but they can try the old one. So I wait 10-15 min while they try and they come back and say it wont work but i can wait about 15 min and the other guy will be back. I say no thanks, I understand things happen but the whole reason I called ahead was to prevent this exact situation. I went to a place 15 blocks away and they took care of it instantly. The only reason this isnt a 1 star review is that the people helping me were fairly friendly through the whole process.

I locked my keys in my car at Walmart, I called gaurdian lock and safe to come unlock my door. When the guy got there he took a slim Jim and started shoving it between the window and the inside of the door not being careful whatsoever. He ended up finally unlocking the door by wedging it open. When he was messing with the slim Jim he broke all the components that allow me to open the door from the inside so I had to climb out the passenger door. They said they would fix it so I took it in and they did just a terrible job and the door worked for a day and broke again. I ended up having to pay 80 dollars for him unlocking the door and I had to take it to a body shop and spend an extra 300 for a professional to fix my door and I didn’t even get my money back from gaurdian lock and safe. Very poor service if you ever lock your keys in your car or need anything that has to do with locks I strongly recommend NOT going to gaurdian lock and safe. Check all other options first. Again, VERY POOR SERVICE!!!Service: Car lockouts

Jeremy and Jarod were working on getting my car key fixed ... I say task, because it really was... they not only fixed my issue but they didn’t charge me an arm or a leg...
