Multiple months I have tried to get the blizzard of the month and every time I am told they are out of the ingredients to make it. Before it was always close to the end of the month so I can understand not keeping limited items stocked, but it is only the 10th day of the month and I am once again being told they are out of the ingredients to make the blizzard of the month. What a joke, clearly there is a problem with keeping simple ingredients stocked up to make a blizzard they only have to make for a month.

We always use the drive thru and our order is ALWAYS incorrect or we are missing an entire meal.Staff is either not paying attention or your intercom needs a look at!Recurring issue! Even seems to be other similar reviews

We had chicken strip meal one had normal fries and the other hardly any fries.The floor was filthy melted ice cream on the floor and there was a gal running the broom in the same spot and not making any progress! The F word was being tossed around ! Of the health inspectors would show up you would be closed! Come on clean up the place

When using the drive through we are always missing something when we get home. I call and let them know. They tell me to return to the business to get what they forgot and what I paid for. Well with 4 kids that is not easy to do, so we usually go without! Evertime we order blizzards we get a blizzard with the topping on top and by time you're half way through all you have is plain vanilla ice cream! So frustrating as they are an expensive ice cream treat and you only get half the ingredients!

I try ( experimentally) to visit this DQ once a year or so. And I gotta tell you, it's the worst. The food is remarkably unremarkable and room temp at best. I've been stopping in there for at least 8 , 9 or even 10 years now and it is exactly the same as a year or so earlier BAD!!.Keep up the good work!!

The food is pretty nice, and it's all pretty fast too. The only problem is, it's one of the most expensive Dairy Queens in the country. Ordering food for myself adds up to $17-$20. I talked to my friends in other states, and they can order twice the food I do and still pay less. It is the only fast-food drive-through place in the town so it's not like there's another choice.It is very nice to have in a small town like this, but I just wish it wasn't so expensive.

Messed up my order that I repeated clearly three times. Maybe you need a new mic in the drive thru . Then I had to dig in my pocket for .56 cents for their screw up which held the lineup longer.

The young man who took my order was very polite and fast! Haven’t had customer service that good in a while! Five stars for me! And the burger I got is perfect!😁

We use to like this place. The staff is mostly all young kids. Staff does not wear gloves. They were training a new girl and she went from touching and making an ice cream back to touching her hair, she did this numerous times. Yuck.

The staff very friendly, the restaurant was clean.They were helpful/respectful to each other and customers.However the food is repeatedly cold.I have stopped numerous times, I have yet to get hot food.

I travel a lot for work and this is by far the best managed fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Have stopped here dozens of times and have yet to have a single bad experience. Staff is always friendly and are constantly keeping the facility clean.

Recently they remodeled, so they shrunk the outside eating area, and they removed the 2 trees, which were the only source of shade when eating outside. I went through the drive thru here recently, and the food was all hot and fresh, although they could have given bigger portions. Awhile ago they completely removed flieshkeithla from the menu, which was the only thing I came here for, so that dramatically reduced the times I eat here. The place has gone somewhat downhill over the years.

Perhaps my least favorite DQ I know of. Either horribly understaffed or the workers need a lesson in work ethics. The place is rather messy so do bring your Clorox wipes and spray, and the wait is long, and half the wait is to make sure that they have what you ordered in stock. Also be sure to check if there is a hair in your order. Over all the place is a down hill slide.

I think it is absolutely disgusting that this restaurant doesn't require face masks for its employees. Covid-19 is a respiratory illness. Anyone who is preparing food should be required to wear a mask. State mandate or not, it is the responsible thing to do. Shame on you store owner for not looking out for the safety of your customers. I will never stop again.

Drive thru always messes up my order and the food is warm not hot and fresh. 3-28-20 went thru the drive up and this time they forgot the gravy and ranch. Not going there again.

Fish sandwich was very good, fresh ( not in freezer too long like in some places if it isn't LENT) and cooked perfectly, NOT over cooked.

The workers were messing around for 10 minutes while I was waiting. I saw my food sit there, finished, and they were just talking and telling jokes. Those workers deserve to be fired.
