I waited a long time for my food, not an issue at all. I received my food and I got home to discover that they forgot a couple of items. I go back to retrieve the missing food and it was fine. While eating, the food was not seasoned at all nor were the hash browns seasoned. I’ve been to Chick-fil-a in four states and never had an issue until coming to this location. This was the worst experience/food I had.

Quality, best customer service and cleanest restaurant I have been in some time. I had to make sure manager was aware of it's team great work. They never get my order right, EVER. This is the 3rd time in a month we have ordered on the app and not gotten our correct order. First order we were missing the almost $10 cow plush toy. The next time granola for our parfait and our brownie. This time the exact same issue as the second! EVERY TIME. How hard is it to read an order? Apparently hard for the people working here.

Okay so I’ve been here three times. All three times I had to pull ahead and wait. In regards to the food, meh. Last time however actually wasn’t bad. I got their side which is a kale salad . I loved the kale salad. Yes I know chicken place and I’m raving about a veggie. I got their chicken pimento sandwich which was kinda gross with the pimento sauce. I’ve never just had the original sandwich, so maybe I just need to try that. But so far meh.

I recently had a fantastic experience with the customer service at Chick-fil-A. From the moment I walked in. They were attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure that my order was accurate and to my satisfaction. I was impressed by the efficiency and the way Taylor helped me with my order without compromising the quality of service. Overall, Chick-fil-A's customer service is exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and satisfying dining experience.

Honestly one of the most exciting things that we got in Bismarck as of the last couple years is Chick-fil-A. I was told about their amazing customer service and the rep They have country wide. Plus it was suppose to be God's chicken . I can say the food is pretty good but overall the service has been about average if not worse at times for me. They use some of the cheapest bags and cups and cup holders I have ever seen. Their cups will leak over time and overall when addressed with some packing issues where the bag was ripping they just threw it in a bigger bag for me to take to my clients as I drive doordash. So I brought a customer a ripped up bag that was in another bag. I got a 1 star review from them and rightfully so. Overall the rating I gave is fair I could be harsher to be honest. The company as whole has been the most disappointing business to come to Bismarck(because of their rep that is). I expected so much with their reputation and the store simply lacks the customer service or follow through needed to fix simple issues. I know it's new and will get through this but the way they treat us doordashers is subpar. We should be peers but we are treated like an annoyance that comes in. We too are service workers. Please treat us better we too are helping your customers.

This place is severely overrated. There are like 9 different things on the menu which is pretty much just chicken sandwiches with different things on them. The fries suck, the service is friendly and great but for real, I get better chicken sandwiches at literally every other place. Very overrated chicken. Not a knock in the Bismarck one, just overall this place is highly overrated and was very disappointed. Not the service though! Service and employees were fantastic!
