Don’t be late. Have been going there for many months and was 30 minutes late. Apologized and kindly asked for a one time exception as we have always been on time. They said anything after 15 minutes and they would never take any dogs. Really liked the owner but since she has been on leave the place seems to have taken a step back. I told them I would find somewhere else and they said back “Best of luck to you” in a condescending way. Be more professional. We won’t be back.
