They worked with me to bring home some crested geckos from a reptile show. I was able to request colors. They helped me double check that my set up was correct and I received a discount on food. Really interesting little spot, I would highly recommend shopping here. They source their animals responsibly!

I purchased a beautiful turtle from here, she’s the sweetest thing ever! Her personality is so gentle but once she got comfortable she became a lot more active which is great to see! I would 100% recommend this place if you’re looking to home a new reptile or fish :)

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of options for your reptile and fish friends you won’t find anywhere else in Bismarck. I was impressed by the variety of reptiles and fish, as well. Lastly, we have chameleons so we were there getting crickets, and these crickets are the most healthy looking and the largest I’ve seen in town, ever. Feels good knowing your giving your pet good quality food, as our area doesn’t have many options for reptiles. Looks like I just found our new place to go :)

Some issues like housing multiple beardies and using reptile carpet but otherwise great selection and despite those issues the animals seem happy and healthy. Owner is good at taking care of the animals and it’s nice to see that because petsmart and petco treat those animals horrible but fire and ice don’t.

The best place in town for all of your exotic reptiles needs! Prices cannot be beat anywhere, and the knowlege available is fantastic! Fire n' Ice reptiles has everything from feeders for your reptiles, supplies and terrariums, to beautiful healthy exotic specimens. I wont trust anywhere else :):)👍👍

We were very happy to find this store! We already have a leopard gecko, a baby map turtle, and a baby musk turtle. The owner was very helpful in assisting us in choosing a filter for our turtle tank, and the moss ball. The kids have been begging us to go back.
