Wonderful, caring staff. It seemed odd at 1st to wait in our car for them to call us in but it makes perfect sense. Healthy animals are not exposed to sick animals plus no worries about aggressive animals. Highly recommend!! Also - Reasonable pricing for services

These are the most caring and most supportive animal hospital in the state. They do not up sell you, they care for your animals like they are their own. My boys case is a unique one and they were so extremely kind and very patient with him. I could not have asked for better treatment because these people here go above and beyond what’s expected. Dr. Rose is amazing and covered every base with me, Courtney was so loving and caring and gentle with my boy he MISSES her now that he’s home. I recommend this place 100%

I cannot say better things about a place. Dr Rose and Courtney were incredible. The person, Michelle (I believe), who I spoke to on the phone was so kind. I’m from out of town visiting family and feel incredibly lucky I found this Vet and Animal Hospital. They took such amazing care of my dog. Covered all my concerns. I wish this was my normal spot for her because I know we’d get such great care every time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Cannot say that enough.

As much as we have appreciated the care plans at Banfield, our dog needed some specialized care and we wanted to be in the room with the doctor. Zebulon Animal Hospital surpassed our expectations and kept our costs low. Everyone there has been amazing.

This place reminds me of a mom and pop spot. They make you feel like you and your dog are important. I drive 30 mins to the hospital and it’s worth it every time. They were kind, understanding, caring and passionate. I felt like they understood me and they also gave me a bunch of resources to help me and my fur kid. From the front desk to the staff in the back were all welcoming and pleasant. Thank you all!

I Love this practice! Dr Palmer is such an amazing Veterinarian. The staff there is always so friendly and caring. I had to take my smallest furbaby to an ER Vet due to being attacked by another larger dog in which one of the injuries included a broken paw. The other ER Vet put on a splint for him as well as stitches and drains but he managed to get the splint off in 3 days. Zebulon animal hospital put another splint on him and it has lasted 3 weeks until Dr. Palmer suggested to change it out and that one has lasted as well allowing his paw to heal. She had me bring him every week for a check just to make sure it is staying put and no foul odor was coming from it and never charged me for the in between checks. They have also taken such great care of my other furbabies, even one that was so terrified of going where I had to carry her in shaking with her tail between her legs. They just do such an amazing job and I am so thankful that my furbabies have a great Veterinarian practice to go to that gives them excellent care!

Dr. Rose is wonderful. She always takes the time to explain everything things to us. I have never felt rushed and I have been going there for almost 10 years. She always gives our dogs a thorough exam and is always thinking about new and/or better medications/treatments for our dogs. The staff is great and I love seeing the “office” pups when I go in.

We have been coming to Zebulon animal hospital since 2015.At that time we had 4 cats 🐈We have lost 2 of them, Dr Jami Rose and Zebulon animal hospital were there for us with the passing of our 2 beloved kitties . Zebulon Animal Hospital was our first choice when we moved and we have stayed here for a while. Their entire staff are kind and treat your babies as nicely as you want them to. Vets are informative and helpful with any questions or concerns you have. definitely recommend if you are in the area.

The vets are always sweet with the dogs. We have three babies with different personalities that have been seeing them for 14 years. They are practical regarding affordability and options. They are available on Saturdays. I'd like appointments to go a little faster, but I understand that it's a relatively small office. Even though I moved from the area, I continue to make the commute rather than switching vets because I trust them.

I had my 1st apt here today. I am very picky with my animals care and I tend to visit a lot of that in the area when I am still trying to establish a permanent Vet that works for my whole crew of seven.My appointment was at 8 AM and despite the very busy parking lot I was handled very quickly to get in to a room. However it did seem a bit overly loud in the back of the hospital between employees, but it eventually settled down. My biggest reason for all five stars is the vet. Dr Rose was phenomenal. She never made me feel rushed she asked me several questions to get a history on my cat & our issue & offered up lots of experience and examples and suggestions. she has been a vet for a very long time and the experience over all of that time you could feel seeping through her. I loved it. And while I was not on board with the more traditional prescription diet she had no hesitation about saying she has every intent to help guide me & help me evaluate my guy as we navigate different methods that I want to try first. I was quite actually blown away at how much time she took with me& really seemed to investigate the reasoning of my cats issue. 5 stars for her

We are so grateful for Dr. Palmer and her staff, they took excellent care of our baby. He is 106 lbs which can be very intimidating the tech who met us at the car was not at all intimidated and immediately bonded with Sarge. Of course he became sick over the weekend and Mondays are always the worst day for emergency appointments. They worked him into the schedule and kept me updated every step of the way. I knew he was in good hands and that they would treat him just like he was their own. After the appointment I received detailed instructions and medication they even reached out the following day to check on him. I would defiantly recommend this office to anyone looking for a office who is caring and compassionate. The visit was fair considering the testing and care that was provided for our baby.
